Ms. Plata's dedication to our son's case we consider above and beyond our expectations with an outcome much better than anticipated. Working with Ms. Plata was THE best experience I have had. This was my first time needing an attorney so I was a bit nervous but she made the experience easy and quick. She started working on my case the next day and communicated with me every step of the way so I wasn't confused on anything. I would definitely use Ms. Plata again and recommend her to everyone! We hired Alessandro Apolito to write us a new will and set up a family trust for estate planning. He was very thorough in asking the proper questions to help us get it all set up properly. We were very impressed with his knowledge and he made great suggestions along the way. Josef is a highly skilled and gifted attorney. He is extremely responsive to phone calls and emails, and he works very hard to get the results we needed without running up unnecessary attorney fees. I had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Rinaldi through his work with my daughter in her dispute with her landlord over unjustified retention of a security deposit and their failure to uphold their end of the lease. Mr. Rinaldi was very knowledgeable of the law that supported our position. He ultimately had to file a lawsuit in which my daughter prevailed. I was glad he was on her side!

Mr. Rinaldi kept me and my 100 year old DAV father of WWII (Marine Corp) warm and dry in my home for over 6 years while defending my case every step of the way and he did an "OUTSTANDING" job all the way to the very END! He even negotiated a large sum of money for me to turn my house over for "CASH FOR KEYS". With that money I was able to bury my father with RESPECT, move out, and start a new life somewhere else. During my initial consultation Mr. Rinaldi was very straightforward. He explained every possible outcome in layman's terms, concerning my debt collection matter. Within days of being retained, he filed documents on my behalf with the court and initiated communication with the Plaintiff's attorney. I expected my case to be open for 9-12 months. However, because of Mr. Rinaldi's experience in debt collection matters he was able to get the Plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice. What I expected to take up to a year, Mr. Rinaldi got resolved within 30 days of being retained. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

I had bad problems with my restaurant manager because he was too soft in its ways to screw employees and it happened thefts, cleaning done wrong, hours counted or improperly counted too, documents not filed in due time, fines, etc. . a real mess. I appealed to Mr. Francis M. Boyer who advised me, put the director on the right path, ask me to close the restaurant for two days to clean all up, what i did. He is a great guy and a very good lawyer. I recommend him eyes closed. Now, my director took the control of the restaurant with more confidence, employees are ok, all is in its due place, invoices are paid in time, documents filled in due time too because Mr Boyer have a look on it. My restaurant runs right and i enjoy it.

I've used Omar for a couple of things and been very happy with his service. He's great about communicating, which not all lawyers are. His fees are reasonable, given the cost of legal issues these days. He gives things to you straight, but lets you make your own decision after laying out all the facts. I like his common sense approach. His ego doesn't get in the way. I like his ethics. I like his honesty. I've recommended him to my friends. Mr. Scharf was straightforward with me about how he thought my divorce and alimony would end up from our first meeting. I felt that he gave me great advice and educated me on how the process worked. Even though I did not agree on how the system decides alimony, I knew in advance what to expect at our mediation. Mr. Scharf was able to settle my divorce with no surprises.
