An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced. Thank you cannot begin to express or acknowledge the respect, and love I have for this man and his staff. Thank you isn't enough for the help and genuine thoughtfulness y'all showed me.

Mr. Jensen is the cat's meoooooW, ya dig! I would give him all the stars in the universe divided by one...He just that darn good. I was real nervous about my shop-lifting case, but he always used to put his hand on my head and say, "Just like gas, this too shall pass!" I've used Omar for a couple of things and been very happy with his service. He's great about communicating, which not all lawyers are. His fees are reasonable, given the cost of legal issues these days. He gives things to you straight, but lets you make your own decision after laying out all the facts. I like his common sense approach. His ego doesn't get in the way. I like his ethics. I like his honesty. I've recommended him to my friends. He's got a grasp of what ordinary people are up against, instead of being insulated from the real world.

Mr. Scharf was straightforward with me about how he thought my divorce and alimony would end up from our first meeting. I felt that he gave me great advice and educated me on how the process worked. I own a building contracting company. We had completely built a job for a client without a deposit and at the end tried to collect all money for service rendered. The client then made up his own contract in addition to the one he had already signed with us and asked us to sign his new contract. It included extra items not included the original contract doubling our cost of the job, but for no additional pay. After trying several times to come to an agreement with the client we soon realized that our voice was falling on deaf ears. Once we refused to sign his agreement that he made himself, he banished us from the property and told us he would do it himself, that we weren't going to be compensated a dime, and were never allowed back. I've never been put in a situation like this in the past 7 years of owning my business or the 10 years of experiences in the building industry. Upon seeking legal advice, I was referred to Kevin through another associate and told him the story. Kevin went to bat for us. We went to trial and won. He was forced to pay us all the services rendered. Kevin and his team did an amazing job of presenting the case. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He's honest, hard working, and trustworthy. I hired Tim back in 2018 for a dv hearing and hired him for the same reason last week. Nothing makes me happier then seeing my husbands attorney scared and making stuff up as she goes. Hes not only agressive in the court room he knows the judges and know what is asked. He defended me and my family and he will in my upcoming divorce case.
