David's rate made me wonder if I wanted to sign an engagement letter at first, but after going through with it I think it was well worth the cost. He's very knowledgeable, and looked at my case from more than one perspective to see if I had leverage I was not aware of (which I did, and knowing that wiped out any doubt about whether I was being overly sensitive). He set clear expectations on what outcomes I could reasonably (and unreasonably) expect, so I was comfortable in making my decisions. He also educated me on what my worker's rights are, and gave me nuggets of information (both legal and interpersonal) so I can be more savvy the next time I encounter a toxic work situation.
I hope I never have to call on David again, but he would be my first choice attorney if I had to.

I arrived in the United States in 2019. I failed to pass the interview in 2021. I found Lawyer Wang. After waiting for a long time, I finally went to court on June 4, 2024 and passed the interview. I was arrested for DUI in Alameda County. Marc was recommended to me by a family member. I did not know whether to hire him before the District Attorney would make a charging decision. Marc advised me to hire someone good to represent me asap because he said that based upon his former experience as a prosecutor, it was much better if I had a good lawyer plead my case before a charging decision was made. And also for the DMV hearing process. The DA decided to not file a DUI case against me!

I spoke to a social worker in regards to the stability of their home life when they aren't with me. Being concerned about my daughter, and the inconsistency of her lifestyle which concerned me quite a bit whenever she would take the kids or present a different new boyfriend/place to stay.. (for the most part I have raised them/they lived w/me) I began to get concerned about how they were being affected by her irresponsibility as a parent. Later to find out that they were not attending school, and my oldest grandson taking on the babysitter role and would get in trouble for his little brother in which he became a totally different kid (quite angry about his whole environmen) he was told to lie to me if I asked him questions. My grandson started to call me when his mom would sleep/ or wasn't home and he would tell me things. I convinced my daughter to let me take them to live with me during the week so I can enroll them back in school and fix the inconsistency again time passed and they were safe with me; She started telling me things when she didn't get her way, trying to manipulate saying she was taking the kids from me (*if I talked to her about lying, and being irresponsible etc...) I got to the point that I needed to help these kids before she really screwed them upore and swore to look; nyo things and if she ever got into trouble shoplifting etc... I would use it to my advantage. The social worker referred me to Legal services for children and I started to work on getting guardianship and soon enough she went to jail. They were great, they helped me so much with everything including emergency paperwrk for serving her in jail for restraining order etc .. they came to my home to talk to the kids and I. They made it smooth like butter explaining everything!!! So glad she recommended this place. Perfect for kids who eed help!!!

We were having issues with counsel previously assigned to a claim, and reassigned to Hiep to aid with resolving a workers' compensation claim that was dragging on unnecessarily. Under Hiep's direction we were able to resolve the workers' comp matter quickly, and also an outstanding medical lien issue, which Hiep was able to resolve well under authority. Highly recommend for civil litigation issues in California, which can be difficult to navigate for companies.

Working with Sandra and her colleagues was by far the best experience I had regarding a legal matter! She helped me navigate a complex and very personal case. Which required a deep understanding of very intimate elements. Sandra showed great empathy, always treated me with dignity and respect. Navigating the US legal system as a foreigner is anxiety inducing. Having the right attorney is vital! Sandra, on top of being super competent, has a great personality. Reached out to Jennifer needing assistance with commission/monies owed and a potential Work Visa issue due to a contract not being honoured, very combative firm/management.

A friend of mine referred Jenny to me prior to my termination. When I was abruptly terminated, Jenny called my employer immediately to let them know I was already represented by council even though she had a deposition to go to that day. She made time for me when I needed her help most. This did not change through the ten-month process to come to a settlement. The other side all but ignored our communications and attempts at settlement hoping we would just go away. But Jenny does not go away, she stays and fights for her clients. She ultimately drafted a well-researched and very strategic complaint and gave them a short window of time to either respond or she would file the complaint in Superior Court. They immediately responded and the case was settled within a week. I ultimately received about 2.7 times my original severance offer which represented a very significant settlement. Jenny always worked with me on the fees which I felt were very fair. She is a dedicated, intelligent and experienced attorney who can keep things in perspective and reassure you when you have doubts.
