The first things I must say about Lindsay is that he is generous of heart and wise. I have been working with Andrew Wiegel's law firm for about 15 years. They have taken care of everything from Ellis Act procedures and tenant issues to litigating and/or negotiating settlements when a contract has not gone "as originally expected". Andrew is a well rounded, natural litigator. Immediately when you meet him, his presence is calming. His understanding of the law and level of integrity is obvious when he starts to talk. One thing I have learned is that you do not want to pick a lawyer by their price tag, neither high nor low, but by the value received.
