Attorney Soi has an extensive background in Landlord Tenant disputes in King County. Through the expertise provided by Attorney Soi and his firm we were successful in the resolution of our tenant eviction. I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

Dan is the Man (as an Attorney)! Plain and simple. I had two city charges (DV and Resisting Arrest) against me that was ongoing with another defense Attorney. The prosecution was absolutely stagnant for nearly 2 years, and I did not believe our initial Attorney was a good fit anymore to get the job done. A family member recommended Dan Fiorito instead. I switched to Dan mid-prosecution. He took over and shortly thereafter got the DV charge officially dismissed. I then took the Resisting Arrest charge to trial and Dan won my case after a full 3-day trial. His courtroom skill was levels above that of the City Prosecutor. The Jury unanimously acquitted me, believing in Dan's convincing arguments over our opposition. I plan to seek Dan's help in pursuing a Civil action against the city as well.
To say Dan was the right choice as my Attorney is an understatement. He was the perfect choice. His demeanour is caring, professional, and very pragmatic. My family and I highly recommend anyone choosing Dan as their Attorney for both Criminal and Civil matters. You will feel like you have the best representation in a crowded courtroom. I did!

My case was a motor vehicle accident that took place more than one year ago. I had a very tough and complicated case with little chance of success, but with the help of Linda Fang and her team, we finally won it! Four years ago, I invested money through the immigrant investor program, but we didn't see any progress, so last year our immigration partner agreed to refund my money. I consulted Craig about an issue with buying a house. There was a contentious situation involving a suspected fake competing offer, which was used to escalate the final price for me. Craig was very helpful and quickly identified the key points of the situation, which gave me enough arguments to successfully get out of the buy/sell contract. I didn't have to hire him in the end, but I would in a heartbeat. I was impressed with his knowledge, honest attitude and sincere desire to help. He'll be the first lawyer I'll go to if I need legal help with real estate.

Was referred to this firm by multiple people/ lawyers. I shouldn't have even wasted my time. Got more of a story about how they sympathize for my situation but basically because I'm a federal employee I'm not entitled to the same rights of protection as the general public, according to them. This is even with a judgment from the county court in my favor in regards to the matter. They just simply couldn't help with the employment matter. I suggest looking elsewhere for legal help.

Danielle consulted on my naturalization case in 2016. She was up front about the cost, did a deep dive on the particulars of my case with me, gave specific pointers and advice about paperwork and then, unlike most consultants, told me that I didn't need her to complete my citizenship. She pointed me in the right direction and sent me on my way. With her advice from that consultation I printed my own paperwork and applied for naturalization in January 2017 and became a citizen in November 2017. She could have told me I needed her for everything and charged me several thousand dollars...but she didn't. I've recommended Danielle to at least 2 other friends. She is excellent.

Jeff is my favorite attorney. We spent over a year looking for someone to help with our auto accident. No one would follow through. Jeff was professional and thorough from day one. We had given a rather large sum, over a million dollars, to a non profit organization for the purchase of a religious center. The management failed to do so and even secretly used the funds to invest in a fund. Unfortunately, we did not have a contract or document but just a 2 line email to prove what the money was not a general donation but given for a specific need. Being a Home Owners Association ( HOA ) with a volunteer board, we were in need of professional guidance to secure the sale of a tract of land that the HOA owned.
