I worked with Howard extensively on a variety of matters for Suncadia, some of which were highly complex negotiations with adjacent property owners over access rights issues across the property. In the midst of significant legal uncertainties and negotiations with emotional and unsophisticated neighboring property owners, Howard was always a combination of solid technical expertise, excellent counsel on negotiation strategy and a calming and trustworthy presence in face to face meetings. He is also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Howard as a man of intelligence, character and good nature.

Johanna is my go-to estate planning attorney in Washington State. My own estate planning practice is based in Bay Area, but I often have clients or colleagues ask me for referrals to a trustworthy and personable attorney in Seattle. I always refer them to Johanna, because of her hardworking reputation and professionalism. I have also witnessed first-hand her patience and attention to detail in walking her clients through the estate planning process. Simply put, in an area of law that can be difficult to navigate, Johanna is someone I trust. My staff and I happily refer clients and colleagues to her.

Johanna Coolbaugh was proactive, thorough, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our personal situation and needs, thus making sure that our estate plan was comprehensive and appropriate for our family. Estate planning was something my husband and I had discussed for a long time, but were overwhelmed with the options and legal speak. Johanna put us at ease and made sure our plan was comprehensive--she ask questions that we hadn't even thought of. Additionally, Johanna was super responsive, whether it was via email or phone. No question was a dumb question, she answered all of our questions quickly and in language that we understood. We would definitely recommend Johanna to friends an family.

As a CPA and estate planning peer, I've had the pleasure of working with Johanna's boss, Jim Treadwell, for several decades on mutual estate planning clients, several of which are multi-generational. In the last few years, Johanna has taken on the lion's share of the work at their end on these clients and I find she is completely on-board with all the family dynamics, issues and able to devote the right about of time to managing all the details which can make or break relationships like these. I look forward to having my CPA firm work with Johanna on mutual clients in the future.

I am a lawyer in Pennsylvania and I just completed a Products Liability case in Pennsylvania involving the alleged failure of a defective bicycle part manufactured in another country. I had a jurisdictional problem whereby personal jurisdiction over the foreign manufacturer was at issue in Pennsylvania. Because the Statute of Limitations, (or time within which suit had to be filed) was expiring, I needed to file a protective action in Federal Court in Washington State at the last minute since the foreign defendant clearly did business in Washington State. Through the trial lawyer list serve on the internet I contacted Phil Arnold who practices Seattle and throughout Washington State. Phil immediately responded to me and immediately took time out of his busy schedule to act as local counsel and get the suit filed in Fed Ct and then convince the Court to have the the case stayed in Fed Ct in Washington while my case proceeded in Pennsylvania. Because of Phil Arnold's responsiveness and legal skills, in filing this protective action in Washington at the last minute, I was able to obtain a favorable resolution of my case in Pa. Phil did not have to help me, but he never hesitated a bit. That is why I am proud to be a trial lawyer and member of the American Association of Justice in which Phil is also a member. We help each other all around the United States. Our common bond is the plight of the victims we represent. And I am honored to recommend Phil Arnold and his firm to anyone in the United States of America who has a personal injury case in Washington State.

After a work related injury on a tugboat I was referred by my Union to Campiche/Arnold. After meeting Philip Arnold I immediately felt I was on my way to the greatest representation with an attorney who truly is well organized, patient, well prepared with researching all parts of my case. Mr. Arnold has a great understanding and so knowledgeable on Personal Injury and Maritime Law & Safety at Sea. Phillip was always there to answer any questions and concerns and prepare me for upcoming depositions and things regarding my case in a timely fashion. Philip brings a new meaning to communication and connecting the client to Attorney relationship. Always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. It is with out reservation that I highly recommend the services of Philip Arnold.

Mr. Connor represented my son, who has a disability, in a lawsuit against his employer. Steve was recommended to us by another attorney. Steve, his partners, and his staff provided excellent service and advice throughout the legal process and secured a favorable settlement of our claims. Steve's strong advocacy for my son gave us the strength and commitment to pursue the lawsuit. The discovery phase of a lawsuit, where information is provided by the plaintiff and defendant, can be long and demanding. Steve, his partner Anne-Marie Sargent and their staff helped us to provide strong information and witnesses to support our case. They were always readily accessible, listened carefully to our questions or concerns, and kept us informed of every step throughout the case. My son and I were very comfortable with Steve and Anne-Marie personally and trusted their expertise. When it came to settlement negotiations, Steve fought hard for us and was able to use the strong case he had developed to secure a very favorable settlement. I highly recommend Steve Connor if you need an attorney's help with any employment or labor issues. He's the best!

Steve Connor recently defended my business partner and me against a breech of fiduciary duty suit that dragged on for two-plus years. Throughout the entire experience Mr. Connor never lost interest and always approached our defense with energy, frankness, and support for the two of us. Steve explained every step that he took and why he was taking it. We ended up going to trial where Steve really showed us what he was made of. We did ultimately prevail in court which was extremely gratifying. Anyone seeking legal representation could do no better than to choose Steve Connor as their advocate.

I hired Stephen Connor to represent me in a disability lawsuit against a Labor Union and an employer. The first thing that impressed me about Steve was before he agreed to represent me he asked me what my expectations were and told me what to expect through this process. 1. That the process would probably take up to two years. 2. That I most likely would not become rich and be able to retire if we won my case. 3. That if we won I would probably receive some lost wages and benefits and get my job back. That was more than I was expecting so if it worked out that way it would be a bonus. From the beginning Steve and his partner Anne-Marie saved my case when I ignored his advice and made some decisions on my own without consulting him. Steve was able to guide my case through the EEOC process and file the request for a lawsuit. Steve was very good at explaining what was going to happen and how long it would be for a response from the defendants. throughout this process Steve, his legal team and I spent more and more time communicating. When Steve was unavailable in court or on another case I was able to contact his partner or associates and he would get back to me right away. I had learned the hard way at the beginning of this process to listen to Steve's advice and trust his experience and it paid off very well in the end. A few times when I felt like giving up after multiple delays Steve would tell me to be patient and stick to our plan. That we were doing well, that the defendants were counting on wearing me down and trying to frustrate me and convince me to give up. Steve was a tough negotiator and very thorough and effective through disclosures and depositions. He advised me several times that we were not ready to compromise yet, that we had more work to do and we were still making progress. At this point we had a few tense showdowns with the defendants and in the end the agreed to settle my case. There is one more example I want to share of Stephen Connors professionalism and integrity. The fee agreement between Steve and myself had some specific language which because of the way it was written enabled me to avoid paying several thousands of dollars worth of fees on a technicality. I had no idea this was the case until Steve pointed it out to me. I told Steve that I appreciated his honesty and that I would be happy to pay the extra fee. Without his help I would have ended up with nothing. Professionalism, integrity, expertise, experience and tenacity from Steven Connor, Anne-Marie Sargent and their associates are what enabled me to settle my lawsuit in a very satisfactory manner and to return to my job after more than three years. Without the help of Steven Connor and the firm of Connor and Sargent I would have ended up with nothing and my future and that of my family would have been changed forever.

I am a landlord in Seattle, and Matthew Davis gave me straightforward, professional advice about Seattle rental law. He had thorough knowledge of the ins and outs of the law, which he communicated clearly, and he was very accessible to answer any questions. I was introduced to Matt when I became very dissatisfied with the work a firm was doing for our firm. After reviewing documents and certain aspects of the law, he advised that we were trying to defend a contract when in reality new Federal law took precedence. The other side never saw his argument coming, we won the case and appeal. I have met and dealt with a lot of lawyers in my life, but none like Matt.

I worked with another partner at the Lasher firm who introduced me to Mario Bianchi, who ended up representing my family on a very complex transaction. We were sued by an aggressive lawyer/investor who hired a strong litigation firm and lawyer who I was told was a legend in this field... well he was no match for Mr. Bianchi. Mario was calm, "right on" the legal aspects, and focused only on what we needed to focus on to carry the day with the Court and the Judge. Litigation is an extremely frustrating endeavor and it tests all your stamina financially and emotionally. Make sure the litigation firm you hire not only knows the high-stakes game you need to expertly play but is ethical and won't take you on a wild goose chase to waste time and precious resources. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend the Lasher firm and their star litigator Mr. Bianchi.

My family and I recently worked with Mario. We were impressed with his representation in our case against my ex-business partner, who is also my brother. I often make a point to recognize extraordinary talent when I come across it. Mario is an extraordinary talent. Through most of my life, I’ve managed to dodge a great deal of conflicts by either walking away or by bullying my way through my adversaries, using any means available, fair or not. A few years ago, my father passed away. At this time, I decided to make some drastic changes in my life. I decided to be more thoughtful in the ways I treat others and try to lead by example. It’s ironic that while I have made a 180-degree turnaround in my life, I also encountered the greatest betrayal of my life, both personally and professionally. This was unchartered territory for me; in the past, I was often the one doing the perpetrating and not the one being taken advantage of. To make matters worse, I was conned by my brother. I was, therefore, susceptible to one low blow after another. I was dejected and hopeless until coming to the realization that a previous experience in life could help me through these trying times. Indeed, it did. A few years ago, I saw Mario in action when he represented as co-counsel one of my business partners. I was impressed with his work, especially his attention to detail. Mario has an ability to see a case from all angles, like Gary Peyton on the basketball court. If was going to fight the injustice levied against me, I would have to hire the best man for the job: Mario. I considered this case against my brother to be one of the most challenging times in my life. And consider this: I have survived a heart attack and braved the big seas as child boat refugee fleeing communist Vietnam on my way to freedom in the United States. Hell yes, Mario was the right man to hire. Please excuse my language but this is how my family and I feel about the guy. I needed to win the case against my brother; he had already taken so much from me and my family. Thankfully, we did win the case. To quote the late rapper Biggie Smalls: “I don’t have to worry about that, my attorney handled that!” I told Mario I would write him a glowing review, even though he did not ask for one. So here it is. It is fitting my 10-year-old son calls Mario “Super Mario.” If you are dealing with any of life’s legal obstacles that are too important to lose, call Mario. Having he and his team in your corner will give you the best fighting chance. He is worth every penny and then some!

I hired Ed to help me with a car accident claim. I had no idea how much happens behind the scenes with car insurance companies, but they are incentivized to settle claims for the least possible amount of money that the injured party will accept. An attorney is incentivized to get you the highest possible amount. Ed and his team helped me through the whole process and recouped almost 10 times what I was first offered by the insurance company.

We had the pleasure of working with Diana over the last two years. She assisted us with my immigration case(GC), our situation was quite difficult as a lot of changes happened during the pandemic. The entire time we worked with Diana she was so pleasant and kind, always tried to make herself available to speak with us and answer our many questions. Every time we talked she put us at ease, she worked so hard to make our immigration process as smooth as possible. Diana is so knowledgeable, professional, and her pricing is very reasonable, compared to other attorneys in Seattle. Would recommend her 100%!

I met her at the US Citizenship clinic. She came as a volunteer and helped me to check my citizenship application form. Two other people at the Citizenship clinic made me really worried but she made me at ease. Her gentle and kind approach made me relaxed. I felt from her that she is very compassionate and want to help immigrant people from the bottom of her heart. I decided to hire her if I have a problem with USCIS. I passed the interview, therefore I didn't need to hire her. I highly recommend her. I am sure that she will do her job great because she was doing so good even though it was free citizenship clinic.

I got the foreclosed house from the bank with the occupants. They were very dishonest and tough people, they were doing so many dirty tricks just to stay in the house and not move out. One of their trick was to file a skeletal bankruptcy case, just to prolong the time for us (which was already more than a half an year), so we had to hire a bankruptcy attorney to help us to solve this problem. I am so glad we found Mr. Reilly from the The Tracy Law Group. He is so knowledgeable, so professional, I even didn't have to explain him much, he got the picture right away himself from the paperwork my eviction lawyer sent to him, and he started his work right away. When he sent to me all paper work he prepared for the motion for the Judge, I was really surprised, how he got everything right, like he was familiar with this case for a long time already. I was surprised how fast he solved the problem, it was amazing. I regret I didn't find him earlier, I am sure I wouldn't have to go through everything I went through. If I would need the bankruptcy attorney again, he would definitely be the first choice of mine, and I REALLY recommend him to everyone who needs a bankruptcy attorney. Thank you so much Mr. Reilly for everything you have done.

I very highly recommend Tim Fitzgerald and while I hope I don't need an attorney again any time soon he will be the first person I call if another issue arises. He very clearly understood the situation and my particular needs, always responded quickly, and in many cases it seemed like he was reading my mind. His ability to always think one step ahead of the opponent made our conversations successful and to the point. To top it off he has a great personality, which isn't required in his line of work, but it certainly eased some of the stress of the situation. He even took the time to speak with me on the phone after business hours when I was very upset about the ordeal I was going through. Definitely not required, but it meant the world to really feel like someone was on my side during a very stressful situation. I cannot say enough great things about this guy. When my company, the company Tim helped me fight so hard to get back, hits it's first million dollar mark, Tim and his family will definitely be getting an invitation to our celebratory BBQ! Seriously, hire this guy.

: I have been in the business of commercial real estate development my entire professional life, and have worked with many lawyers during that time. For the past decade, however, I have routinely turned to Tim Fitzgerald for representation and advice. During that time, Tim has successfully represented my interest in numerous business and litigation matters across the country, many involving complex and high-stakes legal issues. Although Tim possesses the all of the qualities one would expect from an attorney operating at the top of the profession – intelligence, confidence, tenacity, clarity, efficiency – what has set Tim apart over the years is his passion for the practice of law. I do not hesitate for moment in recommending Tim’s legal services, particularly with respect to complex commercial litigation matters

I met Nick because I had used another attorney at his office for an injury case, and when I got stopped for DUI I knew I could trust the office again. At the motion hearing Nick got my whole case thrown out! He showed that just because I crossed the fog line didn't prove I was drunk, and more importantly, that the Officer never had a reason to stop me in the first place. I would trust Nick's firm with any case.

I had never had anything more than just speeding tickets but then I got a DUI. I realize how this was a big mistake, but Nick never made me feel bad about myself. Actually from the first time we met I just felt better. I think I got a good outcome...no jail time or even license suspension because he won the phone hearing for me. Final outcome: Negligent Driving.

Her presentation was very professional and clear. No one involved in our case had been involved a lawsuit previously. Ms. First was very reassuring as she prepared us for what to expect throughout the process. She was always responsive to questions and concerns and flexible when it came to finding times to meet with company representatives.

I hired Phil due to some property issues I was having with a developer working an adjacent property to mine and concern over city decisions that would affect me and my property. Phil made himself available when needed coming on-site a couple of times to review the situation, also met with the developer when I needed questions answered and made himself available for meetings with me - some on short notice. He helped guide me to a settlement with both the city and developer which provides minimal impact to me and my property and even provides some benefits from the development, all while identifying and utilizing the only leverage I had. Phil was recommended to me by another attorney I worked with for another issue. She stated she heard good things from other clients regarding Phil. I definitely would recommend Phil to anyone and am thankful I was able to find him after being disappointed trying to work with several other attorneys - some who overstated their level of expertise. I was really impressed with him and liked him the first time he came out to my property and we talked in person. I knew he would be able to answer my questions and help me achieve a satisfactory resolution. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and set the tone regarding legal ramifications – just what I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help in his legal field of expertise.

We had some questions as sellers about an addendum to a purchase and sales agreement for some open land, especially on the issue of avoiding liability for any issues that could arise in the future, and also on proper wording to be legally sound. Phil grasped what we needed done immediately and made excellent suggestions for changes in a very timely way, and in a very short period of time. All this through a phone conversation and emailing of documents. His grasp of real estate issues allowed him to be extremely efficient and therefore cost effective. Would recommend him for any real estate issue.

Allen Bentley did a superb job of respresenting me and ulitmately prevailing in a federal criminal case that involved the imposition of an illegal sentence. We were up against bureaucratic US Attorneys who claimed they had a right to impose a $30 million restitution judgement against me simply because of a procedural error despite their knowledge that the sentencing judge intended the amount to be $50,000. Al did extensive research and provided superb arguments as to why the case should be put before the judge for resentencing. He ultimately got the government to stipulate to the resentencing and persuaded the judge to sentence me to the amount that he originally intended to impose ($50,000).

Mr. Maxwell provided advice on how to enter an arbitration award as a court judgment. He is a good communicator and helped me understand the process, the costs, and the tradeoffs. I was especially impressed with Mr. Maxwell's interest in getting the best result for *me*. When he perceived an opportunity for me to save time and money, he recommended it--even though it meant me working with a different attorney. Mr. Maxwell could have elected to not mention the alternative and done the work--and earned the fees--himself, but he was looking out for my best interest, which speaks highly of his character. If you have a problem with resolving contract and lease disputes, enforcement of judgments, or collections, Mr. Maxwell can help.

I met Bill through connection to a group complaint founded in basic corporate legal issues, and was immediately impressed. He guided us through each phase expertly, in several instances actually instructing opposing counsel, and led us to timely, extremely successful resolution of our case. He pressed authoritatively and professionally when necessary, while being appropriately conciliatory at times. Bill understands the legal nuances for any new facet of his cases- and we are thankful for it! Most difficult is how to narrow down top three attributes to capture Bill and his capabilities- they ALL fit! Perhaps the best way is suggested by his own LinkedIn description. He's been named several times as "Super Lawyer"... add to that "super person". I cannot recommend Bill highly enough!

Chris worked hard for me battling my insurance company. They tried to low ball us and Chris let them know we'd be taking them to court. I own a small dry cleaners, family owned, and using perc as a solvent. When our landlord refinanced the bank required them to test for contamination. Even though I had insurance, the process became very stressful. I felt at the mercy of my landlord, the environmental companies they hired and the dept. of ecology. I sought help from a friend in the industry and he highly recommended Bill willard. I could not be more pleased with the work Bill has done for us. As He educated me on my options I found him to be very knowledgeable. When he came to meetings with us he was obviously the most informed person in the room giving us a position of strength and confidence. His guidance was spot on and he took great pains to make sure I knew all my options. He always responded immediately and explained things to me in a way that did not make me feel small or foolish as some of the people involved had. I am so glad to have him as an advocate. We had a situation where the work a contractor did on our house was so bad that it had to be completely demolished and redone (by a much more trustworthy company). Bill was an excellent person to work with while we tried to recover our damages. He had extensive knowledge of the subject matter of construction law, and was a great tactician, .always planning several steps ahead to anticipate what the other side's lawyers and insurance company might try. His communication with us was always timely and detailed without being overwhelming, always making sure we understood what he was doing on our behalf, the advantages and risks of any decisions, etc.. I felt that he understood our needs and priorities well enough that we could always go with his recommendations when we had decisions to make, and those always turned out to be the correct decisions for us. I can't imagine that we could have gotten any better results with any other attorney, or that anyone else could have mitigated the stress of what we had to go through any more than he did. His fees were certainly reasonable -- to be honest, I accused him at least once of billing us for less hours than he worked, but he always denied that.. Great person to work with.

What a Litigation Lawyer Can Do for You

A litigation lawyer specializes in representing individuals, businesses, or organizations involved in legal disputes. Whether you're the one filing a lawsuit or you're being sued, a litigation attorney will advocate on your behalf throughout the entire legal process. Their goal is to resolve disputes, either through negotiation, settlement, or trial. Litigation lawyers can help with a wide range of disputes, including contract disagreements, real estate issues, employment disputes, personal injury claims, and more.

Litigation lawyers provide strategic legal advice and manage all aspects of your case, from filing motions to representing you in court, ensuring that your rights are protected and that you have the best chance of achieving a favorable outcome.

When Should I Hire a Litigation Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a litigation lawyer if you're involved in a legal dispute that you cannot resolve on your own. Common situations include:

  • Breach of contract disputes: If a party to a contract fails to fulfill their obligations, a litigation lawyer can help you seek damages or enforce the agreement.
  • Business disputes: Litigation lawyers can represent you in cases of partnership disagreements, intellectual property disputes, or business fraud.
  • Employment disputes: If you're facing issues like wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, or wage disputes, a litigation lawyer can help resolve these matters through negotiation or court action.
  • Personal injury claims: If you've been injured due to someone else's negligence and are seeking compensation, a litigation attorney can help you pursue your case.
  • Real estate or property disputes: When there are conflicts over property ownership, boundary issues, or lease agreements, a litigation lawyer can assist in resolving the dispute.

Hiring a lawyer early in the process is beneficial, especially if a lawsuit seems imminent or you have already been served with legal documents.

What Does a Litigation Lawyer Do?

A litigation lawyer handles all aspects of your case, from the initial investigation to the trial and even the appeals process, if necessary. Their role includes:

  • Case assessment and investigation: Analyzing the facts of your case and advising whether it’s worth pursuing or defending.
  • Pleadings and motions: Drafting and filing documents to initiate or respond to a lawsuit, including complaints, motions to dismiss, and answers.
  • Discovery: Gathering evidence, including depositions, interrogatories, and document requests, to build your case.
  • Negotiations and settlement discussions: Attempting to resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration, or settlement talks before going to trial.
  • Trial representation: Presenting your case in court, examining witnesses, introducing evidence, and making legal arguments before a judge or jury.
  • Appeals: If necessary, filing appeals to challenge or defend the outcome of the trial.

Litigation lawyers are also skilled negotiators and often work to resolve disputes outside of court to save time, money, and stress for their clients.

How Are Litigation Lawyers Paid?

Litigation lawyers typically use a variety of fee structures depending on the type of case, the complexity of the legal matter, and the financial circumstances of the client. Common payment arrangements include:

  • Hourly rates: Many litigation attorneys charge by the hour, with rates varying based on experience and geographic location.
  • Flat fees: For specific, predictable legal tasks (such as filing a motion), lawyers may offer a flat fee.
  • Contingency fees: In personal injury or other cases where you seek damages, a lawyer may work on a contingency basis, taking a percentage of the settlement or award if you win.
  • Retainer: Some clients pay a retainer fee upfront to secure ongoing legal services. The lawyer then bills against this retainer as work is done.

The exact structure should be discussed in the initial consultation to ensure you understand how and when you'll be charged.

How Much Does a Litigation Lawyer Cost?

The cost of a litigation lawyer varies significantly depending on the nature of the dispute and the lawyer’s experience. Factors affecting the cost include:

  • The complexity of the case: More complex litigation involving extensive discovery, expert witnesses, or multi-party suits typically costs more.
  • Time spent: Litigation cases can be time-consuming, especially if they go to trial. The longer the case, the higher the legal fees.
  • Type of fee arrangement: Hourly rates can range from $200 to over $1,000 per hour, depending on the lawyer’s reputation and location. Contingency fees generally range from 25% to 40% of the settlement or award.
  • Stage of litigation: Cases that settle early in the process are often less expensive than those that proceed to trial or appeal.

It’s crucial to ask about cost estimates during your initial consultation to avoid surprises.

Top Questions to Ask a Litigation Lawyer

Before hiring a litigation lawyer, it's essential to ask key questions to ensure you're choosing the right representation:

  1. What is your experience with cases like mine?
Ensure that the lawyer has experience handling your specific type of dispute, whether it's a contract issue, personal injury, or business matter.

Ask for an honest assessment of your case's strengths, weaknesses, and the likelihood of success.
  3. What is your fee structure?
Clarify how you'll be charged, whether by the hour, a flat fee, or on a contingency basis.

While it's hard to predict, an experienced lawyer can give you a rough estimate based on similar cases.
  5. How often do you settle cases versus going to trial?
Some lawyers are more inclined to settle, while others may be more experienced in the courtroom. It’s important to understand their strategy.
  6. What is your approach to resolving disputes?
Some lawyers prefer aggressive litigation, while others focus on settlement or mediation. Choose one whose approach aligns with your goals.

How to Check the Credibility of a Litigation Lawyer

To verify a litigation lawyer’s credibility, consider the following steps:

  • Check bar association records: Ensure the lawyer is in good standing with the state bar and has no history of disciplinary actions.
  • Read client reviews and testimonials: Online reviews can provide insight into the lawyer’s professionalism and track record.
  • Look for litigation experience: Review the lawyer’s website or professional profile to ensure they have handled cases like yours and have a record of success.
  • Request references: Ask the lawyer to provide references from past clients who can speak to their effectiveness and approach.
  • Research their trial experience: If your case is likely to go to trial, ensure the lawyer has a history of courtroom success.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make your first consultation with a litigation lawyer productive, you should prepare the following:

  • A clear outline of the dispute: Provide a timeline and key details about the legal issue you're facing.
  • Any relevant documents: Bring contracts, emails, letters, or any other documentation that pertains to the case.
  • A list of key players: Provide the names of individuals or companies involved in the dispute.
  • Questions about fees and the litigation process: Make sure you understand how the lawyer plans to approach your case and how you will be charged.
  • Your goals and expectations: Be clear about what outcome you're hoping for, whether it's a settlement, compensation, or another resolution.

By coming prepared, you can ensure that your initial meeting with the lawyer is both efficient and insightful, giving you a better sense of how to proceed with your case.
