Amy was amazing!!! She made sure I was aware of every step that she was taking!!! She was prepared of all that was required for us to provide the defense attorney. She got amazing expert witness and made sure all areas were covered. Dan is the Man (as an Attorney)! Plain and simple. I had two city charges (DV and Resisting Arrest) against me that was ongoing with another defense Attorney. The prosecution was absolutely stagnant for nearly 2 years, and I did not believe our initial Attorney was a good fit anymore to get the job done. A family member recommended Dan Fiorito instead. I switched to Dan mid-prosecution. He took over and shortly thereafter got the DV charge officially dismissed. I then took the Resisting Arrest charge to trial and Dan won my case after a full 3-day trial. His courtroom skill was levels above that of the City Prosecutor. The Jury unanimously acquitted me, believing in Dan's convincing arguments over our opposition. I plan to seek Dan's help in pursuing a Civil action against the city as well.
To say Dan was the right choice as my Attorney is an understatement. He was the perfect choice. His demeanour is caring, professional, and very pragmatic. Mike provided clear guidance and even-handed explanations as I navigated my first trademark filing. He listened well and took the time to understood the purpose of the service being trademarked, which I feel was reflected in the coverages we were ultimately received when the trademark was awarded.
During the process, an inspector at the USPTO raised a minor issue. Mike understood the "why" of the concern, and handled it quickly.

Mr. Maybrown is very selective in the number of cases his firm brings on. Thankfully, Mr. Maybrown represented me for a very serious false accusation. Ultimately, he successfully brought the truth out and got the case dismissed. I can see why the firm is selective in the cases they bring in, because his attention to my case was always paramount, he was extremely responsive to every question and concern, and frankly, treated me like a family member and not someone who was just writing the checks. His methods are meticulous and brilliant and was able to look at everything in the case akin to putting together a very complicated jigsaw puzzle.
Mr. Maybrown's pursuit for justice was uncanny. His passion shined through all of the work he did on my behalf.
His firms support team was also incredible and was an extension of his wonderful work.

Todd maybrown took my case in 2011 while I was in prison. He won my personal restraint petition may 6th of 2014.i was released from prison and my charges were over turned. He got me a new trial. October 14th of 2014 i won my trial and only took the jury 15 min to deliberate my case. Came back with the verdict of not guilty. After 6 years of fighting this. Todd maybrown did the impossible. On Thursday December 11, 2008, I received a criminal complaint against me. According to the court papers, the charge was a criminal offense; the alleged violation was an assault. I was shocked and strongly believed that there must be an error due to the fact I did not recall “knowingly” committing an offense against any being, let alone a human being. Initially, I did not know what to do. The second day I called a friend who is a attorney, his practice focuses on civil litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on general commercial litigation, i.e. he was not a criminal defense attorney. After reading the court complaint letter, my friend’s reaction was similar to mine. He said this is very bizarre; situation and proceeded to call the City prosecutor to find out what the complaint was really about. He did his best with no success. With a court date set for December 23rd that I was not able to attend, my friend was kind enough to represent me and request discovery materials, so hopefully we could understand what was going on.
Knowing the complaint was absolutely false; I took it very seriously and started the search for a knowledgeable top-notch criminal defense attorney. I received Todd’s name as a recommendation and contacted him. He quickly returned my phone call. We sat together the second day after my call and Todd began efforts on my behalf. The day I met Todd, he told me, the accuser may bring two more individuals to the hearing and clearly explained what we were going to do. I told Todd I was looking for an excellent attorney. I was upset and disappointed at the possibility I may be found guilty of something I did not do. I was in great distress at having the burden on me to prove my innocence.
What appeared to be a minor case in my opinion, I understood, could have major consequences on my life if the matter was not properly handled. My accuser managed to find two “professional” witnesses, i.e. two liars like him, to support his absolute false claim. Todd, through professionalism, excellent investigation and due diligence in gathering information perfected the case for a win on my behalf during cross examination. Needless to say, I was highly impressed with Todd’s performance. He did a great job. The judge was disgusted with the prosecutor’s office because of the way Todd demonstrated excellence in presenting the matters.
Todd took time to understand every aspect of my case and used his knowledge and experience to my advantage. Todd is an attorney with integrity that can be trusted and relied on. He is an attorney who is thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable. Todd is a staunch advocate for his client.
I would recommend Todd for anyone who had a criminal case. Todd is very easy to work and talk with. He instills a real sense of confidence in his client that everything will be ok. I had a very tough and complicated case with little chance of success, but with the help of Linda Fang and her team, we finally won it! I consulted Craig about an issue with buying a house. There was a contentious situation involving a suspected fake competing offer, which was used to escalate the final price for me. Craig was very helpful and quickly identified the key points of the situation, which gave me enough arguments to successfully get out of the buy/sell contract. Danielle consulted on my naturalization case in 2016. She was up front about the cost, did a deep dive on the particulars of my case with me, gave specific pointers and advice about paperwork and then, unlike most consultants, told me that I didn't need her to complete my citizenship. She pointed me in the right direction and sent me on my way. With her advice from that consultation I printed my own paperwork and applied for naturalization in January 2017 and became a citizen in November 2017. She could have told me I needed her for everything and charged me several thousand dollars...but she didn't. I've recommended Danielle to at least 2 other friends. She is excellent.

We had given a rather large sum, over a million dollars, to a non profit organization for the purchase of a religious center. The management failed to do so and even secretly used the funds to invest in a fund. Unfortunately, we did not have a contract or document but just a 2 line email to prove what the money was not a general donation but given for a specific need. Being a Home Owners Association ( HOA ) with a volunteer board, we were in need of professional guidance to secure the sale of a tract of land that the HOA owned.
