Expensive and they were more concerned in banking then helping. They kept on arguing with opposing council after I asked them to stop. They were concerned with making money and were completely oblivious to the techniques the opposing council was using to cause me harm. I could say a lot more but in brief do not recommend.

Absolutely HORRIBLE representation!!!! More worried about billing every 3 days to the tune of thousands of dollars than representing their clients and helping them get a satisfactory result. Spent tens of thousands of dollars to actually be in a worse position. I was promised the world and delivered nothing!!! Do yourself a favor!!! RUN!! Find other representation, they are atrocious!! Dont' use this office and definetaly don't use Garrett Filetti. Zero communication. Zero concern with what the client wants. Grossly inept altogether! You will be left with way less money and zero results..... but you better believe that everyone at Elise Buie Family Law is getting paid!!!!$$$$$!!!!! Crooks!!

I originally hired Sean because a plumbing company had caused structural damages to floor joists during a renovation and they would not accept responsibility. What happened instead was Sean transferred me to Joe and the lawsuit lasted 2 1/2 years. We ended up going to arbitration and I won all damages but zero lawyers fees.
Incredibly frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t hire nor recommend them.
I regret hiring Sean and Joe.

I worked with Will Reingold, Jr for my divorce, who was recommended to me by a friend. He was friendly and knowledgeable for a process that is painful for most. The guy always works and never seems to miss a beat. He is always on top of it and prioritizes to get things done/executed like you're his only client. He made efforts to resolve more complicated challenges like parental rights of embryos even though it's not his wheelhouse.

If MRM has been practicing 35 years we were her among her early clients. She was amazing the and still is. I have not needed an attorney much since 1981 but when I have she is the best advisor. Never has forced a litigation on any. She did took my husband I through the end of a horrid family court matter that had taken on a life of its own even after remarriages . Former attorneys had settled nothing to the satisfaction of any party, including new husband or new wife. We did prevail on a permanent maintenance beyond remarriage of the recipient or payment of attorney fees by husband. She took it to appeals and won on both. She did not further damage the already fragile relationship between divorced parents of a fragile preteen in the process. Time passes we are grandparents, everyone is the exact same personality as they were in then. She worked hard for us in an area of law that is not her specialty but she has left her mark with these appeals and by assuring we newly weds had a chance at making a marriage and eventual family find peace. For that We are eternally grateful.

I believe someone working or has worked for this company has/was doing illegal activities. For an example, Shehana Buksh sent a Will and Testament to someone via email without thoroughly verifying if that individual was the correct person.
Also, the document looked like it was illegally edited.

This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.

I retained their services for help with business contracts, and business partner discussions. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and helped me succeed with positive outcomes. I first worked with Imants, then mostly with Phil Neale. Phil was very easy to get a hold of, and constantly updated me on progress. Every time I called in, he either answered the call right away, or called back very shortly afterwards. Highly recommend, and we will retain their services when needed again in the future!

Wanted me to pay $2,000 upfront for a broker scam, so I added him to an email with the broker to analyse if what they were saying was truly a scam or if it wasn’t. He made sure to include in the email that he wasn’t my lawyer (because I hadn’t paid him 2k yet). Why would anyone in the right mind blindly give a lawyer $2,000 without know if they truly have a case or not.

We needed a representative with extensive cannabis expertise because our business partners ended up being not so great partners.
Since we couldnt use our previous business attorney, we asked everyone we respected in the industry and got several recommendations to go with Aaron. One recommendation came from a friend who, with Aaron's help, had just won a 2 year legal battle against his former partner for a large settlement. So it was pretty easy to trust Aaron's experience, and I had personally seen his success with my friend.
Our situation was complex and layered. When we explained the circumstances, Aaron quickly and easily understood the complexities. He jumped in and took control of the communication with the other side.
The previous partners legal representative was very combative and overly aggressive. They also had much deeper pockets than us, and were attempting to bully the situation to run up my legal bills.
Aaron easily saw through this and was able to prevent them from dragging us into a deeper or ongoing situation. He was more clever and knowledgeable than their representation. His communications with them were firm, but not combative or retaliatory to their negativity.
I think he had a great read of the circumstances and the people involved. And he maneuvered through the problems and communications excellently.
He also helped give us better perspective of our situation as it dragged on. He helped us understand the need for our personal restraint, and made suggestions for how we could maneuver going forward for our personal and business success.
In the end,we got out of the partnership, with minimal headaches, and are in a much better position now thanks to the advice and guidance that Aaron gave us.
We would highly recommend to work with him if you are lucky enough to.

I’ve been working with Aaron since 2018. Each time we have worked together he is thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with a huge fire to achieve the goal. He also has always been realistic of what is possible and what is not. I appreciate that so much as some attorneys will only tell you what you want to hear. I was in a truly hopeless situation before I was referred to Ms. Miller by a coworker. My daughter was in a terrible, volatile environment with a mentally unstable mother who was failing to perform basic motherly duties. I felt powerless to the situation. Jennifer was immediately encouraging from our first phone call, and jumped on getting the necessary papers filed for emergency custody. She worked with me and my family to get my daughter permanently out of the situation and living with me.
She was able to articulate the situation to the judge perfectly, as well as work with the judge to formulate a parenting plan that includes not only protections for my daughters wellbeing as she grows and is allowed more time with her mother, but also allows me, as the custodial parent, to monitor her mothers mental state. The plan requires regular updates to the court and to me about her mental health treatment, and protects my daughter if things take a bad turn in that regard. My daughter is thriving and happy today with a healthy routine, and none of this would’ve been possible without Jennifer’s extensive knowledge of the WA State legal system.
I always felt like I was being taken care of with Ms. Miller. She is a powerful force for justice and was excellent at explaining the process as time went on. She kept me updated throughout, but did a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes filing papers and drafting documents for the case. She always made herself available if I had questions about the case, and gave me great advice on how to address certain situations with my daughter’s mother as they presented themselves.
I will forever be grateful to Jennifer for everything she’s done for me and my little girl. Her can-do attitude is infectious, and her vast knowledge of the legal system put me at ease during the most difficult time in my life.

This gal is the most knowlegeable overall of any lawyer i have ever used. Anything I ask her she knows and is quick to answer. No pontificating and dodging the answer. I asked three or 4 lawyers an estate question (they did not know), and Gwyn knew it right away. She doesn't even charge you if you do not engage her and will give you a free half hour (or more). She is awesome and I rely on her for all sorts of legal questions from contracts and real estate, to litigation and procedure matters. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.

I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). After hiring Alex, he immediately got to work and provided invaluable guidance every step of the way in getting the case together. By the time we got to court, we were so prepared that we never even got to testify, the judge threw the case out in our favor after the petitioner's story completely fell apart. I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED.
He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern.
No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone.
Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.

I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. Drew is a very down to earth, non "lawyer-y" lawyer. I only met with him in person one time and he was very relaxed yet instilled confidence in me when he spoke about what he does. While it took much longer than I had hoped, he ultimately won a great settlement for us from our own insurance company, using our coverage for uninsured motorists. I had a personal injury as a result of being hit by a drunk driver and not only did Drew make sure all of my medical care (6 months!) was covered in full but left us with $10,000 in our pockets when all was said and done. I recently consulted with Matthew Cunanan and Drew Davis regarding both an inheritance and an elderly parent with debt problems. As part of a free consultation, they gave me helpful advice about a number of potential scenarios and also did some preliminary research to answer one of my questions. In addition, they were very up-front about their rates, unlike other attorneys I’d spoken with who wouldn’t even give me an estimate without paying for a consultation. I fractured my tailbone and suffered some other injuries after being hit by a car this summer while riding my bike. After receiving some misleading communication from the at-fault party's insurance, I contacted a few attorneys for some perspective. Stacie was the only attorney I spoke with who clearly took the time to understand my concerns, walk me through my options, and explain the insurance and legal jargon to me. I was recommended to Stacie after I was run over by a Metro bus whilst riding my bike, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Before I hired her, I attempted to handle the claim myself and it was a complete nightmare. Metro was putting all the burden of recovery on me and made me continually jump through hoops in order to frustrate me and make me go away. Dealing with them was like having a part time job in of itself.
When I decided it was time for professional help, a friend recommended Stacie to me and she lifted all the burden of the accident off my shoulders. Working with her allowed me to focus on my physical recovery and gave me time to get back to normal life. Any loop Metro threw at me from that point forward was no longer my problem. Stacie handled all their BS for me.
Due the length of time for my physical recovery, I was with Stacie for quite some time. Throughout the process Stacie gave me consistent updates on her side of things. She would also check in on recovery and helped defer payment with a practitioner until after I had received my settlement.
When it came time to submit a claim, Metro twice low balled us and forced us into to arbitration.
