I know it was divine intervention that led me to Mr. James Kramer. When I was referred to him to take a look at my case, I was at serious risk of losing my only child to a relocation. Jim is amazing! He spends his time fighting for father's rights, and for men who want to be part of their children's lives. My ex-wife didn't want me to have any visitation and tried all kinds of crazy ideas. Jim took each one in stride, disproved them in court, and I actually ended up with more visitation that I started out asking for. My ex-wife went through 4 lawyers (all of which were higher priced than Jim) and Jim easily won every time we had to go to court. I owe him a ton of gratitude for taking on my case and representing me the way he did. If he's not your lawyer, you don't want to see him in the courtroom!

After 2 years of complex litigation, I was beginning to think the legal system in Hillsborough County Florida was a complete joke. After discussing the situation with Tom Scarritt, I realized my legal team of 3 mishandled certain aspects of the case. Since they were with a large statewide firm, this was a tough pill to swallow. There were 2 trials involved in my case. My original team blew the first part of case by mishandling the trial. I fired the original team and engaged Tom Scarritt.
Tom took my bleak situation and completely reversed the tide . At the end of the second trial , the judge told my opponent her assertions of value due her were ridiculous. While no one should be expected to work miracles, Tom Scarritt was able to take our situation to a successful conclusion given our difficult position. Had I employed Tom in the beginning, I am convinced the outcome would have been a complete success. Litigation is a minefield of rules and legal positioning . Tom knows the system inside and out having taught trial lawyers and I recommend him to anyone with a large case.

Jennifer Dietz help me and my family in a large contract dispute regarding my pets. She worked through the Christmas holidays to help us get our pets back from a kennel that tried to over-bill us for boarding our pets. It was a bait and switch tactic by this unscrupulous kennel/boarding company. Jennifer not only got our pets back but she got the kennel to honor the original contract. She worked very hard and charged half of what other attoneys wanted. We love her!

Without the legal representation of Jennifer Dietz as our counsel, two dogs would have remained languishing in boarding. Her months of dedication to our case and these dogs spoke to her character and integrity. Mrs Dietz fought on our behalf to defend, mitigate & negotiate to reach a settlement between our rescue and a boarding facility that was holding our dogs hostage over a bill that they had padded to the point we could not repay it. Thanks to the settlement agreement Jennifer presented, we now have these two loving dogs back and they were able to receive the vet care that was being withheld.

Marie is an exceptional human being, and the greatest lawyer you will ever find. When our house flooded over two years ago, we didn’t know what to do. Our house was destroyed, insurance denied our claim, my newborn baby was ill from the water/mold damage, and I was lost. It was such a dark time. I didn’t know where to go, what to do, or who to talk to. All I knew is that I needed to leave my home to keep my child in a safe environment, and that my house needed to be completely gutted and rebuilt. But where to begin? How could I afford it? Why wasn’t insurance doing what I paid for? I didn’t know how to answer ANY of those questions. Marie was like a knight in shining legal armor. At no upfront cost, she not only went to bat for me against my homeowner’s insurance, but she also helped me navigate where to go, who to talk to, and in what order to start tackling the demolition/reconstruction of my house. She was there with my family every step of the way. She communicated, even if there was nothing to say. She got angry with me, she got angry FOR me. I have hired many lawyers over the years and have had occasion to think about what I need from a legal representative, Since meeting Russ in 2011 and working with him on a number of real estate transactions through my company, I have used his firm exclusively. I am writing to review his work on a recent matter that involved my personal real estate portfolio. Very simply, I do not think I could ask for more in an attorney. He exceeds expectations in every area, specifically:
Legal Knowledge- In this case, as with every other he has handled, it was clear that he had total command of the legal issues. He always has a plan of attack. He is creative and can think on the fly.
Interaction with Client- Russ keeps you informed and I am always comfortable that he is aggressively protecting my interests. Every attorney has other clients and cases but with Russ I always know he is up to date on my case and he is always available for consultation. If he is going to travel informs me in advance how he can be reached. He makes you feel like the center of attention and never an afterthought. He cares, no matter the size of the case.
Billing and Value- Russ is exceedingly fair in his billing. Everything is fully disclosed and in the end I paid far less than I would have expected for the amount and quality of the work. The resolution that Russ got for me was better than I had ever imagined. What I was expecting to cost many thousands ended with me collecting a substantial check at closing.
Mr. Sibley is a very smart lawyer, has great judgement, is scrupulously honest, and an excellent communicator. I enthusiastically recommend him without reservation.

I meet many attorneys due to my job, and Russell shows the highest level of ethics, knowledge, competence. He represented me in a very bizarre collection case. The defendant tried everything from frivolous motions, counter claim, harassment to drive up my legal cost. Russell spent 10 times more time than what he charged me for, protected me from the defendant's threats. He clearly puts his clients' interest before money. We prevailed. In a different case, another attorney was unsuccessful to collect a judgement from an out-of-state debtor. Russell took care of it easily and recovered the money.

Although I strive to be a self-sufficient person, there comes a point where hiring a professional is the smart thing to do, especially with legal matters. Well, I reached that point; I needed a lawyer.
Ron Denman produced quick results. It was clear that he knew this particular aspect of the law fluently. He developed a sound, assertive legal strategy and communicated it to me in a way that made sense to me. As events unfolded, he adapted our strategy to suit new circumstances which increased our plan's effectiveness. In the end, the strategy had worked- I walked away achieving the ideal outcome.
Another thing that was notable to me: he approached my situation as if he was representing himself. When it comes down to it, it was one of the main reasons that I hired him. I had met with plenty of lawyers, and they all had the right qualifications and plenty of experience. But, I left my initial meeting with Ron feeling that I could trust him to get the job done. That's a big deal. I was obviously looking for someone who was qualified and capable, but what I really wanted was someone who was going to stand up for me and be there every step of the way. There were an incredible amount of stressors throughout the duration of the case, and it made all the difference feeling like the situation was being taken care of.
Since the resolution of my situation, I have thankfully not needed legal representation, but I can say that if I did, I would definitely work with Ron again. Thanks Ron!

There aren't enough words to describe how grateful I am to Zachary Bayne for his assistance with my divorce.
