I had an issue with my landlord; my apartment flooded, and despite my repeated attempts at contact, the landlord did nothing about it, so I was forced to hire a company to come deal with my flooded apartment. The landlord then falsely claimed it was my responsibility to pay the bill, despite clear language in the lease that it was their responsibilty because I hired this company without their permission, even though I only had to do this because they weren't doing anything themselves!
After months of not being able to resolve this, I finally sought out Mr. Wolbers. He took my case immediately, on a totally reasonable contingency. The entire duration of the case he was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. He did everything I wanted, and more, and I just now received my settlement for the dispute, for the entire amount I was asking for, including all the legal fees I had paid!
I would recommend Mr. Wolbers to anyone who asked, I can't think of any way he could have handled my case better.

I called as many Tenant Attorneys in Tampa as I could find online. Tristan answered his line promptly, listened to my concerns, and circumstances. Mr. Rothburd is highly knowledgeable in his field. I would consider him to be not only a subject matter expert but he's also well respected in his field. This is important because he had a relationship with the other party's attorney. This allowed them to unemotionally negotiate my case and come to an equitable agreement that worked for all parties.
He's extremely direct and factual about the circumstances. He doesn't create unrealistic expectations and works to get the best results for the clients, and not his own personal gain. I'd not only recommend him but I'd use him again if ever in the same situation, which of course I hope never happens again in my lifetime.
I'm also very knowledgeable about contracts and labor law and a tough judge of character and performance. I've had to use several attorney's for various occasions throughout my career as a CEO just in my daily general business practices and Craig falls into the top 1% of the attorney's I've known and or worked with. He and his assistant, Maria are very responsive and have great follow up. They got it done in the time frame they committed to and continued to follow up through out the entire case which was just finalized on the exact date Craig requested it to be by the way. I contacted Mike (and Sean) to assist me on a business lawsuit for which I was being deposed in 6 days. We spent over an hour discussing my case. Mike was completely upfront and knowledgable on the deposition process and how we should proceed. Having never been deposed, I was quite nervous before speaking with Mike. He put me at ease and assured me that he would be there to represent me and my business partner so that we presented our case succinctly and accurately to the deposing attorney. I hired Mike to represent myself and my siblings when our fathers second wife looted a trust fund after our father's death. While I very much wanted to recover the trust money, I did not want to spend a lot of time and money to get a judgment against her only to be unable to collect, or to spend more time and money on collection. I explained this to Mike the first time we talked on the phone, and throughout our almost 2 year journey together he never forgot it. All of his actions were geared toward recovery, not a useless moral victory. In the end we did prevail and recovered all our money and had our legal expenses reimbursed. The second wife's attorney had an excellent reputation, so victory was not easy or a foregone conclusion, yet Mike was able to counter them at every turn.
I can't say enough good about Mike, and I recommend him without reservation. I should add that I live in Colorado, so I never met Mike in person. We conducted all of our business via phone and email, and he was always very responsive when I would reach out to him.

My wife and I hired Brian Battaglia to represent us in a terrible law suit against a contractor who ruined our home and cause major flooding issues, during a major remodeling effort. We ended up, based on contractual agreement, going through mediation with the contractor and their insurance company. Brian was great, extremely professional but truly cared about us, did not miss any details in presenting the truth and the facts, and managed the opposition in a professional, calm manor. Outcome: We were fully compensated for our legal fees and the insurance company agreed to have the problem, caused by the contractors, fully repaired. I am pleased to write this review about my experience with Mr. Rodriguez. He took on my civil court case a few years ago and he handle it with the utmost professionalism and knowledge.
He thoroughly examined my case and explained to me the strengths and weaknesses about it. He also explained all the possible outcomes and he made no unrealistic promises to me. I never felt like I was being deceived by him into spending unnecessary money on my civil court case against me. It is a pleasure for me to say that I won in court 100% of the case. It was largely due to his capability, competence, knowledge, intelligence and professionalism. Mr. Rodriguez was worth every penny I spent on his wages. Even if I had partially win/lost my case in court, I would still had felt positive about his performance overall. I own a technical company that bids on a contracts. After winning the bid, my client asked me to sign a Vendor agreement. There was so much complicated legal language in the document that I did not know what I was signing. Brian walked me through every part of the document explaining to me in plain English what I would be signing. He also flagged potential terms that were very important for me to be aware of, but was a standard practice for this kind of contract. I was challenged with finding another new attorney. I found an ad for Mr. Ott but I was nervous because I had been burned by some other attorneys and he had an admonishment from the FL bar. I asked him about it and he was very open and honest which made me feel better. I explained my situation and what I was faced with. He was very compassionate and caring. At this point he had received no money. We kept in contact over the course of a few weeks which most attorneys wont give you the time of day without money. I eventually hired him. I have nothing but good things to say. In fact, I'm so so glad I hired him instead of someone else I was considering. If I call Justin I get Justin not a secretary. In family law communication is very important to me and I get plenty of it. He stays in contact with me, is very personable, reasonable and great in court. At the hearing Mr. Ott was prepared and on top of his game. I do not regret my decision to hire him at all. He does his research and is just a pleasant person to talk to. He is also very reasonable on fees when other attorneys were not.

Brent provided me with a wealth of information relative to my charge (DUI) and the options that I had as we began the process together. He investigated the minutia of the arrest which assisted in final result of a reduced conviction. Along with the details of the arrest, he represented my character to the judge, including my previous and current accomplishments as a young professional and lack of criminal history.
