Alyssa was a great selection for my unique case. My case involved a divorce with a military connection as well as the dissolution of a 30 year marriage while also dealing with a disabled spouse. All these conditions created a delicate situation to handle and Alyssa did so with expert ability while also explaining the process and legal requirements all along the way. I was able to receive my desired result while also being fair and honest with my former spouse. Both of us were satisfied with the final outcome of the non-contested case. The already difficult process was made much less stressful by the professionalism of Alyssa and the Cole law group associates and experts who assisted her. Their fees were reasonable for the work they completed and I would recommend the CLG firm and especially Alyssa to anyone facing the difficult and unfortunate situation of divorce in Tennessee.

Clay represented my wife and me in litigation involving a car accident that she was involved in. It was a very serious accident with multiple vehicles, injuries, and fatalities involved.
Clay was very diligent in helping us navigate through the process of settling the case. He kept us well informed as to the progress of the case, as well as what our options were as we proceeded. We feel very good about the outcome, particularly in light of the multiple parties involved in it.

A drunk driver struck my daughter's car. Thankfully, she survived - but does deal with lingering issues.

There isn't enough glowing words to express the professionalism, communication standards, and measurable results achieved by hiring Matthew Kirby. After 17 months of no results with an out of state case, I hired Mr. Kirby to represent a workers compensation claim that was getting no where. He consulted with me when ever I needed it, day and night. He knew all the right procedures to achieve a verdict on my behalf. his work ethic. An extremely hard worker on anything he did. He was relentless in his schooling and when he hit the work force, it was on a dead run,...full speed ahead. I was arrested on a DUI charge and didn't think I had any chance of getting out of it. My job was on the line, so I hired Mr. Witherington based on numerous people referring him as the "go- to" guy for these situations. He jumped right into my case and developed some complicated legal technicality based on how they stopped my vehicle. He and his staff did a very thorough job of getting records, photographs, and all sorts of information to build my defense. IT WORKED. I got out with nothing on my record. Mr. Witherington was very personable and always responded to my calls the same day. I highly recommend him, and I hope I never have to use him again.

I consulted with Chad in late 2005 about disability benefits. He was bright, positive and very cordial. He sent me for additional doctor exams and other needed documentation. The firm absorbed the costs of exams and other documentation. We had a court date in three months and Chad advised me of court procedures and advised me how to address the court. Things had gone bad up to that point and been a lot of trouble for me. I really wish I had seen Chad sooner.

Mr. Songstad is an excellent attorney who knows how to look at all the facts concerning a divorce and come up with a superior strategy to get the most favorable outcome for his client. I was blessed with the opportunity to meet with Attorney Vicki Hoover with a personal case a few years ago. A case that at the time was very difficult for me. From the moment of speaking with her she made me feel very comfortable and at peace. She was very understanding concerning my case, and I felt we had been friends for years. I was having a difficult decision that I had to make concerning my family, and wasn't sure the route to go with it. By the time I left there I was confident in the decision.
