I hired Zach based on a referral after attempting to hire three other attorneys in a 2 month period. With that being a lesson in itself, Zach relieved my desperation and frustration in the first consultation. He confidently and swiftly requested my records from a prior attorney and hired experts immediately which is something I do want to point out that three other legal experts did not step up to perform. I was consistently reassured because Zach got the small things right, he "hit the ground running," was thorough/appropriate with actions taken, and this is what any case truly needs.
Zach has a wealth of expert staff at his fingertips. I experienced Zach having to reach out to his experts and there was no churning or wasting of time to get responses. It was quite impressive. My case lasted 20 months and recently concluded via mediation. Zach informed me along the entire way that he and his staff were working to resolve the case as quickly as possible, that trial involves a lot of unknowns, and with no disguises, it would be expensive. When it turned out to be a longer road than we hoped, the expense and risks were worth the wait. Zach helped me to be able to close a bad chapter and walk away, freed from an extremely difficult situation. He told me, when this is over, it will be over and it is. We ended up not going to trial and came out with the result I wanted, more than many in my close circle thought would happen. Zach and I weighed my options together. He helped me make decisions. I kept myself informed of most every turn of event and simply, I had a peace of mind many times knowing I hired the best attorney for my case. If I hadn't hired Zach, no doubt, time would have passed and I would have been stuck in a horrible mess for many years, if not for the rest of my life. Zach educated me on the steps taken and reassured me when I questioned the process or opposition's intentions. I believed Zach because I needed to trust my attorney, but most of all he followed through with his plans. Zach made it easier for me to pay the expensive bills and in the end I received much more than he and his peers thought I would. Zach showed me what qualities, characteristics, and so forth to look for in future transactions. I will always remember sessions with Zach. I will most certainly remember Zach physically packing up and carrying my case with him in thick heavy binders. I will remember him looking at me and saying that he "was prepared as if he was going to trial." He always spoke with confidence, force, and knowledge about my case. Seeing Zach mentally and physically take on my case is something that I will always be grateful for. I hired an attorney who fought for me!

Bill was our first call when we discovered a potential problem with our JV partner in a complex transaction. Over the next nine months, he was able to help us evaluate a complete range of strategies, but with a practical focus, consistently keeping our best interests in mind rather than running down rabbit trails or low-probability tactics. Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
He is a fast thinker, calculates his opponents’ thoughts wisely and makes a smart moves based on that. Due to his demands, the company I was suing was willing to drop the case even before heading to court and reimbursed me with enough money to recover my property. And with wonderful twists to the story, it was also featured on the commercial appeal newspaper. Malcolm is an excellent lawyer. I would highly recommend him for all your legal services matters.

The best thing that could have happened when I needed a lawyer was to hire Attorney LaGrone. I was in need of representation in order to be appointed conservator for my Mom who had alzheimers. Partition lawsuits are becoming more and more common across the U.S. in large part because Millennials and Gen Zers (aka "Zoomers") are simply not getting married but buying homes with their significant others (or buying property together before they get married). This was the case for me, and Ms. Dixon knew what she was doing.

Lisa handled a complicated divorce for me with excellent results. When we initially went to court after being sued Lisa Eischeid was very well prepared, identified the key issues in dispute, the evidence and the weaknesses in the plaintiff's case. In a venue which almost always favors the plaintiff, she was great for the defense and the results were extremely favorable. The plaintiff fired her lawyer finally and her new lawyer apparently knew better than to face Lisa Eischeid in court. Because getting results in the court room, in the end this resulted in a fair and very reasonable settlement for the defense.
It was a very stressful life event that took almost a year to resolve but Lisa Eischeid is all business, she took care of all the details for me. I was very pleased with the results. A very competent attorney. Highly recommended.

I hired Mr. Long to represent me in what I feared would be an expensive and time-consuming traffic case. He was commendably clear and realistic about the range of potential outcomes and costs associated with this charge. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how satisfied (and relieved) I was with the outcome he was able to secure. For a more than reasonable fee and in far less time than I expected, he succeeded in having my citation dismissed and expunged. This has been my first experience meeting with a lawyer. Surprisingly, my meeting with Jason went so well. It was very informative and educational. After listening to my situation patiently, he advised me on what steps I need to take to protect my children and myself in my pending divorce case.
Jason believes in being there for his clients when they need him. If he is occupied for a period during the business day he returns phone calls and e-mails as quickly as possible, the same business day, using the technology he has in place to stay in touch.

I went to him concerning a custody issue after I was pretty much told by another lawyer that my children's emotional feelings were irrelavent & I had no argument as long as they were not coming home bruised or physically broken. He took the time to talk with my children. He fought for my children's rights & he is - in my book - a child advocate. He was very informative & great with the kids. He made a scary situation not so scarey. I trusted him with my children and they are getting the help they need. He made the law work for the little people.

When my family member suddenly died, I was the executor/personal representative and living in another state. I received a recommendation from a friend who lived in the same state as my deceased family member to contact estate attorney Matthew McDonald. After Mr. McDonald accepted me as a client, he quickly began a step by step process of taking the estate through probate because of some of its complications. He gave me a questionnaire which helped organize the assets and liabilities of the estate. He explained in understandable terms why I had to fill out certain court forms or had to put an announcement in the paper to notify possible claimants about my family member's death. Mr. McDonald was excellent at keeping me up to date on a tentative timeline to get through probate and sent me the necessary documents to sign, notarize, and return. When he notified me that the probate had closed, I felt an immense sense of relief. Mr. McDonald had made the probate process manageable at a very difficult time for my family. Due to his knowledge of the probate estate process and concern for his clients well-being, I recommend him to anyone needing an estate attorney.

In December 2015 my house had an upstairs water line break while I was out of the house for a kitchen remodel. Water ran for 12-18 hours and ruined the newly placed hardwood flooring and most of my content. Insurance stepped in and provided a fair estimate of the work, but I was hasty in selecting a new contractor for the work that turned out to not be qualified (to say the least). This was a grave mistake. The contractor was behind schedule, placed my new kitchen cabinets outside to get rained on, but worst of all he did not know how to install hardwood flooring and did the worst job possible. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the work in place he walked off the job and let my house in ruin. Knowing that I was going to have to fire and sue, I started asking around for legal advice. Briton Collins was recommended to me by my mother who is in tune with the local legal community, so I consulted with Briton and decided he was the best advice available.
Briton navigated me through the Notice of Default procedures so that the "process" was correct from the beginning. Then we stepped through the beginning of the arbitration process. Arbitration clause=red flag, don't sign that contract! We ultimately settled just before the hearing. Without Briton's strong presence during the process, I know I would have gotten nothing. I believe somewhat surprised I decided to settle (pleasantly surprised, I believe), Briton was extremely clear with me to make sure I understood what I was doing. I appreciate the repetition when it comes to confirming big decisions.
I don't wish what I was put through on anyone, but if something similar happens to you, you will be better off consulting with a professional such as Briton.
