Thank God for Wesley Southerland! He and his team went above and beyond for me after I had a car accident which resulted in a head injury (vision damage & memory issues) and neck/back injuries. The other driver was 100% at fault, but his insurance company refused to pay enough to even cover my medical costs. Wesley negotiated hard and long without giving up. He got me the maximum amount the other driver's policy covered! The settlement was five times more than the original offer AND Wesley accomplished this without us ever having to go to court! This was far more than I'd expected and such a relief.
I've worked with attorneys in other capacities on several occasions, and this team was by far the best of them all. They were prompt with communications and very understanding when I had other life issues that interfered with the progress of the case. Everyone in his office was a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend Wes and his team to anyone who needs representation.

I am living in Phoenix and had a lingering issue in Nashville. I hired Jake VanAusdall while living in Phoenix and never returned to Nashville during the time. He was able to help me without issue with that distance and I never had to wait long for a response, even with a time difference. He made me feel confident about the case from day one!
Additionally, when I called the offices for anything, whoever answered was always kind and helpful. It is clearly a culture established at this firm.

He is one of the best - point blank... I have been to many offices and been in several claims/cases - his team was by far the BEST out of every other encounter..

Alyssa was a great selection for my unique case. My case involved a divorce with a military connection as well as the dissolution of a 30 year marriage while also dealing with a disabled spouse. All these conditions created a delicate situation to handle and Alyssa did so with expert ability while also explaining the process and legal requirements all along the way. I was able to receive my desired result while also being fair and honest with my former spouse. Both of us were satisfied with the final outcome of the non-contested case. The already difficult process was made much less stressful by the professionalism of Alyssa and the Cole law group associates and experts who assisted her. There isn't enough glowing words to express the professionalism, communication standards, and measurable results achieved by hiring Matthew Kirby. After 17 months of no results with an out of state case, I hired Mr. Kirby to represent a workers compensation claim that was getting no where. I was arrested on a DUI charge and didn't think I had any chance of getting out of it. My job was on the line, so I hired Mr. Witherington based on numerous people referring him as the "go- to" guy for these situations. He jumped right into my case and developed some complicated legal technicality based on how they stopped my vehicle. He and his staff did a very thorough job of getting records, photographs, and all sorts of information to build my defense. IT WORKED. I got out with nothing on my record. Mr. Witherington was very personable and always responded to my calls the same day. I highly recommend him, and I hope I never have to use him again.

Don was our attorney in a complicated and long-running suit, and I have never seen anything quite like it. He was a bulldog, and long after I thought we were lost he kept at it, through two appeals, and actually won the case. I had not really thought the suit was winnable, but I do not know if Don ever gave winning any thought. I believe he was entirely driven by what he thought was right.
