"Thorough" is Heidi's middle name! Heidi has been extremely involved with us every step of the way. While she has years of experience (that clearly shows in her work!) she has never made us feel inadequate or unintelligent for asking questions. Heid has been instrumental in connecting us with other individuals in the CBD space and has provided resources on how to better educate ourselves and clients. Did I mention integrity? Mr. Shultz came recommended by an attorney in Spokane. When meeting with him, he explains the pros and cons of each option, with patience and clarity, often providing examples from his decades of experience. He is well connected in the legal and business communities. He follows up on his commitments EXACTLY as agreed upon. He usually takes calls out of the blue, and when he doesn't, he readily returns calls, generally that day. He has never talked down to my wife or I, and is a gentleman to the core. He is a extremely pleasant individual with a great sense of humor. After hiring him to resolve an issue with a deadbeat contractor, which he did, he has provided me advice on other legal concerns without asking for reimbursement. Overall, his time and cost charges are extremely fair and reasonable. We put 5K down as a retainer, and received a good portion back after the issue was resolved. He has in depth knowledge and experience in a wide swath of legal areas. In the legal field of the Tri City area, Mr. Schultz is a blinding white beacon among a plethora of dim lights. He is the ONLY lawyer I would recommend PERIOD.

I had a very tough and complicated case with little chance of success, but with the help of Linda Fang and her team, we finally won it! Four years ago, I invested money through the immigrant investor program, but we didn't see any progress, so last year our immigration partner agreed to refund my money. But again and again over almost one year, he broke his promises. Finally, I decided to take legal action. In April, through the introduction of a very close friend, I was lucky to get in contact with Linda for her help with my case. Although she was very busy, quickly, she collected all the related documents and set up calls with me (I am in Texas, she is in Washington) to understand the background and facts, and work out the legal analysis and plan for my case. I consulted Craig about an issue with buying a house. There was a contentious situation involving a suspected fake competing offer, which was used to escalate the final price for me. Craig was very helpful and quickly identified the key points of the situation, which gave me enough arguments to successfully get out of the buy/sell contract. I didn't have to hire him in the end, but I would in a heartbeat. I was impressed with his knowledge, honest attitude and sincere desire to help. Was referred to this firm by multiple people/ lawyers. I shouldn't have even wasted my time. Got more of a story about how they sympathize for my situation but basically because I'm a federal employee I'm not entitled to the same rights of protection as the general public, according to them. This is even with a judgment from the county court in my favor in regards to the matter. They just simply couldn't help with the employment matter. I suggest looking elsewhere for legal help.

Brilliant strategists!! I had a very serious issue. I was charged with 3 counts of a serious crime which led to almost a 2 week trial. The events leading up to this trial happened 3 years ago, but they stuck with me the whole time. I am not sure how they are able to do it, but with Mr. Lawrence's help we pulled a win. I plead not guilty to all 3 charges and if I was convicted of even 1 of them I would have lost my career and my life as I know it. So I really commend what these gentlemen do and being able to their job when they have so many other cases to work. I know that nobody really wants to have a legal experience and I am no exception to the rule. My long term disability carrier decided to quit paying my benefit due to a patently false claim on their part. Prior to speaking with Ms. Larson, my wife and I spoke with a "top" law firm that specializes in this type of litigation. In order to take my case, they wanted 40% of my award for 5 years. We were devastated... The we spoke with Ms. Larson. After hearing our story, she recommended that we start using her on an hourly basis to see how that turned out. She estimated that it would take about 4 hours of her time and I'm pretty sure we didn't use the full amount. She wrote one of the most concise and "to the point" letters to the LTD carrier that I have ever had the privilege of reading. That was all it took... They resumed payment and have subsequently removed any limitations regarding continuing benefits.

Danielle consulted on my naturalization case in 2016. She was up front about the cost, did a deep dive on the particulars of my case with me, gave specific pointers and advice about paperwork and then, unlike most consultants, told me that I didn't need her to complete my citizenship. She pointed me in the right direction and sent me on my way. With her advice from that consultation I printed my own paperwork and applied for naturalization in January 2017 and became a citizen in November 2017. She could have told me I needed her for everything and charged me several thousand dollars...but she didn't. I've recommended Danielle to at least 2 other friends. She is excellent.

Kelly did a great job on my class action case against my former employer. She cares about each class member and followed up to make sure everyone was paid. She even performed extra work after she was paid without seeking additional fees to assist the Claims Administrator perform public records searches to obtain current addresses for many class members so each person would receive their check.

If you want a good loyal honest attorney Nigel Malden is the man for you. My husband and I had a case that we needed an attorney fast. I did not know where to turn so I went to the telephone book.. I called Attorney Nigel Malden's office. His Legal assistant is a very kind, warm and friendly lady. I explained what our case was about his legal assistant informed me to send the documents that I had regarding myself and husband's case, and she would discuss it with Attorney Malden. After submitting the documents requested it was within two days we got a response from Mr. Malden's office to inform us that he would represent us. We had a meeting at his office and the very first time that my husband and myself met Mr. Malden and his legal assistant. I injured both of my arms right and left. Falling downstairs doing in home care. On the day of my mediation halfway through, my attorney admitted, he got me confused with another lady in Harrison Idaho, my last name is Harrison. As I wanted to hold out , while the mediator joked and made light of work injuries, I am right handed.My right arm doesn't work correctly, I did a lot of work in my church. I am a homemaker. I take a lot of pride in my home being a place of comfort and inviting to people, I used to bake and feed people, and so the job that I had for wages, wasn't my main job, even though I didn't bring home a salary for it. My" job" was taking care of my home and my church and my husband and serving god with my two hands. The thing I did to make money injured me, because the lady I was working for didn't let me know that her staircase ,in the spring would move when the basement flooded. It moved.I fell, I hurt my right elbow and my left wrist, and now all the things I used to do to serve God and others I cannot do any longer. None of this meant anything to my attorney at the mediation. As I kept holding out because I didn't know how I would end up the rest of my life with these 2 injuries he kept telling me dead. There was gonna be so security disability. There was gonna be a medical fund. And so this was just the first part of the mediation for my injury. I even thought I would just go to court because I thought my case was so different than so many other people At that point, my attorney didn't want to go to court. It was obvious He was not wanting to go to court to represent me, who I am. He told me scary things about, if the judge was in a bad mood, I would lose everything. He, and I am ashamed to say, my husband, with pressure from the "mediator " talked me onto taking an offer, which I knew, would not compensate me for paying people to do for me, what I had always done for myself. Gardening, lawn care, house work, cleaning the church, changing my own oil, recently I paid Ford $600.00 for changing plugs and oil in my truck. This I used to do at a fraction of the cost. But none of this was considered, I was a part time worker to them all. After that nightmare, the medical portion was to be settled, that's when I found out, I didn't have enough "points" for SSI disability, so any leverage from SSI to keep SIF accountable did not exist. My Attorney told me the day of mediation , SSI would cause pressure for SIF to cover me medically...NOT. He was incorrect and when I , out of concer, asked him if he was doing okay, he had made a few errors in my doctors name and other odd statements which didn't pertain to me, he accused me of questioning his integrity and told me I could get a different Attorney. By then I was hurting, depressed and totally vulnerable and my attorney, the one person who supposedly knows the ins and outs of the system, chewed me out and threatened me that I could "go it alone" if I thought I could do better. I couldn't make any decisions, I was so down. I didn't think the Attorney was going to take part of the medical bank. I thought he got paid for working the entire case from my mediation, so I didn't think I could pay up front for another attorney, just another thing I misunderstood when my attorney told me the medical is put in the bank, in my name and I had comple control over it. I was told it is a new way SIF and all other workers comp. In Idaho are now doing things, rather than keep a claim open for treatment. I am not pleased at all. My best intrest was not even considered. All because in the beginning my Attorney didn't ever find out and set in his mind, who I am.

Jeff is my favorite attorney. We spent over a year looking for someone to help with our auto accident. No one would follow through. Jeff was professional and thorough from day one. We had given a rather large sum, over a million dollars, to a non profit organization for the purchase of a religious center. The management failed to do so and even secretly used the funds to invest in a fund. Unfortunately, we did not have a contract or document but just a 2 line email to prove what the money was not a general donation but given for a specific need. It was sheer luck that I found Hozaifa and to this day I say he was a Godsend. He handled the case so beautifully that we won every single motion. The non profit played every dirty game they could and even hired an expensive law firm but their lawyers were no match. Hozaifa was smart, articulate, impressive and very thorough.
