I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

Drew is a very down to earth, non "lawyer-y" lawyer. I only met with him in person one time and he was very relaxed yet instilled confidence in me when he spoke about what he does. While it took much longer than I had hoped, he ultimately won a great settlement for us from our own insurance company, using our coverage for uninsured motorists. I had a personal injury as a result of being hit by a drunk driver and not only did Drew make sure all of my medical care (6 months!) was covered in full but left us with $10,000 in our pockets when all was said and done. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I recently consulted with Matthew Cunanan and Drew Davis regarding both an inheritance and an elderly parent with debt problems. As part of a free consultation, they gave me helpful advice about a number of potential scenarios and also did some preliminary research to answer one of my questions. In addition, they were very up-front about their rates, unlike other attorneys I’d spoken with who wouldn’t even give me an estimate without paying for a consultation. The only reason I didn’t end up putting them on retainer was because I needed an attorney who is local to California. I greatly appreciate their efforts on my behalf, and highly recommend them.

My wife and I hired David Visser for our estate planning about six months ago. Being this was our first time doing this he was very helpful and knowledgable. I had a house with an ex-wife that was not getting settled and it looked as though a short sale was our only option. I did not know much about this process and so I asked a friend to recommend someone as I had no idea what to look for. My friend gave two numbers to call and David was the one that called me back; it was literally one of the best calls I'd ever made.
David is a realistic professional with real world expectations, in that, he gave me all the tools to handle my massive situation while not treating me like I was ignorant of the processes (even though I was). He treated me with respect, corrected me when needed, and helped me feel at ease in a very difficult time.

David assisted us in preparing necessary documents for the inevitable, as well as estate planning, and was incredibly thorough in all of his documentation. He is not only knowledgable, but also personable and easy to work with. My husband is wary of lawyers, and was surprised he rather enjoyed the experience! I fractured my tailbone and suffered some other injuries after being hit by a car this summer while riding my bike. After receiving some misleading communication from the at-fault party's insurance, I contacted a few attorneys for some perspective. Stacie was the only attorney I spoke with who clearly took the time to understand my concerns, walk me through my options, and explain the insurance and legal jargon to me. Our initial phone consultation lasted almost an hour--Stacie was patient, informative, and kind even before I hired her as my attorney. She even met with me in my home because I was unable to travel due to my injuries at the time. Throughout the process, Stacie was extremely honest in giving me perspective on my case and helping me understand my rights. She was always quick to respond to questions or confusion I had about the claim process and made sure I was getting the treatments I needed to manage my pain and heal my injuries. I was recommended to Stacie after I was run over by a Metro bus whilst riding my bike, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Before I hired her, I attempted to handle the claim myself and it was a complete nightmare. Metro was putting all the burden of recovery on me and made me continually jump through hoops in order to frustrate me and make me go away. Dealing with them was like having a part time job in of itself.
When I decided it was time for professional help, a friend recommended Stacie to me and she lifted all the burden of the accident off my shoulders. Working with her allowed me to focus on my physical recovery and gave me time to get back to normal life. Any loop Metro threw at me from that point forward was no longer my problem. Stacie handled all their BS for me.
Due the length of time for my physical recovery, I was with Stacie for quite some time. Throughout the process Stacie gave me consistent updates on her side of things. She would also check in on recovery and helped defer payment with a practitioner until after I had received my settlement.
When it came time to submit a claim, Metro twice low balled us and forced us into to arbitration. They were also claiming some of my treatments used were invalid and they weren't going to compensate them. She was able to circumvent all their tactics and I ended up walking away with double of what I would have received pre-arbitration.
Besides her legal skills, Stacie is also very kind and was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing through the process.
If you are in any sort of bicycle related accident in Seattle, I don't think there is any better Lawyer to represent you than Stacie. You won't regret it!

Kyle always knows what to do. He presents you with many options, the reasoning behind each option, and allows you to make a well-informed decision. He takes the time to really get to know your case. Our experience with this firm from day one has been excellent. My opinion extends to the entire office staff who are all extremely courteous and helpful people. We had a difficult situation with a non-communicative entity in the onset but with time, Ms. Johnson skillfully launched a plan that eventually led us to an impressive financial settlement plus she successfully negotiated a long-term contract for a substantial amount of money with a billion dollar corporation. Dan is the Man (as an Attorney)! Plain and simple. I had two city charges (DV and Resisting Arrest) against me that was ongoing with another defense Attorney. The prosecution was absolutely stagnant for nearly 2 years, and I did not believe our initial Attorney was a good fit anymore to get the job done. A family member recommended Dan Fiorito instead. I switched to Dan mid-prosecution. He took over and shortly thereafter got the DV charge officially dismissed. I then took the Resisting Arrest charge to trial and Dan won my case after a full 3-day trial. His courtroom skill was levels above that of the City Prosecutor. The Jury unanimously acquitted me, believing in Dan's convincing arguments over our opposition. I plan to seek Dan's help in pursuing a Civil action against the city as well.
To say Dan was the right choice as my Attorney is an understatement. He was the perfect choice. His demeanour is caring, professional, and very pragmatic. My family and I highly recommend anyone choosing Dan as their Attorney for both Criminal and Civil matters. You will feel like you have the best representation in a crowded courtroom. I did!

I really hope I'm not over-hyping her, but this is honestly how I feel. Kathleen is extremely intelligent, detail-oriented, honest, kept us updated regularly, respectful, timely, empathetic, and her arguing skills are insane.
She took the time to really understand our case and its nuances. Moreover, just to emphasize how intelligent she is - I have a rare, complicated disability that parents, teachers, and even doctors have to study (AND be around it) for years to be able to understand it. Kathleen was able to understand it within a week (possibly less - I didn't time her), even though I was her FIRST client with this particular disability!

We had the misfortune of hiring an inexperienced contractor to remodel our bathroom. He was very unprofessional and didn't quite know how to do a remodel. We paid him a lot of money but got shoddy workmanship in return. He sued us in Small Claims Court for a final payment of $1280.00 but we were fortunate to have found Jean Bouffard to defend us. Jean had the lawsuit transferred to Superior Court and we sued the contractor for breach of contract. The case was a mess of facts and figures but Jean was able to sort it out and win a judgement of $21,030 for us including attorney fees. We are very happy with her professionalism, knowledge and demeanor.
