Alicia has been a delight to work with. She always communicated with us throughout the whole process which was really appreciated. Pete was referred to me by my attorney because of his experience with litigation. He did an excellent job in negotiationg with the other parties involved, was very thorough and on point with his legal briefs, and ultimately very persuasive in court. The outcome was exactly what I was looking for, and he followed up after the judgment to make sure all details were taken care of. When I reviewed the billing I found that he itemized his time clearly and was definetly efficient with his time. I feel I was treated fairly and received excellent advice and representation.

Pete helped us work through a nasty situation where a neighbor was blocking our view of the water and the subsequent failure of the Home Owner Association to enforce a view corridor agreement.
Pete was very easy to work with; knowledgeable; a great mentor; and very cost focused. Even though he is a trial lawyer, Pete was adamant on keeping our dispute out of court. He worked well with the other sides attorney. He was able to make it possible to address our issues through mediation. Through this approach, and his knowledge of the law that was applicable to our case, he was able to manage our problem such that it was resolved to our advantage as well as avoid going to trial.

Zac was hired by our association to guide us through a difficult and complex case. He served as part of a team that worked with our association on a regular basis. His expertise, specifically on matters of insurance were top notch. He did a great job explaining complicated insurance concepts in a way that we as a Board could understand so we could make educated decisions. He and the rest of the legal team also would attend meetings with owners to help clarify the more challenging issues and answer questions. This was a huge support of the association Board. Like a lot of people over the last few years, the loss of a job and unexpected hospital bills took their toll on us financially. We had the pleasure of working with Jesse and his superb team, probably longer than most. Not a simple case but with successful outcomes. Arguments were researched, well thought out and documented. A personal injury firm was looking to include me as a defendant in an accident case. Being the father of the primary defendant and having provided the funds to purchase the vehicle involved the verdict could have gone either way. The case was tried by a jury and I was released.

I went to trial for a breathalyzer refusal and won. This is a very tough thing to beat and Morgan got me through this case. The case was strung out over a year but Morgan remained committed and determined to see this through even though the chances of winning a refusal once it has gone to trial are slim. Morgan James were my lawyers in a car accident case where I was rear-ended. I had a passenger and we both went to a meeting with them where they explained what they could do and how much it would cost. After careful consideration I decided to let them act for me. I am so happy that I did that because they got me a settlement way better than I could ever have achieved. My passenger decided she could do as well by letting her husband take care of it. Recently I had a dispute with my medical insurance company. They denied coverage for expensive clinical tests that had already been performed leaving me responsible for the entire bill that I could not afford. Despite the facts that I presented to them to support my case they twice denied my formal appeals.
In less than one week after Miichael Morgan's involvement the situation was resolved. To say I am pleased with his service is an understatement. Sarah helped me with my contract dispute and settled the case for a 7 figure amount back to me. The case just ended 2 days ago. I am writing to tell everyone how wonderful my experience has been with her. I can not thank Sarah enough for what she did for me during the litigation. The case lasted about 10 months. She was pleasant, honest, humble, sharp, smart, organized and responsive during the whole process. Her hourly rates were low comparing her service level. She watched her emails days and nights, weekdays or weekends. One time I needed to get hold of her on a late Friday afternoon. I sent her an email. 20 minutes later she called me back. We had a very difficult situation with our finances and with a health matter of a family member. Tereza helped us navigate through some very difficult decisions and advised us on the best course, even when we didn't think so at the time. Chris has effectively handled a variety of business matters for me. Most recently, he successfully negotiated a residential eviction in Seattle. This was by no means a simple matter because of eviction moratorium restrictions, winter eviction restrictions, conflicting laws, and other barriers. Christopher worked with me on a business contract breach where the customer owed my company significant money. Engaging in legal action was daunting as my company is a small boutique size firm, up against a large public company. Litigation costs for them would have been a drop in the bucket, but for my company, it would have been monumental. I brought the case because the contract was clear on the terms and conditions. What gave me confidence and conviction was Christopher Reed's experience and capabilities as an attorney. He is highly recommended for the following reasons:
-Out of the gate, professional and interested in my case.
-He listened and has the business savvy to connect the dots of the issue quickly. He made sure he communicated the issue back so we were in sync. He let me know what type of data he needed in support of my position, and we tackled more evidence as the issue was pulled into different directions. I felt it was an efficient and organized process—money well spent.
-Professional and timely in all of his communications, even to let me know, there's a delay from the opposing counsel. I was never left on hold wondering what the next action item was or who owned it. When they were stonewalling, he showed appropriate assertiveness to get them to want to engage but always unwavering in his ethics. Christopher had my full confidence.
-He was strategic with me in discussing the negotiation, and had great execution in presenting our position and arguments to opposing counsel. He answered my questions swiftly and helped me understand their arguments and how we could overcome their position.
-Christopher has excellent intuition, interpersonal, legal and negotiating skills. If x language in the agreement didn't work for the opposing side, he had another workaround to achieve our goal in the language. His writing skills are impressive.
-I believe his ability to be firm yet fair, and knowledgeable of my contract and the law, was vital in achieving not only their attention and engagement, but a 90% payment on the total due! (Yeah!) He far exceeded my initial expectation which was to be largely ignored by this public company. I fully expected they’d draw it out so I incurred significant legal expenses and gave up. I was going to be content with half of the total amount they owed.
I highly recommend Christopher Reed. He’s an excellent attorney. He loves the legal field, problem solving, writing, negotiating and helping me navigate the laws without getting too deep into the weeds. He doesn't waste your time, he presents options and pros/cons. He tells you the honest facts. He’ll fight for you. He guided and taught me so I was understanding both the process, our strategy and application of the law.
I have to believe the East Coast big city opposing attorney was (secretly) equally impressed with Christopher. The arguments he presented gave the opposing counsel strong data to take back to his customer that compelled them to settle substantially higher than the puny settlement they originally proposed.
I not only highly recommend Christopher but will use him again in the future to create business contracts, and also if a situation/issue arises where I need legal counsel.

A fair settlement with the previous contractor seemed very hard for me as English is my second language. But I was lucky to have support from Christopher. I'm involved in a really weird prolonged case and David has produced such incredible paperwork/briefings/etc. I have 3 degrees and the level of professionalism, integrity, and legal expertise that David demonstrates is far above anything I have ever seen in my 57 years. David represented me in a complex appraiser liability and standard of care case, that included claims of violation of the Consumer Protection Act and Securities Fraud brought by unscrupulous predatory lawyers that did little to no discovery because they thought they had a lead pipe cinch of a case. Their exorbitant demands to settle the case forced me to go to a 2-week trial. David and his team were absolutely brilliant and made it clear to the jury that not only was I not responsible for the investors loss, in fact my client, a come to find out shoddy hard money lender who went to Federal prison, was 70% at fault, and the investors that brought the suit against me were 30% at fault for causing their own loss. The other side accused me of "mailing in" my appraisal. It was proven at trial that given the information I had and more importantly didn't have, my value of the property was spot on. They mailed in their litigation of this case and had they done their due diligence they would have learned about a hidden easement that was the primary cause of the loss. David's incredibly skilled defense and education of the jury, in spite of the other side's clever efforts to obfuscate the truth was a true masterpiece. David's efforts saved me millions of dollars, and was very very effective.
