This gal is the most knowlegeable overall of any lawyer i have ever used. Anything I ask her she knows and is quick to answer. No pontificating and dodging the answer. I asked three or 4 lawyers an estate question (they did not know), and Gwyn knew it right away. She doesn't even charge you if you do not engage her and will give you a free half hour (or more). She is awesome and I rely on her for all sorts of legal questions from contracts and real estate, to litigation and procedure matters. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.

I met with several defense attorneys from an online search after being charged with a DUI, all of which were qualified and personable. But David was referred to me through a family attorney and I immediately knew once meeting with him that he would be the best fit to represent me. He instilled the most confidence in me, gave me an honest expectation for the outcome, and eased my mind regarding this case so that I could go about my daily life in between the legal proceedings. Between David and his legal partner Nat we were able to win my DOL case, and reduce the DUI charge to Negligent Driving in the 2nd Degree with no jail time and only 1 day of work crew. Even better, the Negligent Driving charge was given a deferred sentencing and after 2 years of compliance with the court's requests, the pending charges will be dismissed. I represented myself in a civil protection order case for almost two years. It was exhausting and took a huge toll on my mental and physical health. Laura Shaver is an excellent defense attorney. She defended our son on a DUI and a totally uncalled for DV charge. In both cases, Laura, worked out reasonable solutions and the charges were removed or downgraded. Laura was thorough and obviously has the respect of the prosecutors and judges in Snohomish County. Scott is amazing! He litigated a big win for my case against one of my former tenants. My case was rather unique as the defendant was a lawyer himself, and basically told me if I decide to sue him, he will make it long, painful and expensive for me. I called a handful of lawyers but Scott was the only one that was passionate not only winning the case, but make sure the defendant understands his behavior will not be tolerated. Scott was mindful of my expenses and I efficiently brought an action against the attorney and in the end, he paid you every penny owed, interest and the great majority of your attorneys fees. I am very happy with my experience with Scott and his team and would definitely hire him again.

A direct competitor to our business was posting defamatory information about our company online. Scott sued the competitor for defamation. Scott warned us all along that because we could not prove actual damages, the amount of damages awarded was completely within the discretion of the jury. He jokingly would say the jury can award you a ham sandwich and a cup of soup or $750,000. We spent seven days in trial. Scott took command of the courtroom from the beginning and maintained control throughout. In his closing argument, he asked the jury to award $750,000. He underestimated the power of his presentation of the case. The jury came back with an award of $900,000. Scott and his team are masterful at their trade. Highly recommend.

I do not even know where to start on how fortunate I was to have Ed and Spencer on my side for a brutal divorce proceeding. I will summarize how awesome Ed and his team were, but I really want to highlight his ability to be caring and to listen throughout the two year battle. This was an emotionally draining and a hard two year fight. Ed was extremely honest with me and didn’t play games wasting time. I was always kept informed and knew my options. Ed was relentless and knew the law which ultimately lead to us winning at trial. From the day he took my case I put full trust into him and I feel this was such a success because of that. He knows the law and is phenomenal at trial in front of a judge! Ed was very thorough and was always very forthcoming on what he needed from me. I had to trust him though the process and I’m so glad I did. My ex was a complete liar and fabricated so many lies throughout the two years, there were multiple contempts and hearings while we waited for trial. I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). After hiring Alex, he immediately got to work and provided invaluable guidance every step of the way in getting the case together. By the time we got to court, we were so prepared that we never even got to testify, the judge threw the case out in our favor after the petitioner's story completely fell apart. I was almost disappointed to win so quickly, as we had so much more to go over! I had total confidence in him every step of the way. If you ever get in a situation like this, I would highly recommend his services.

I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED. He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern. No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone. Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.

Drew is a very down to earth, non "lawyer-y" lawyer. I only met with him in person one time and he was very relaxed yet instilled confidence in me when he spoke about what he does. While it took much longer than I had hoped, he ultimately won a great settlement for us from our own insurance company, using our coverage for uninsured motorists. I had a personal injury as a result of being hit by a drunk driver and not only did Drew make sure all of my medical care (6 months!) was covered in full but left us with $10,000 in our pockets when all was said and done. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I recently consulted with Matthew Cunanan and Drew Davis regarding both an inheritance and an elderly parent with debt problems. As part of a free consultation, they gave me helpful advice about a number of potential scenarios and also did some preliminary research to answer one of my questions. In addition, they were very up-front about their rates, unlike other attorneys I’d spoken with who wouldn’t even give me an estimate without paying for a consultation. The only reason I didn’t end up putting them on retainer was because I needed an attorney who is local to California. I greatly appreciate their efforts on my behalf, and highly recommend them.

I had a house with an ex-wife that was not getting settled and it looked as though a short sale was our only option. I did not know much about this process and so I asked a friend to recommend someone as I had no idea what to look for. My friend gave two numbers to call and David was the one that called me back; it was literally one of the best calls I'd ever made. David is a realistic professional with real world expectations, in that, he gave me all the tools to handle my massive situation while not treating me like I was ignorant of the processes (even though I was). I fractured my tailbone and suffered some other injuries after being hit by a car this summer while riding my bike. After receiving some misleading communication from the at-fault party's insurance, I contacted a few attorneys for some perspective. Stacie was the only attorney I spoke with who clearly took the time to understand my concerns, walk me through my options, and explain the insurance and legal jargon to me. Our initial phone consultation lasted almost an hour--Stacie was patient, informative, and kind even before I hired her as my attorney. She even met with me in my home because I was unable to travel due to my injuries at the time. Throughout the process, Stacie was extremely honest in giving me perspective on my case and helping me understand my rights. She was always quick to respond to questions or confusion I had about the claim process and made sure I was getting the treatments I needed to manage my pain and heal my injuries. She definitely became a friend and mentor during my healing process. I was recommended to Stacie after I was run over by a Metro bus whilst riding my bike, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Before I hired her, I attempted to handle the claim myself and it was a complete nightmare. Metro was putting all the burden of recovery on me and made me continually jump through hoops in order to frustrate me and make me go away. Dealing with them was like having a part time job in of itself. When I decided it was time for professional help, a friend recommended Stacie to me and she lifted all the burden of the accident off my shoulders. Working with her allowed me to focus on my physical recovery and gave me time to get back to normal life. Any loop Metro threw at me from that point forward was no longer my problem. Stacie handled all their BS for me. Due the length of time for my physical recovery, I was with Stacie for quite some time. Throughout the process Stacie gave me consistent updates on her side of things. She would also check in on recovery and helped defer payment with a practitioner until after I had received my settlement. When it came time to submit a claim, Metro twice low balled us and forced us into to arbitration. They were also claiming some of my treatments used were invalid and they weren't going to compensate them. She was able to circumvent all their tactics and I ended up walking away with double of what I would have received pre-arbitration. Besides her legal skills, Stacie is also very kind and was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing through the process. If you are in any sort of bicycle related accident in Seattle, I don't think there is any better Lawyer to represent you than Stacie. You won't regret it!

Kyle always knows what to do. He presents you with many options, the reasoning behind each option, and allows you to make a well-informed decision. He takes the time to really get to know your case. Additionally, he really makes himself available when you need him, which is critical when time is of essence. He will work evenings, nights, and weekends to help you out. He always answers his phone.
