The firm helped me with a bankruptcy, like millions of other people we hit hard times with the economy. I originally met with attorney Charles Stohlmen and he explained to me how I can “get rid of my second mortgage” – which we did successfully. Cheryl was very helpful and preparation of my paperwork. But Darcy in the corporate office was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always returned every call and explained everything in detail with words I can actually understand. I am so relieved now that I don’t have creditors constantly calling and harassing! I am making monthly payments and I feel good that I am paying something back. But when I am finished – that second mortgage is gone – we are talking about $65,000 2nd mortgage!! I would totally recommend this firm to anyone!

Lori Sandman took on a custody case for my husband and me in which she has exceeded our expectations with the amount of time she puts into her work. She is very hardworking, personable, detailed, pours her heart into her work and extremely humble. Their was never a moment that she made us feel like we were just another case load on her desk. I was left with temendous debt after my recent divorce. I tried AVVO because I was not happy with my divorce attorney and thought I would take my chances on the site. I was pleasantly surprised to find Dorota! She is honest, intelligent, diligent, competent and efficient.....none of these words could be used to describe my divorce attorney who happened to be a family member!
I was pleasantly surprised to have an immediate comfort level with Dorota. She worked very hard for me and she was extremely reasonable. She did not drag out the process to incur more fees.....as many attorneys do. She was committed to resolving my debt issues as quickly as possible.

Mr. Bergman handled my divorce and I feel he was G-d sent. Not only did he make my ex-husband's attorney look like an novice (which he is not) in every hearing but he truly placed my child's best interest in mind the whole time. This man is the true definition of "old school" law, where people respect each other, treat other with kindness and place ethics above all.
He is a bulldog none or less, someone you want to have by your side in any litigation or mediation process and but he is always thinking 10 moves ahead.
I highly recommend him and his partner Mr. Jacobs.

Wow--- completely blown away by Nate's skills as a mediator.
My case was extremely complex and went on for many years. We had already been to mediation several times before and parent coordination. We had not been able to have any movement or agreements on our case. Mediation was required to attend before we could go to trial so I didn't think we would reach any kind of agreement. I was so wrong. Nate is extremely skilled at what he does and was able to help us get a full settlement after being in a divorce and custody battle for YEARS. I'm grateful for his creativity and flexibility. He is QUICK thinking on his feet and stayed hours after he was supposed to because he saw we could reach a settlement. I would recommend him highly to anyone as a mediator or as an attorney. You can tell he is there because of his passion and his talent. He is not someone who just collects the money. He brings results.

We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... However, Mark met with us and provided a timely and in-dept analysis which clearly determined the lender was violating the law, allowing us the terminate the agreement immediately. The lender conceded and agreed to refund us. Having Mark saved us tens of thousands in up-front costs, not to mention over 100k in a predatory interest rate. Working in the legal field, I have worked with dozens of attorneys in the past. Mark is by far the most honest, responsive, and considerate attorney I've met.
He and his staff are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. I will be referring him to anyone who needs a contracts, litigation, or business law attorney!

My firm is a small business provider of IT services which had a service agreement with a large enterprise client. I've heard nothing but nightmare stories about divorce, process, with children, etc.. I am happy to say that with Denise's help I think I have the record for the fastest and cheapest divorce in the state of Florida. I'd like to add that we did the entire process over skype because I was/am living overseas and unable to make frequent trips back to FL. I never even met Denise except over skype. Entire process took less than 3 months and under $5K, and our divorce included 2 children and 2 homes in 2 different countries. Denise was absolutely the best no doubt about it! Thank You!

From consultation until divorce trial's end Mrs. Bergermann' s efforts and attention to detail were absolute. Her conduct was always professional, respectful and compassionate. Ethically, she was faultless in her advisement. Her experience and positive attitude always left me with encouragement. Her staff, especially Chris, were always available and knowledgeable in her absence. I also felt attorney fees were very reasonable for this 2 1/2 year process. I found Holly to very professional and easy to communicate with. In an intense atmosphere I found her poised, focused, and able lead by showing grace under extreme pressure. As a family law attorney, I have used Ms. Chernoff many times as a mediator. I highly recommend her as a family law mediator. She is prompt, knowledgeable of the law and effective. Family law matters are always contentious and no one is happy but as a professional I see her working hard to settle difficult matters. Take the reviews written by clients in the context of people going through difficult times and expecting unrealistic results with a grain of salt. They don't want to hear opinions that differ from their mind set.

Never been in trouble in my entire life. Never needed a lawyer before. Living in Solivita back into a post trying to open the gate that wouldn't open. Late for appointment asked the guard to open the gate which she did. Looked at my car when I got home 3 houses from the gate no damage to my car went to my appointment. Got back and the police was at my door saying leaving a scene of an accident. Never been so scared in my entire life. Asked the police officer if I could just pay the damages and he said no it was already written up. The guard didn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. My husband looked up Lawyers got match up with Mr. William Santana he came right out to my home. Great lawyer.Tried to put me at ease but until it's completed over I won't be at ease.

My third family law attorney, I found a keeper! When I found Linda and interviewed her I realized finding an attorney is finding someone you are compatible with. If your attorney isn't like minded they aren't likely to be properly equipped to be your advocate. Find someone who thinks like you do and it will be easy for them to articulate your needs. She's expensive, very expensive. So far it's been worth every penny.

Jack represented our small business, which had been sued as one of three defendants in a slip and fall case. His thorough knowledge of the law and procedures were incredibly valuable in the case.
His knowledge of courtroom procedures actually assisted the judge on more than one occasion in the course of the week long trial.
Perhaps the most critical aspect of his representation was his ability to connect with the jury in a way that the other four attorneys involved in the case could not. His manner and presentation were outstanding, and no doubt contributed to the favorable result.
Of three defendants in the case, we were the only ones found not liable, and while Jack will tell you that we "gave him good facts," his knowledge and abilities clearly contributed to the outcome.
We could not recommend him more highly!
