Almost 2 years ago today I made the very difficult decision to end my 2 decades of marriage after my "I do" became an "I don't". I am a resident of another state and Theresa Viera represented me in a case in North Carolina. I was unfamiliar with various antiquated laws in N.C. I had the opportunity one day to speak to Richard in passing. Not knowing that Richard was a divorce lawyer, I asked if he knew a divorce lawyer. Richard informed me that he was in fact a divorce lawyer. After a brief conversation, I hired Richard to handle my divorce. Richard was thorough in explaining the divorce procedure as well as mine and my soon to be ex wife's roll in these procedures. Richard was timely in returning my calls or emails. I retained Mr. Demidovich to represent me in a divorce case. At the initial consultation, I knew he was the attorney for me. Mr. Demidovich took the time to review my documents and understand my situation. He was very direct as he laid out my options. His took my case on short notice and worked out a compensation plan that didn’t require me to sell my house and work two jobs just to retain his services. I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. I had been working through a divorce, thinking that we would not need a lawyer as we were attempting to split as amicable as a couple could in this day. Unfortunately, I think the court system frowns on Pro Se divorces and we found ourselves seeking an attorney to assist us through the nuances and legal-speak. Brad helped us migrate towards a clear path, cleared the way through some of the hurdles I had inadvertently constructed and actually shaved some of our final costs down from some of the leg-work I was able to successfully navigate. He was a pleasure to work with, did what he said and completed what he pursued for both myself and my ex-spouse. I would recommend him to family and friends and, should the need arise for legal assistance, will continue to pursue his services.

My sister and I hired Steve Grabenstein to represent us in litigation over our fathers estate. Steve and his team (Pat & Heather) were always responsive to our needs and request. They were always VERY prepared for each step in the case. I am not sure how my sister found Steve but I am very glad she did. Alan is a sophisticated professional. Wow, did I say wow?!!!! He will tell you up front EXACTLY what will happen with your case. Also known as the truth, which (by the way you probably already know.) My advise is to just let him do his job -that he is more than capable of doing. Don't ask too many questions or get yourself worked up. Alan will tell you in advance almost the exact outcome of your case to a t. In the end you can feel good about him as a human being because he won't resort to less than favorable behaviour. Mr.Koenig was knowledgeable and professional as we reviewed policies
on home ownership rights and problems. The need to possibly change
or transfer the deed, the pros and cons associated with any change;
the other possible options: refinancing or sale of the home. He provided
specific facts and costs of each options, facts of NC law relative to each option, and positive and negative financial and/or personal consequences related to each of those options. We reviewed local housing levels of care options for seniors, from rentals to assisted living.
Lastly we reviewed the NC law on tenancy; the right to rent out a room
to either stranger or family; when and how one might evict if necessary.
Mr. Koenig provided dates of upcoming appropriate information sessions. He explained a remedy to an incomplete Will and Power of
Attorney. I surely will recommend him to others and will return to use his
services as needed.

I was involved in a very serious automobile accident that has required me to have 10 surgeries up to now. If it would not of been for Jeannette and her associates , I don't know what my family and I would have done or where we would of ended up. The Kid that hit me had Nationwide Insurance and believe me when I tell you, "Nationwide is not on your side" when it comes to doing the right thing. They did everything they could to intimidate me and my family. Nationwide hired the biggest law firm in Raleigh , Jeanette never once backed down and made me feel safe. Her knowledge of the law was very impressive, but what was even more impressive was her work ethic and her compassion for someone that was almost killed by someone that was racing to get home so he and his dad could go fishing. She was constantly on the phone with me and or emailing me. I gave Jeannette the nik name of "King Kong Congdon" because she stood her ground for what was right against one of the biggest insurance companies in the nation. I will never forget the long hours of work she put in. I would get emails from her at 2:30 in the morning. Having her on my side made all the difference in the world.
I unfortunately have been disabled from this accident and have now hired her to help get my Social Security Disability. If anyone is in need of a lawyer that wont B.S. you and will fight for you, then do yourself a favor and call her and find out for yourself.
