My case was satisfactorily resolved thanks to Mr. Meade’s expertise in the legal profession and his comprehensive understanding of medicine. As it turns out for me it was not the resolution of my case that ended up being the most valuable part of my experience. David took the time even after 6 lawyers had decided to not accept my case for being injured on the job and the treating Doctor not doing his job, sat down with me for over an hour and explained why it would be very hard to prove that I was not treated correctly after being injured, even though he thought I was not treated quickly enough to save my shoulder. He said that even if I won in court, and that the judgement would have been cut in half, and he did not want me to go through all of that for such a small judgement, and it made total sense. I think David is a top tier Lawyer, as my daughter Jaime is a Lawyer for one of the biggest firms in Fresno, she said she has heard nothing but great things about him. He will look you straight in the eye and tell you straight how it is.

Emily & Mike Kelly of her firm represented me after I survived falling out a 4th floor Bay Area hotel room window four years ago.
They visited me in a local hospital & injury rehab center, stayed in touch via phone & e-mail after I returned home to Florida, brought together a first-rate team of expert witnesses and guided me through the sometimes confounding and confusing California personal injury litigation process.
Client management isn't a class in any law school that I know of and it can be tricky to handle a client whose friends have called him a "victim of terminal candor", but Emily and Mike did it well.
