I met Mr. Burnetti when my GF was in a car accident. She got a nice settlement for her injuries, so I called when I was rear-ended. He explained everything and his staff was so friendly any time I called with a question. I just settled for the maximum amount and he even got my medical bills reduced! I would highly recommend Dean Burnetti Law to anyone who is injured.

I hired Dean Burnettilaw firm after personal injury. I broke my neck . I spent 4 years trying to get this resolved. I went through 4 different legal assistants. Had to explain to all 4 about my case. They barely returned any calls, emails, texts. A couple of times they thought I was another client . They got my information mixed up several times. I see poke with Mr Burnetti on a Friday afternoon, he said an agreement had been met and he would call me that following Monday with the details. Several weeks went by, just before the limit of time for my case was I g I t a notification my case had been dropped. I made several calls , no answers. I never received the settlement. I too decided to hire this attorney because he seemed like an honest Christian. I will forever have hardships from my accident, including financial. He did nothing for me.

Loved to work with Oscar, in 6 months I feel he was the only one who tried to help me at the end. After being charge more than 6k and the only thing i got done was paperwork and 1 videocall on court worh the lawyer my experience was horrible. they don’t have any sensitivity towards the client. As a company they only cared about the money. Even if you request to get a call to ask a question they will charge you. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER unless you have tons of money and just don’t care to get ripped apart economically.

I used The Fab Law Firm to file my divorce and was quoted a price of 3,500 with a max price of 7,500 if we needed mediation. I paid the 7,500 upfront just in case. The case ended up not needing mediation because the ex-wife and I were able to reach an agreement on our own, which we sent to our lawyers to draft. In total I spoke with my point of contact less than 10 times on the phone and less than 20 times via email. I was charged over 6,500 dollars for the work because they charged me for every email they sent to me and or the other law firm, and at times sending multiple emails (conversations) and charging for each response. I am not sure of many of the items I was charged for because it was just shown as hours they logged for work done on my behalf. I really don't understand all of the work that was done because the ex and I wrote our own agreement and just needed it drafted into legal form and submitted. The lawyers in my case didn't negotiate or write any agreement on my behalf, they simply took the agreement the ex and I made and put it into form for the courts, submitted it, and we were done, but somehow my charges still reached over 6,000 when I was quoted 3,500 if we didn't need mediation. In addition I was giving access to a portal to communicate with them called CLIO, however they were very unresponsive and hard to contact there. My case closed July 16, 2024 and I am now waiting for a review before the remaining funds are returned to me. I was told that Felicia has 30 days to review the file before returning the retainer. However I spoke with them today (Sep 19, 2024) over 2 months after my case has closed and was told that she has now been tasked with doing the review but she hasn't got to it and doesn't have a date on when she can because she is busy. I am a entrepreneur myself and run multiple companies, which is why I feel that this is a completely unacceptable way to deal with a client. I don't usually write bad reviews but I do feel like people should be aware of my experience, and hopefully save them some of the trouble I've dealt with.

Working with this lawyer was one of the worst experiences in my life. I hired a lawyer, my ex didn't, but yet he was able to keep all the marital assets. She didn't fight for me. She is not responsible or responsive. I had so many issues during my divorce. She failed to file paperwork until I said something. I always seemed to be losing my mind with her. She never kept me up to date with proceedings and what happened next. I would have to ask the morning of court for the information to access the zoom meeting when she had the information for weeks. Then when I would get upset about her work ethic, she would gaslight me and make excuses for her behavior rather than correcting or even apologizing. We discussed things, in emails, that she was supposed to take out of the final decree. She failed to do so and refused to correct her behavior. I will never recommend her to anyone.

I would be cautious using Brenna manna & Diamond when you read about them they say Pro business law firm with emphasis on competence and character. My experience was completely the opposite. My attorney was not once on time not even to the mediation meeting (late and unprepared), I'm pretty sure I was overcharged for meetings that never happened, and now I'm getting invoices from Apr (that were paid in full) in Nov that show I owe money. when I called they said not to worry about the invoices were closing our files. 7months later! WOW!
I'm a 21yr Navy veteran they told me what I wanted to hear and didn't deliver and so I would NOT recommend using them.

Brett is the worst lawyer ever. I hired Brett and he completely screwed me in court. Completely unprepared after over a year of preparation.. Then after court the lies from Brett came flowing as to why he came to court unprepared. According to Brett I had no case from the beginning. Now he tells me this!. One week before court Brett told me he was not going to be a lawyer anymore. Can you believe this? Then he screwed my case.

I hired Nicole on several occasions. The biggest case was a case in which fiduciary responsibilities were not met by a board of directors of an organization. She kept me informed weekly of the status of the proceedings. I have 4 buldging discs in my neck and a herniatied disc in my back. At the initial consolation they told me they would have no problem taking this to a jury trial and at least getting my medical bills paid. I need back surgery. I hired this attorney 2 and a half years ago. I have called numerous times and never got a return call. Finally I insisted on an appointment. They told me that they were going to settle this case for $2,000! I have been seeing a Dr. And a nuero-surgeon for 2 1/2 years. My Dr. Told me that eventually I would end up in a wheel chair unable to work or provide for my family or even be able to take care of myself and they are going to settle my case for $2,000. After they take their 1/3 that doesn't leave much for the doctors who have been seeing me for the last 2 1/2 years let alone the x-rays and 2 MRI's. They knew they were going to settle for $2,000 in April and only after I demanded an appointment do I find out they knew in April that they were going to settle for $2,000 and not go through with a jury trial. $2,000 after their third does not cover seeing the doctor I have been seeing for 2 1/2 years or the nuero-surgeon! I was lied to and even when I called and asked for return phone calls I never received them! They just let me continue racking up debt and didn't even tell me they decided to settle in April for $2,000. I'm very upset and really made a bad decision on picking an attorney!

I hired this attorney and his firm in a sensitive case regarding childhood sexual abuse. From the beginning his firm where not helpful in getting me proper closure in terms of a settlement and returning. phone calls on in a proper fashion.
Then all of a sudden they drop my case leaving me to pick up the pieces and fight the case on my own which has caused him lots of trauma.

While riding a bicycle in Palm Beach, FL I was hit by a car. The terrible car accident was not my fault. The other driver illegally passed and ran into my path. Mr Koerner walked me through what the process was going to be from start to finish. He never overpromised or made anything sound easier than it was going to be. I paid Sharon a $5,000 retainer knowing that it was a "non-refundable: retainer, She took my money and went on vacation the next day. I could not reach her, I had several legal questions, and ended up listening to a non lawyer and dismissed my case. She did nothing for the retainer and although there must be what is called "consideration" for a contract to be legal, she refused to return any of the money. Shortly thereafter, I decided to pursue the divorce; Sharon refused to represent me even though she still had my money. My guess is that she waited for some sucker to giver her the vacation money she needed and she no longer had the money to repay me. I know you may say, well it was non-refundable" and I would agree with you if she had a) done anything for the money and b) been reachable. Not only did she keep my retainer for doing absolutely nothing, she refused to provide counsel after she kept my money. Buyer Beware.

My wife and son hired attorney Simpons office for a car collision. They did a horrible job in looking up prior records. They didn't take time to figure out other key factors. My son suffered a permanent injury which cost him his career in the military. They hardly received anything from this incident. After settlement the attorney's office disbursed money to people that had nothing to do with this case.

Susser withdrew as attorney of record for a legal malpractice case two weeks before the Statute of Limitations had expired. He had accepted the case 41/2
Months earlier when he was sent all pertinent information. His withdrawal based on his belief case “too tough to win.” Legal malpractice expert had previously endorsed my claim. Could have and should have withdrawn much earlier allowing me time to hire another lawyer.

Gary Susser has been a guardian angel to me. He took my case when no one else wanted it including big names on TV. They all said the same thing " its a big insurance company that you are up against". and "its too hard to prove" my case.
I was in a car accident, and had to go up against my own insurance company in court!
It was the day that I met this man that I started to have hope again. He took my case and it was as hard as everyone said it would be. Gary and his assistant, Yvonne guided me through this terrible ordeal and won my case!

I am a single father of a five-year-old Little girl and also pay child support on another daughter. This law firm and their reckless and inept Doctor financially wrecked my family. Choosing this law firm was the worst possible mistake I could've made. Please do not make the same mistake. I was victimized more by Burnetti Pa's Jeff Diamond and Sarah and their Doctors than the actual person that caused the accident. At least he was honest and admitted to what he did. The driver that hit me told the police he was looking at his phone, and another driver with a dash cam sent me a copy of the accident on video. AND THEY STILL MANAGED TO RUIN MY CASE. And when I asked them to address the problems that was going on in the case they told me I was asking them to do something unethical or illegal. Since when is asking someone to do their job a reason for such allegations. I sat around over 6 weeks not working thinking the matter was taken care of and further running my family into to debt to get by based on counting on Burnetti Pa. The doctor's office called Physicians Group on Himes Ave that they sent me to completely wrecked the case over a simple mistake. And instead of owning up to the mistake and correcting it they all left me and my daughter to suffer for their wrong. And I had to catch the mistake, the attorney didn't even know. I have 3 college degrees and I assure you I can tell when a Dr tells me to go back to work or not. Physicians Group on Himes Ave do not care one single bit if you and your family get your money as long as they get their medical bills paid. There has been constant legal problems for Physicians group and them taking advantage of people through it's founders the 1800 Ask Gary and 411 pain networks. Google 411 pain and Physicians group. This is who Burnetti aligns themselves with. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM BOTH. They both want to run up medical bills that is what they do. The only thing that Burnetti PA was aggressive about was getting me to sign away my case to them and from there they did nothing. A month after accepting my case they still did not have the police report and I had to go get it myself and fight with the insurance company myself to get them to take liability for the case. And even though their investigator and Jeff Diamond told me they would help me with my car repairs if I needed it that turned out to be a lie just to get me to sign with their firm. Later they informed me they do not handle that. Lol. That's unethical and illegal. This firm has caused my family a lot of undue stress please do not make the same mistake. The firm and the doctor's office knew that me and my daughter just lost our best friend that was like family to cancer the prior week and they still could not be bothered to return a call or do their job and left me suffering all holiday weekend. Worst law firm ever. I was trying to buy a home for me and my little girl and now I am pawning things to pay rent with no relief in sight BECAUSE OF THEM. BEWARE!! PS That Dr Office employee was so rude to my 5 year old lil girl the first time I brought her I didn't have the heart to make her go back with me. I had to cancel appointments to not have to bring her back. My kid wouldn't stop bringing it up, seriously.
