I would leave zero stars if I could. Empire came highly recommended from another law firm. Worst referral we have ever received. The Court Reporter showed up late for the zoom deposition and left her audio on the entire time with the tv playing in the background. We scheduled a 2 hour deposition for 4pm and Empire charge us almost double the hourly rate for after hour charges without letting us know there would be an additional fee. They corrected the invoice and when we paid it charged us the original amount of the invoice. I call and get disconnected or voicemail on a regular basis. This company has been very unprofessional and rude. I would recommend another court reporting service for your needs.

That man Keith is a legend. The way he commands a court room is something to be seen. He is captivating in the way he speaks and eloquent in his wording. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Dawson Law P.A. and their unprofessional business practices. **The atmosphere at this firm is toxic, hostile, and completely inappropriate for any employee**. On behalf of my friend’s experience working there was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share their grievances.
First and foremost, the lack of professionalism displayed by the management and colleagues was appalling. **There was a complete disregard for ethical conduct and basic workplace decency**. The work environment was rife with misconduct, favoritism, and a blatant lack of respect for employees.
Furthermore, the communication within the firm was abysmal. **Important information was often withheld or misrepresented**, leading to confusion and unnecessary stress among staff members. **There was a severe lack of transparency and accountability** from the leadership, which created a culture of fear and mistrust.
Moreover, the treatment of employees was nothing short of disgraceful. **There were instances of bullying, harassment, and discrimination that went unchecked**. It was clear that employee well-being was not a priority for Dawson Law P.A., and those who spoke out against the injustices faced retaliation and further mistreatment.
In conclusion, I urge anyone considering working with or for Dawson Law P.A. to proceed with extreme caution. **Their lack of professionalism, hostile work environment, and blatant disregard for employee rights make them a company to be avoided at all costs**. My friends time at this firm was a harrowing experience, and I would not wish it upon anyone else.

My wife and I hired Aaron to help with a security deposit dispute against our landlord and were very glad to have done so. While other firms have slow and bureaucratic processes for assessing potential cases, when I called Aaron he immediately asked for the details of our case and gave us an appraisal of our legal standing as well as what we could most likely expect from settlement/court(which ended up matching our experience exactly). Aaron made the subsequent process, from filing to negotiations and settlement, extremely easy and pain free. My experience with The Florida Firm was the best that I could have hoped for considering the difficult time my family was going through at the time. My husband suffered a devastating stroke. Doctors took him off his blood thinner medicine for a procedure, which was not even necessary for that particular procedure. He should never have been taken off and because he was, he suffered a massive stroke that left him paralyzed on the right side, unable to speak intelligibly, and with cognitive damage. He now resides in a nursing home. Our lawyers, Jon and Ron, were able to negotiate with 4 defendants and their lawyers to secure a substantial sum of money for us. They made the whole process as painless as possible, keeping me informed at all stages of the process, preparing me for depositions, checking in with me on a regular basis to keep me informed of our status in the lawsuit. They fought for my husband and our family and were always ethical and professional in all aspects of our case. Do not recommend. His staff made several mistakes on our case due to lack of care and attention. Jeff is more worried about covering himself and collecting his fee, than he is in following through on what he had promised. He has wasted our money and time and caused us a lot of harm in our case.

DO NOT recommend for Family Law, attorney admittedly stated that's not where their money comes from. This is in regards to a slip and fall accident I had on September 23, 2013. This slip and fall caused injury to my left knee and middle of my back.
Because of this slip and fall I had a meniscus tear, strained ligament and plica problem with my left knee, a bulge in one of my discs in my back.
Because of this I had to undergo months of physical therapy, ended up having left knee surgery and then continuing physical therapy for another couple of months.
I hired Moody Law firm in order for them to assist me with getting my medical bills paid etc..
I cannot thank them enough for their assistance during this horrible time in my life, from the very beginning until the close of this case they were extremely helpful, kind and considerate of the situation.
Mr. Spurgin (who is one of the lawyers with Moody Law) was not only very professional and knowledgeable in these matters; but was extremely kind and understanding in all aspects of this situation.
His legal staff were exceptional, there was never a time I could not reach them with any questions, concerns I may have had during this case.
They answered every question and concern I had, whether it was a simple one to a difficult one. I always received the utmost care, concern and felt as if I were the only case they had.
Never once did I feel as if they did not care, or I was just a “number”. This law firm is exceptional in the way they handle each individual person.
They show the utmost care, understanding and definitely go above and beyond their duties as personal injury lawyers.
I will be forever indebted to them, because not only did they solve my case; but they stood by me every step of the way through-out the legal process, explaining every step, or question I may have had through-out this ordeal.
They never once looked upon any of my questions, concerns as minor and replied back to me immediately.
It was a stressful time for me having to experience a slip and fall injury, but they truly made the process easier due to their care, concern and regard of not just the injury itself; but of me as a person.
Whilst I was experiencing this injury to include the pain, the inability to be able to function normally because of it and all the physical therapy, surgery it entailed. But during this time my sister was diagnosed with cancer, and ultimately died from it.
So, not only were they very supportive of my personal injury, they were extremely supportive of what I was going through whilst trying to cope with my sister’s illness and ultimate death.
I most certainly was blessed having them on “my side” so to speak, and will be (as I stated before) eternally grateful to all of them, they really do go above and beyond and are an exceptional law

Everybody say that these are good attorneys, but my mom was neglected and left on a van at her job in the owner would not show us video of my mom. I heard Morgan and Morgan was really good. They accepted my case twice and then turned around and told me they couldn’t take my case which I don’t understand why you can’t take a case for neglect. I also had a brother that’s incarcerated that was beating by guards and I heard Morgan Morgan was really good With cases My brother was injured broken rib They also wasn’t able to help with that case. I don’t understand, why are people referring these people as good attorneys and they are never able to help with none of the situations that they specialize in.

This company is handling the closing on the sale of our house and the communication has been the worst ever. We have signed 3 extensions to the contract to date and are now being told although our contract ends tomorrow they will close the day after tomorrow. No call, no notice and this is costing us an additional $2000 in insurance expense due to.the closing not occurring by the contract . I would not recommend this company . Their communication has been non existent. Had we not called today when our paperwork did not arrive as promised we would have not been they have pushed a closing PAST our contract date. This is wrong and will cost us $2000 tomorrow because they cannot follow through per the contract and have not been courteous to even inform us. .
