I meet Mrs Austin through the legal assistance program, and at first I thought she was just another court appointed attorney. You know the ones where they are assigned too many cases and because your not able to afford their services they give you subpar results. Not in this case, Mrs Austin treated me with respect and understood that everyone that finds them self in a criminal situation is not a criminal. So she actually looked into my case and found out the truth and then assisted me in any and every way possible. She even went and gave me information on different resources that were available to me being a single parent and with limited resources. I would highly recommend Mrs Austin for legal representation.

I was recently involved in a car accident and needed an injury attorney. I contacted The Law Offices of Casey Stevens. Casey Stevens was my personal injury attorney for a fatal car accident that my 12 year old and I were involved in. It was a devastating experience and my son and I both sustained serious injuries. I was referred to Mr. Stevens by a respected attorney in Atlanta whose advice I trusted. I was not familiar with the litigation process whatsoever and was unnerved by the entire ordeal.
Mr. Stevens immediately put me at ease. He listened patiently as I explained what transpired during the accident and went over all of my options. Although his office was bustling, he treated me as though I was the most important client that he had. I wanted to settle everything as quickly as possible to put the incident behind me and move on. Mr. Stevens and his office were extremely thorough and moved swiftly and efficiently.
My son and I had two separate cases and because of Mr. Stevens' expertise and diligence we were both awarded large sums that made us feel as though we were compensated sufficiently to justify the short term and long term mental and physical injuries we sustained.

Paul Scott will talk to you like a real person. I was dealing with another lawyer that talked down to me, wouldn’t return calls, and I felt like I was unimportant.

Our son had an accident after his first week of driving on his own. The person he pulled out in front of was injured and both vehicles were damaged beyond repair. We were suddenly served legal documents and were being sued. Mr. Scott was the attorney for our insurance company. We had never been involved in an accident or a lawsuit and didn't know what to expect. His legal expertise and knowledge resulted in the plaintiff settling for what our insurance covered. Maybe even more impressive was the kindness and encouragement that was shown to our son through this whole process by Paul Scott.

Just over 2 years ago I contacted Danny about representing my 15 year old son in Superior Court for 3 felony counts (aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodemy, and child molestation of his younger sister). You cannot imagine the pain and confusion our family was suffering at the time. We did not know where to turn or what to do next. Danny’s advice in the initial free consultation was sound, experienced, and straight to the point. His fee was more than what we had, but we worked hard to come up with the money because we knew he was who we wanted to represent our son. After we retained his services he introduced us to Melissa. Melissa was sympathetic to our situation and was clearly as well experienced as Danny was. Together, her and Danny developed a clear strategy that we should follow and consulted us on what we should do step by step. The knowledge those two attorneys exhibited to us as a team assured us consistently time and time again that we had made the right choice by hiring them. They worked tirelessly to get the case transferred back to juvenile court and stuck with us throughout the entire process keeping us well informed, answering all of our questions, and even once contacting me from home while caring for her sick child to answer some unimportant questions pertaining to the status of my son’s case (which took 2 years to get resolved). All the work they did for us was a flat charge and never once did they ever ask for another penny. In the end, our son was transferred to juvenile court where he got a fair sentence instead of the 75+ years he was facing in superior court. A+ attorneys that you will not regret hiring. In my injury case I had hired 2 other attorneys, who did not return my calls or take interest in my case. I was miserable with my injuries, trying to recover and the people I hired to protect my rights. Out of frustration and ready to give up I sought recommendation through friends, and was given Mr. Dickinson name.
Mr. Dickinson took my case in the direction that was needed. He is a man of action and true to his word. Mr. Dickinson and his team were responsive to me and let me know what steps were being taken and what was needed from me. He did not allow the apposing attorneys take the lead in the direction of my case; he truly battled them on the legal front. My case was unique in that is was both workers compensation and personal injury. His recommendation for a workers compensation attorney to assist was and excellent choice as well. Because of the work that Mr. Dickinson did on my case I was justly compensated for my injuries at last.

My husband was hit by a negligent young driver. The insurance company for that driver was a bottom of the barrel outfit that didn't even want to accept fault even though the police report said it was her fault and a completely independent witness said it was her fault. We were referred to Jonathan and when he met with us initially he told us that the claim should be resolved pretty swiftly, but warned us that the insurance on the other side was substandard and that waters could get choppy.
That insurance company tried to low ball us from the beginning, but Jonathan made them pay for it in the end. Their offer didn't double after we hired Jonathan, it didn't triple, it went up about five times. It's not that we wanted a big pay day, we wanted fair compensation for all of my husband's injuries. His rotator cuff was torn in that crash, and that's not small potatoes.
I would hire Jonathan if you want someone that's going to deal with you directly, talk to you straight so that you can understand what's going on, and someone that's going to fight with all he can to hold the responsible parties accountable.

I was hit by a young driver that failed to yield making a left turn. Liability was clear from the start. The policeman wrote her a ticket, an independent witness called the cops and spoke to the officer at the scene, and they totaled out my baby (favorite car) right away. But when it came time to take responsibility and to pay for my medical bills, they offered far less than the total bills, from the ER trip.
That's when I called Jonathan. He met with me and laid out a strategy to fight for me so I got what I deserved Well, that insurance company went from bad to worse. So Jonathan sued. We went through the litigation process, depositions, and all of the discovery process. After the case was put on a trial calendar and ordered to mediation, we walked in with a $ 0 offer. That's right, the insurance company pulled the little they offered me shortly after the wreck. But Jonathan was just getting to work.
Jonathan fought for me, worked the mediator, and insurance defense attorneys to the point of no return. He explained to them how they faced serious bad faith if they did not offer me the policy limits for the claim. By the end of the mediation, I had received an offer for the full policy limits of $ 25,000. A few weeks later, I go an offer for the full policy limits of my underinsured coverage, $ 30,000 more. He went from $ 0 to the maximum coverage, the hard way. The long way, and the right way.
I wouldn't have gotten anything close to that amount without Jonathan's help, his knowledge, and his willingness to fight for my justice. I never wanted a handout, but I didn't want to be shorted. Jonathan got me what I deserved, and I've already recommended him to family and friends, who have been just as pleased.

I hired Mr Michmerhuizen over 6 yrs ago for a car accident case. I had multiple issues and it wasn't an easy case. Wayne Grant was there for me during what could only be described as the worst time in my life. Being part of a lawsuit is frustrating. It is emotionally and mentally draining. I am glad Wayne was my lawyer. He was with me throughout the last five years and coping with the situation at hand was much easier with him by my side. Hospitals should be held accountable for any negligence concerning the quality of patient care. Wayne felt the same way. He always knew the latest update concerning the case. I received a letter or email every six weeks. I called quite a bit too. If I had a question, he explained it until I understood the situation. He genuinely cared for me and my well-being. My child was hit by a car while he was crossing the street in a school zone. The reckless driver’s insurance company completely denied my child’s serious injury motor vehicle accident claim, laying blame on my son. I was injured in a tractor-trailer wreck in Brunswick, Georgia while I was visiting from out of state. When I returned home to Florida, I called a large Florida law firm to try to handle my Glynn County, Georgia case. This was a mistake. The Florida attorneys could not get my case settled for a fair amount. Fortunately, the Florida firm contacted Mr. Dow to file a lawsuit on my behalf and he agreed to help. Once the case was filed and the trucking company started working against The Dow Firm, P.C., they saw what they were up against and started to talk about legitimate settlement numbers. I suspected my husband died as a result of medical malpractice. I was referred to The Dow Firm, P.C. by another attorney who does not handle these types of wrongful death cases. Mr. Dow and his staff of experts (nurses and doctors) evaluated the situation and found that my husband had been victimized, but not as I originally suspected. The cause of my husband’s death was found in some obscure medical record entries which revealed an entirely different situation than the doctors had shared with me. Mr. Dow’s law firm’s investigative work was exceptional and I am so lucky I hired them. After we filed suit the doctor indicated he wanted to settle my case, but he and his insurance company tried to pay less than a reasonable amount. J. refused their offer and pressed on. Received notice from Atlanta lawyer regarding bogus mold claim; turned matter over to Jay to handle.
