Margie Soehl is a top notch savvy attorney. She was recommended to us by a former client. She was not only legally savvy but also sensitive to my spouse's needs. For example, the injuries incurred as a result of the circumstances that led to the case, limited my spouse's physical abilities. She spoke to us about doing the necessary deposition over several days, as opposed to one marathon day that would have been superlatively challenging for my spouse. One day, my life changed while I was driving on the expressway and I was hit by an unlicensed driver at a high rate of speed. Immediately I felt pain and after the shock wore off I was lucky enough to find a lawyer named Mr. Gennarelli (Scott) that very same day. He held my hand from the beginning and really guided me through a scary experience. Scott is more than a lawyer, he truly cares about me as a person and not just another case. He is someone I could always speak to when I had a question and his staff is very kind and always sent whatever paperwork needed to be submitted immediately to the insurance companies. Scott was able to settle my case extremely quickly and for the maximum amount (which is practically unheard of in auto accident cases I have heard of in the past). Scott really treated me like a friend and explained all of the processes to me and really fought for me. He went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough for changing my life. He was always honest and reliable and made me feel like I was his top priority even though he is very busy fighting for others just like me. When we wanted to create wills after our first child was born, we immediately sought the help of John Giuffré and his team (even though this is not his primary area of practice - he was highly recommended to us by family members and friends). Mr. Giuffré and his team were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. It was clear from the start that they cared about us and our kids, as well as the process of drafting and finalizing wills that will ultimately serve our family well. I hired Mr.Ford after consulting 10 lawyers prior.He listened to what I wanted out of my divorce and educated me on the process and my rights in this matter. I had the pleasure to meet and work with Mr. Paul Cutrone in 2019. I had taken the advice of a dear friend who had highly recommended Mr. Cutrone for a malpractice case I was in need of representation.

I hired James to enforce promissory notes that had gone unpaid. He clearly explained what he was going to do in terms of contacting the people who owed me money, and if they didn't pay up after he sent letters, what the next course of action would be. He kept me updated throughout the process, and I could tell he was not only professionally committed to my legal needs, but he genuinely cared to help me out. He was also quick to reply to my emails. I engaged Roberta Ashkin after an auto accident when a tractor trailer hit my car and I sustained complicated injuries including a herniated disk in my neck. Not only did she negotiate a substantial settlement she was a constant source of support and guidance throughout the process.

In the fall of 2015, I suffered a crush injury on a construction site in NYC. I was taken on by what is considered one of the top law firms in the North East. 6 months into my case, they dropped me citing the difficulty in winning my case. The Perecman Firm looked over my case and eagerly took it on. From day 1 they coordinated all of my case needs. All of my follow up doctor visits and Independent Medical Examiner appointments were over seen and documented by their group of experts. Ed Guldi walked my case through the red tape of NYS Workers Comp and Silvana Leone navigated me through the incredibly arduous path of obtaining SSDI like she wrote the code! Every T was crossed and every I was dotted!
As for case itself, Steven Dorfman nailed it… not only did he win, his filings and oral arguments resulted in the case receiving summary judgement and I never stepped foot in a courtroom! His work was so convincing and thorough that he left opposing council no alternative than to settle and he over-performed again negotiating a settlement beyond my wildest expectations!

I got hit with 6 tickets for suspended plates right before my birthday as I was heading out to NYC. In my mind, I thought "This has got to be more than $1500 in tickets!" Anyway, fast forward to my court date, Mr. Panetta went above and beyong and got not one, two or three but ALL of my charges dismissed!! Granted, he only charged me his minimum fee and here I thought I just wasted all my money, but that was not the case at all! I'd recommend Mr. Panetta and his firm any time, any day. If I could give more than five stars I would, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and it took five years before it went to trail. Ive only known him for about an hour before my trail, and I wish i had hired him sooner, in the court room he had facts and evidence to a Tee. He was able to get me the maximum amount that was allowed for my case, and it really put me at ease, not the money but how he interacts with his clients. This was my first court accident and sitting on the stands i felt so much more at ease. He really cares about his clients and can sympathize with them as well. Most lawyers only car about winning the case and the big check but he actually took his time to go over every piece of my case no matter how small it seemed. He was able to answer every question and never left me in doubt. The minimum amount for my case was $10,000 and he was able to reach the maximum 15 times over. Honestly the only lawyer youll ever need for a personal injury case.

Attorney Peter Thomas was assigned my case for trial in Queens County. I asked about him before I met him and found that he is both respected and feared. Respected as a prepared and experienced litigator and feared by his adversaries as lawyer who gets big money verdicts. While I was pleased to hear such feedback I was not sure if the facts of my case needed a guy like him. Turns out the other lawyer lied to the jury and made ups facts that were not part of my case. I saw Mr. Thomas politely rip into the other attorney and tell the jury to focus on my case. He was riveting to watch during summation. The jury was consulting for 2 days and gave me a great verdict. I was very pleased to have met him and had him as my lawyer. I have a new lawyer now and will always call Mr. Thomas for any legal questions.

After discovering that I had Legionnaire's Disease which I contracted from the Best Western Sovereign Hotel in Albany, which has a history of problems with this disease, I contacted Michael Conway who I knew from newspaper stories was representing several other clients with the same problem.
