I received a speeding ticket and a ticket for not using my blinker on the Taconic Parkway a couple of months ago. It turns out the blinker ticket is 2 points and the speeding ticket would’ve been 6 points. I didn’t know any lawyers so I went on Google and found the Shelton Law Firm. I called Mr. Shelton that day and sent him the documents he needed. He was extremely professional and got straight to the point. He told me he would handle it and that he would appear in court for me and not to worry he will contact me when all was said and done. He did exactly that, he got my tickets reduced to 1parking ticket -no points —no raised Insurance premiums and no nonsense Now I have his number stored in my phone and I would Highly recommend him to anyone who is unfortunate enough to receive a moving violation I have to say when he called me after leaving the courthouse and told me what he was able to achieve I was more than just a little relieved. I could barely get a word out because all she wanted to do was hear her voice. She attempted to shift blame on us even though she was provided a written response from the party involved on why service was rejected which had nothing to do with how we effected service. She has not payed for services rendered, will not respond to emails or pick up the phone when we call. Very unprofessional.

Michael Pfeifer was a great help to my family during a difficult time. Last year, my father fell and broke his hip. Mr. Pfeifer began working with us the day after the accident. My mother needed legal work done and my father's dementia created complications. After surgery, rehab, six weeks at home, and another month in the hospital, it was clear that my father needed institutional care. Thanks to Mr. Pfeifer's efforts, my father's admission to the nursing home went smoothly. Later he qualified for Medicaid.

I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I did speak with the recommended attorney. I highly recommend this law practice to anyone seeking an attorney in this area of need although his office also covers many other types of cases. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. However, once I received a response from Harley's attorneys, I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I found Anthony Ballato's firm through an online search. Despite my hearing being scheduled just a few weeks away, Anthony graciously agreed to review my case. After our discussion, it became evident that I would greatly benefit from his experience and expertise. I hired Anthony and it didn't take long for Harley to become more cooperative. Eventually, we reached a settlement that left me very satisfied. Next time I will save myself a considerable amount of time and frustration and go to Anthony first.

Mr. Naima helped me after I was hit in my work truck stopped at a red light. I Lost most of my tools and machines in the accident. I also recieved quite a few stitches on my face and gashed my arm. I was a passenger in a livery vehicle and was t-boned while making a left turn. Watching TV and viewing many lawyer ads, one would think every case was worth 10 million dollars. What I love about Mr. Lamonsoff and his firm is how straight forward they were. They explained the rules and laws around PI cases in NY and set very reasonable expectations based upon my injuries.
