My experience has been horrible...they promised to defend me and not to worry, to leave everything in their hands...only that I have to pay them and they took care of everything. After a couple of months they called me to tell me that they lost the case, but how were they supposed to defend me if I didn't even accept the evidence they had. Don't believe the star or the comments, this lawyer doesn't do his job, he just wants your money and in the end he will tell you to pay the fee.

I'm a disabled person who is currently being harassed by Nancy from this firm on behalf of the Town of Pawling who is and was discriminating against my rights as a disabled person living in a rental home that violates state laws and tenants rights. they have gone out of their way to enable the building department, who had been refusing to do their jobs for weeks, fully aware that my health is being negatively impacted everyday by the presence of mold, possible asbestos, leaking pipes, faulty electrical work, landlord harassment, and much more. The building department secretary, Mary, created a situation that never should have existed and that she refused to deescalate and for that I will pursue holding her personally legally accountable. If you're a disabled person you should avoid this law firm as they probably won't treat you like a human being.

Scott has been kind and thorough. I was in a car accident that was not my fault and injured for the rest of my life. I can't even do the work I once did and am still trying to figure out finances. This law firm, like many others, advertises that they handle a wide variety of legal matters, but when contacted about the legal matters they allegedly handle, waste the time of the potential customer by cherry picking a claim only if its a home run case. In short, false advertising, and probably no experience with the subject matter to begin with. This is basically the legal version of fishing in a bucket.

I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence
