Good service - they take time to understand the details and workings of your idea. Professional writing above what an individual can likely produce on his/her own. But wildly expensive - would absolutely NOT recommend trying to get a patent (or even a Provisional Patent) when you're young. They quote you one amount and the overall price ends up being about twice what they estimate. If you're older and more established and actually have money, I recommend using this service

James did me well on my first comp case however on my ongoing second case the service is horrible, he doesn't return phone calls and the office staff is of no help and very rude. I think anybody would have a better chance of representing themselves than hiring this firm as it has gone straight down the toilet

I was recommended to him by another firm, which he immediately criticized.He looked at my injury and saw the damage , and said he had a knowledgeable Dr. that could help us through the process.I went to his Dr. who wanted to treat me but did not want to testify against another Dr..At the time of my deposition he sent a fellow attny who was not at all familiar with my case. At one point Joe told me the Dr who injured me seemed like a nice guy, who was just trying to help me. But he would go to court if I would like but felt accepting an offer out of court before trial would be a better option. I was young and trusted him,. I received a paltry sum for my injury ,and have gone through life in constant pain. Always regretting I trusted him as I felt he was just out to make the quickest amount possible with the least amount of effort.

How do I report my former lawyer to the Bar? He already has been Centured.... probably looked at that as a merit badge. I am a true victum of medical mal., I was obviously unknowingly practiced on for dollars. Have all the backup to all claims.
Back to, I was scared to death of "my"s attorney for good reason, he lied about his background, laughed when I cried, and I am so not a cryer. I was having, still have symtoms of stroke, anyersyms, granulomas, that is what is finally being admitted to by the FDA, blinding and stroke. I saved my entire life for the rainy day, spent some, saved some, their isn't a surgeon on the planet who can fix. Not a Specialist with a magic bullet pill.
Brain damaged, disfigured, close to toothless (infection); chronic facial nerve pain. The surgeon who did this to me, well, the drug co. made him a Trainer "after" of course, 1/2 million a year plus. The judge asked me, did you5 lawyer explain what you are signing, (my rights away for basically medical bills, but in court "my" lawyer, he would have been clueless) I was so afraid of this gorilla type, I said yes to the Judge. There Isn't a second I am not in pain, disfigured, constant inflammation, infections. I lost my good life, my savings, my ability to take care of myself. Any suggestions. Aside from jump. Sort of like stepping out on the curb and not seeing the bus coming but the trauma is repeated every second or every waking moment.

I contacted Joseph J. Brophy in hopes of pursuing a psychiatric medical malpractice case. He told me immediately on answering the phone that he isn't currently taking clients, but despite this *still* offered to speak with me about my case so that he might offer feedback concerning my odds in court, other potential attorneys, etc.
Mr. Brophy –– or "Joe," an address of familiarity and a complete lack of pretension –– proceeded to talk me through the specifics of my case for nearly twenty minutes, conveying both immense sympathy for my experience while also being very blunt about the difficulties I would face in proving lasting damages. He provided a very accessible outline of the way contingency cases work in the area of medical malpractice, and explained the limited types of psychiatric case likely to be taken on by a reputable attorney. He ultimately said he would not refer me to anyone, as he believed the case would prove too difficult, but was very humble in saying that he might be wrong, and encouraged me to keep looking if I feel I can, or must, meet the bar for a compelling case.
I finished the call with the knowledge that I likely do not have a case –– and yet I *still* felt compelled to look up a forum online where I could sing his praises. Mr. Brophy is an extremely kind, empathetic, and *smart* attorney who seems genuinely invested in helping others, to the point of providing unpaid educative labor to a rather clueless caller. Even given my disappointment with his conclusions, he still somehow left me feeling empowered by my new (albeit limited) understanding of this area of law.
If Mr. Brophy is this generous with individuals he knows he *won't* be representing, I can only imagine what it must be like to have him as one's attorney. 17 stars.

I was a client for just 7 months with a workers compensation case, when I was calling them for weeks and the woman I always spoke with all of sudden was with another client, I persist and to my surprise when she finally answered, she just said we closed the case, without even communicating with me, I was badly injured, now I’m home can not work, no compensation, no case, nothing because of the worst mistake I ever made in my life of choosing this nonsense law firm Harris , horrible horrible, unprofessional people, please their is more, don’t use them they don’t care, she was yes we closed the case and we can’t do anything for you .

I met Ms. Finkelstein when I consulted with her on a family matter. She took her time with me as I was emotional during our consult and answered all of my questions. I called Ms. Finklestein’s office to discuss an important matter and to ask for advice/representation. I spoke with her assistant who said she’d call me back. She didn’t call for a week so I tried again. Same thing. “I’ll give her the message”, her assistant said. Again, another week went by with no call back. On my third call I actually did get a call back. When I spoke with Ms. Finklestein, she rapid-fire asked me a bunch of seemingly irrelevant questions without letting me get a word in to describe the help I needed. The call lasted only a few minutes and I asked if she could advise me. She gave me what I assume is the standard reply in this office “I’ll call you back”. Well, surprise, she didn’t call me back and my motion return date passed. She really hurt me badly through her negligence and I professionalism. I advise all to stay away to avoid the same.

John Ianelli of Fishkill, New York, had me pay thousands of dollars in retainer fees, but then when I brought my case to him, he did not appear to have any knowledge on steps to be taken for my case. He seemed like he did at first, and I had to continue paying him for his time. I finally felt a gut feeling to switch attorneys and the other attorney, upon viewing the paperwork, saw very obvious mistakes that Ianelli made. I felt that I had been "had." I did not wish to pursue legal action against Ianelli because I had already plopped down so much money and felt emotionally spent from the situation. I just don't want others to fall down this same rabbit hole.

Tried to call for the first time and man he was just rude off the rip. Answers the phone and was like "David goldin" David.. a very angry and low toned voice. I'm like what...hello I'm trying to reach david..he's like "i'm david" in a angrery voice as if he's mad at me for trying to use his service i told him ill find someone else I immediately hung up and now will be reporting his services to legalese, take him off their roster he doesn't belong on a list to help people through work insurance. Do not recommend as his behavior is unpredictable and could backfire on your specific case

This attorney should be disbarred..today this man spoke of my history to a judge and district attorney and he's not even my attorney.but he failed to mention that he helped to create that history.
