I got a traffic citation when traveling home from vacation. Cotten Law Firm handled my case for me so I didn’t have to travel 6 hours back to NC. Case was reduced to Improper Equipment. Nancy Meyers and her team at Ward Black were amazing to deal with. I hired them for a SIRVA case. My shoulder injury resulted from a flu shot administered incorrectly at Moses Cone hospital in Greensboro NC in which the hospital denied any wrong doing. Nancy and her team didn’t hesitate to take on my case They kept me informed along the way and through the entire process. I initially met with Mr. Duncan back in January with a no cost, no obligation consultation. At the time, I was overwhelmed with debt (foreclosure, charge offs, and a judgment). Mr. Duncan explained my options in great detail and informed me that my situation (means test pending) qualified for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Mr. Duncan asked me why I decided to contact his law firm instead of the other lawyers in Mecklenburg County. I informed Mr. Duncan that I was thoroughly impressed with the content on his website and his informative YouTube videos. The paralegal (Brooke) that was assigned to my case was very prompt with her email responses and informative. Just as Mr. Duncan stated during our meeting, my court filing date was in March and the trustee /creditors meeting was held in mid April. I had found Jeff on line. His team was in touch with me within a day. I am from out of state so was hesitant at first. But after several Email’s and conversations decided to proceeded. Our day in court finally came , a couple of notes do not bring your cell phone to Roxboro court house an pay fine before leaving. The DA was set on punishment, Jeff, during the time court started till afternoon had several conversations with their side, for sure nothing was easy, He finally reappeared ( I thought he went to lunch) and said all charges are dropped. Mr. Nichols helped me resolve a major traffic ticket. I have no background in law and therefore did not understand everything that needed to be done to resolve this issue, but Mr. Nichols was very patient with me and explained everything in a clear way. He never made me feel like a bad person and he gave me hope when I had none that everything would turn out ok. I met Bo as a 3rd recommendation from other attorneys. They told me he was the man for this case. I retained Bo and right from the get he was in my face honest and told me a likely outcome. He's a regular guy that explains the law jargon in plain English. I was involved in a suit case and I only had a certain amount to settle the case. Randall and I worked on a complicated case in North Carolina where our client suffered very serious injuries at the hands of very large corporate defendants. The multiple defendants denied liability to our seriously injured client and in discovery dumped thousands of pages of documents on Randall, hoping that he would miss something important. He was able to find the "smoking gun" papers out of those thousands and through extensive discovery and depositions his efforts led to a substantial settlement in the end. In the beginning the defendants would pay nothing, but Randall was able to catch them and get them to settle the case. Can't wait to work with him again in the future.

Stacy battled a travel insurance agency to get a full refund for me and my husband who was diagnosed with a progressive disease a couple of weeks before a big family trip to Italy. Alex was hands down one of the best attorneys I could have EVER hired. He made my court settlement a breeze for my child who could not defend herself ONE bit. Seth is the best attorney I have had through the course of my divorce and custody cases. After fighting with the insurance company and suffering with pain for over 2 years, my case was sent to her in the litigation department to take it to court.
