I met Matthew Kikta at Julian Grey Associates in 2016 when he put together an Asset Protection Trust and associated documents (POA, Last Will & Testament, etc.) for my elderly parents. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional. When my parents passed in 2022, he helped me by submitting the Inheritance Tax return to the state. Great settlement company that I can strongly recommend. Three Rivers did the closing on my house. As a first time buyer working without a realtor I had lots of naive questions, and needed some hand-holding through the process. They were extremely professional, patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions promptly. Adam helped me to find the correct standard contracts and addendums, was easily reachable and the closing costs were comparable to other closing companies. Closing was very smooth and Adam was happy to take time to explain the documents at closing, which I appreciated. Great service.

I first met Mark back in 2017, after being misdiagnosed with Gleason 10 Prostate Cancer. Mark knew from the start that it would be an interesting case but was willing to take it on. Talk about an interesting case, throw in a Pandemic! Needless to say, things were cancelled, delayed, you name it! Mark always kept me abreast of how things were going through his Paralegal Sandy Shaub. Sandy could not have been more helpful and understanding, when dealing with information during the extended time period. Finally in October of 2024 Mark was able to secure a trial date and time via zoom. The trial went very well, and Mark was able to secure an amount that was 2 and a half times more than what the defendant was willing to pay. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased and recommend Mark Atlee highly if you want positive results!

I sat in jail with a bond set 200k for simple and 5 k for DUI (3) assault and intimidating witness, from a known abusive ex. Drug dealer. A police officer I sued a year prior finally pulls me over in another jurisdiction under no legal way no legal reason to pull me over. He stated that my back window was covered with a plastic he couldn't see through which was one that I bought at AutoZone and this was in Westmoreland county he then said he traveled me across the bridge for 4/10 of a mile to clock me to make to see if I was speeding I suppose he came to the conclusion I was going 34 in a 25 which would be impossible to prove because there wasn't enough space for him to actually properly conduct that speed check and that was established in the courtroom in front of the judge and the judge still allowed this man to leave the courtroom lying and I know courts got a lot to lie about but if I'm innocent until proven guilty nah. in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee . Where do I begin? Elizabeth, or Liz as I call her, is the best of the best. Family court matters including custody can be very stressful and complicated, but with Liz it was not. She is very compassionate, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I met her on accident while trying to get custody of my 2 daughters in the court house in West Chester. I had no idea what to do or where to start. Liz came in the picture and within weeks I had primary custody. I've known her for almost 10 years and she will always be my go to!

I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

My wife and I met with AJ in person to discuss our case. He did a wonderful job of setting expectations and answering all of our questions in the initial meeting. He kept in constant contact with us all the time letting us know next steps and any documentation that was required from us. We received an initial settlement offer from the insurance company which was low. Rather than settle for that offer AJ went back to the insurance company and was able to negotiate a larger settlement out of court. Bottom line AJ listens to his clients, is compassionate as our case involved our minor child, helped us keep our emotions in check, and got us results.

Recently, I found myself needing to find an attorney. I did not know where to look. I was very frustrated and sad and scared because I could not find anybody. I barely even knew what I was looking for, but I had an opportunity come up for my children and I couldn’t let it pass so after a ton of phone calls and a ton of hopeless answers, I just prayed And somebody that I had called referred me to Mr. Haggerty. I have yet to be disappointed. He has 100% had my back charged me a very fair amount of money when I had other attorneys telling me that I had to pay with a credit card just to talk on the phone , Mr. Haggerty, I hope gets some of the best karma in life because he truly deserves from the moment I called his office, I am immediately was transferred to him.
