I went to three law firms and they were highly recommended. I met Mr Caiazzo and he told me to go home and grieve. He was the only lawyer who actually cared. He was experienced enough to take the time to counsel me. He offered me grief counseling. He touched my heart with his kindness and understanding. I retained him six months later. I can’t say enough about this man. He settled the case while the jury was deliberating. I spoke to the jury afterward and the settlement was way higher than what they were going to award. He knew. He told me that we couldn’t risk the jury not understanding what happened. They didn’t. He donated part of his fee to St Jude’s Children Hospital on my behalf. I may never need a Lawyer again but if I do, I know who I’ll call.

When your heart is broken, due to the unexpected loss of a loved one, it can be difficult to find the strength to deal with the crisis and legal difficulties that ensue.
Veronica, by way of her dedication and compassion, helped to provide focus and guidance. She dealt professionally with every aspect and shielded the family from any unnecessary distressing interactions.
The legal process can be trying especially when it involves the revisiting the death of a loved one. The defendant’s attorney drags the issue out as long as possible, trying to force a speedy settlement.
Veronica remained diligent in the pursuit of reparations. While we became a little anxious for the case to end, Mrs. Richards kept on plowing through the evidence and worked with medical experts to strengthen the case. This case drug on for about 3 years, never once did she sway, bend or waiver.
The quick way out was not an option.
Thank God for Veronica, while nothing can bring my daughter back, I know that the educational future of my grandchildren is intact and I credit this to Mrs. Richards. Thank you for all that you have done for us. I do not believe that anyone could have ever done a better job!

Kinda like what you see in the movies and television shows. That famous phrase "Best Damn Lawyer In Town!!" fits Patrick perfectly I would say. About three years ago I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that almost cost me my life because of a reckless driver. When I went to see Pat for the first time, he came across as a very friendly and pleasant individual who made the atmosphere of the meeting very calming and laid back. During the meeting Pat was very informative and attentive to all the facts and information that I had with me at the time. The thing that I really liked about Pat was that he had a "no-bullshit" attitude and was straight to the point with his honesty as to how the case would go if he were to represent me, but the thing that sold me on his skill as a lawyer was his concern for me and my health first and foremost. His instruction was very simple; get myself back to good health, follow the medical treatment that I would have to go through and last but not least have patience's. As Pat would explain it to me, a case like mine would take several years to come to a resolution but his biggest concern was that we didn't overlook or miss any injuries that could come up during my healing process.
It is three years later and my medical treatment is still ongoing. Patrick is doing a fantastic job of putting this case together and is on top of everything. Pat and I have a relationship that is by definition a very relaxing and informal arrangement where we can both speak freely to one another, no holds barred. There is one thing that I have to put out there. Pat is a very busy individual that seems to have a large client base so don't be surprised that when you need to get in touch with him he doesn't respond in a timely fashion. As I said, Pat is so on top of his game and great to converse with. Just keep in mind, when he says "have patience's", take that advice to heart and it will go a long way if you should ever need his service. Just like I said "Best Damn Lawyer In Town!!".

I was badly injured and hospitalized two years ago, which shortly after leaving the military (12 years of active duty).
