The local township filed legal documents to secure a large portion of our families property through eminent domain for a sewage plant. I contacted this firm after I was in a car accident where an uninsured driver ran thru a red light and crashed into my car and my insurance company said " oops, too bad, nothing we can do you had the wrong type of insurance coverave" this firm was able to help me get money from my insurance company to replace my totaled car and monies to pay for my medical procedures.. Great settlement company that I can strongly recommend. Three Rivers did the closing on my house. As a first time buyer working without a realtor I had lots of naive questions, and needed some hand-holding through the process. They were extremely professional, patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions promptly. To provide some context, we ran into a situation back in the beginning of spring of '14 where we had worked with a public adjuster and restoration company to take care of some minor damage from a roof leak.
Long story short, the public adjuster ran off with what my insurance company paid out for the restoration services. After a lot of back and forth (almost 2 yrs), we could no longer contact the adjuster -- and neither could the restoration company. Unfortunately, the restoration company then started going after us for a significant amount owed to them. To add to the stress, we just recently welcomed our second child to our family, so needless to say, this bill was unexpected and certainly led to an extremely stressful time. Thankfully, my aunt recommended that we seek the guidance of Elliot as she had used him previously.
As soon as we connected with Elliot, he immediately started familiarizing himself with our situation and laid out a course of action. Unlike some other professionals -- whether it be another lawyer, doctor, etc. -- we didn't feel like just a number to Elliot. He really took the time to listen and understand our situation and by knowing that, he really helped alleviate some of our worries.
Once ready, he then began mediating conversations between the restoration company and ourselves. This eventually lead to him negotiating on our behalf and taking any worry out of our hands.
When all was said and done, he helped negotiate something that was fair for both parties, so it would still provide money for the restoration company's services as well as greatly reduce the financial burden this would have had on our family at the time.
So Would I recommend Elliot? Of course. 100% yes. He has helped out my family twice over the past few years and like I mentioned above, he was truly invested in our situation. My wife and I can't thank him enough for what he's done for us.

Attorney Shaughnessy handled a complex law suit against my former employer. His ability to listen and quickly identify the salient points was excellent, as was his ability to clearly communicate the legal position and options. Ultimately, we were successful in settling the suit due to Attorney Shaughnessy's analysis of their responses and motions, strategic filing of motions, and communication and negotiating with their attorney, who happened to be from a very large Philadelphia law firm.

While writing my and wife's will Mr. Shaughnessy noticed that I had supplied incorrect information, information that I did not think critical to our estate. Mr. Shaughnessy explained that this certain information was indeed critical and could cause severe problems. We could not thank him enough.
Since he is the sole attorney his schedule is almost always filled, but no matter how busy he is he returns our phone calls within an hour (we have heard the same from other of his clients as well). Intelligent, patient, Mr. Shaughnessy is just about the best lawyer you could ask for. Any friends we hear needing legal help we recommend him.

On December 29th, 2022 I went out for a jog and was hit by a car which in turn fractured my pelvis in two places and a nice gash, requiring 8 stitches on the top of my head. With no insurance I was concerned with who was going to pay my bills. Attorney Sullivan and his Legal Assistant Jade Esposito of Dallas W.
