Len Sloane is a fantastic attorney. He is thorough, timely, responsive, and a pleasure with which to work. He explained to me each step of the process and answered all of my questions. Mr. Sloane is an extremely efficient as well as passionate attorney. David Colleran represent us in a medical malpractice case. He did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and professional in all of our dealings with him. Mr. Colleran kept us informed during the trial and proceedings. I don't think we couold have had a better attorney. We would highly recommend Mr. Colleran. We were assigned a rather "old school" judge who limited how evidence could be presented. Mr Colleran did the extra work to make sure the jusry understood our circumstances.

I know to most that hiring an Attorney is a crap shoot , with loads of legal uncertainty concerns & questions, I was one of those people until I was introduced to Mr. Weiss and his professional concerned staff. During my Legal relationship with the firm I had numerous calls to them about my case which were returned within or less than 24hrs. My wife and I were always kept up to date with our case through e-mails,USPS and phone calls.
When I first met the soft spoken knowledgeable Mr. Weiss I felt he was sort of an easy going guy during our meetings in his office, but when it was time to face the defendent he was extraordinary,fully prepared and took no prisoners. Working with his legal team in court was also very impressive with there timely exchanges of documents and materials. One thing that was very important to me was the well being of my wife in court in front of a jury on the stand, Mr. Weiss and his team prepared my timid wife fully were she was confident, comfortable and relaxed at all times when asked to take the stand.
To conclude my review of Michael Weiss and his firm I would like to say I felt we had a friendship during our case and my wife and I just didn't fell at anytime that we were just another client. My wife and I also received 5 times more than we expected in our settlement.

I had one of the worst misdiagnosis which left me physically impaired for the rest of my life. I knew that I was done wrong by the Emergency Room I visited after they released me and I woke up the next day paralized. I had contacted Michael Weiss, who I had never spoken to before. I had left a message of what basically happened and to my surprise, he had personally called my back that same day while he was on vacation. I had liked his professionalism on the telephone way better than the other attorneys I had also spoken to. All I can say is that it was one of the BEST decisions I had ever made. He is well known in the industry, has kept me informed the entire time, is allways professional and has made a horrible situation for me be more bareable. Ms. Mahoney was assigned as my representative and advisor by a third-party to a workplace discrimination case that I brought against a college where I was employed as an adjunct professor. Immediately once we met it was evident that Ms. Mahoney held great integrity in her work. Being hurt severely in an automobile accident where I was hit very hard from behind impacted my life more than I ever would have thought. My case, being that I was hit during working hours, was anything be cut and dry. I would highly recommend Albert Joseph Evans for a car accident injury. I was hit in the rear end of my car. I did not know my next step. Who do I call and who do I talk to. The car insurance for the lady that hit me kept calling me. She wanted me to take a settlement of my week wages that I missed due to injury. I now walked with a limp and was in pain 24/7. I went through 6 months of pt that were not helpful. I then went for pain management and had 3 injection in my back. He was understanding and knowledgeable about car accident injuries. He let me know who to talk to and who not. First thing is to stop answer the phone calls except by him and my doctors. I found out about all the car insurance rules for the state of pa. He walked me through the jury picking on my case. Explained to me step by step what he was going to ask the people for the jury. He help explain all the details of going to trail of pros and cons. He did explain the arbitration also. It is important you know all your avenues for your case to decide what way you want to go with it. Know that you have no chose but to have a major surgery done on your back and live with this the rest of your life. I am glad I had albert for my case with all his knowledge with car accidents.

I hired Atty. Gordon to help me re-negotiate my divorce case. I came to him with an existing divorce agreement that was settled without representation. I first met Mark back in 2017, after being misdiagnosed with Gleason 10 Prostate Cancer. Mark knew from the start that it would be an interesting case but was willing to take it on. Talk about an interesting case, throw in a Pandemic! Needless to say, things were cancelled, delayed, you name it! Mark always kept me abreast of how things were going through his Paralegal Sandy Shaub. Sandy could not have been more helpful and understanding, when dealing with information during the extended time period. Finally in October of 2024 Mark was able to secure a trial date and time via zoom. The trial went very well, and Mark was able to secure an amount that was 2 and a half times more than what the defendant was willing to pay. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased and recommend Mark Atlee highly if you want positive results!

Bringing a personal injury suit is arduous and extremely stressful. I had no concept of this four years ago when I was struck from behind by a young man who was texting. It would be one of the most intense experiences of my life. What complicated my case was that I had pre existing conditions that would end up getting lumped into my current long term injury.
I had limited tort which surprisingly made it so that 2 firms I spoke with wouldn’t even take my case. A friend had recommended Bryan Hanratty to me. The minute I met him I had complete faith in him. One of the things I liked best about him was his compassion for the agony I was in and the way it has affected my life and the lives of my family. I am no longer the helpful creative force of nature I was 4 years ago. My family could depend on me for just about anything.
Bryan took that part very seriously. He understood the personal aspect of a personal injury. Bryan gave me the courage to go the distance for a long drawn out claim including several stressful depositions and ultimately arbitration. By the time we got to arbitration I was convinced I would lose the case and have to live with the ongoing daily excruciating pain because someone wasn’t looking while driving. Yes, accidents happen, but an accident can ruin someone’s life.
I’m a natural born surrenderer. I loathe conflict and stress. It’s easy for me to run the other way. Every time I told Bryan I felt discouraged he would tell me not to worry.
He ultimately won the claim for me. He tells me we did it together but I know for a fact it was him. There’s a warrior in him even though he comes off like a guy you would want for your neighbor.
If you need someone for any kind of personal injury, I would say first, it will be tough. And there won’t be anyone more capable and professional and encouraging than him. I give him 10 out of ten stars.
