Hi everyone, appreciate your help with this. I had 3 Amex cards that were all used for business across 2 businesses. Two payments on one of those cards (related to a business that was struggling) was missed in the summer of 2019 which resulted in all 3 cards being cancelled by Amex (the other 2 cards, related to the same business had no perfect payment history). That card which was opened in 2016 eventually went into collections and charged off. Which brought down my credit score to 450, I also had delinquent accounts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Following the advice found on this site about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST how they’ve been helping people to get a good credit score I contacted them immediately and explained my dilemma to them which he promised to fix the situation. I sent the necessary information which was needed to get my job done. Within 3 days all negative items have been deleted and my credit score has been raised to TU 801, EQ 809, EXP 811. Mr. Barrera, Jr. was my attorney in a DTPA /Product Liability case that involved 4 international corporations. He was a wonderful Plaintiff's Attorney! He kept me up to date on all petitions and motions filed by the defendants and all that were filed on my behalf. He was very quick to answer all my phone calls and was very conscientious to use language I would understand when explaining the legal jargon being used in the motions and pleadings etc..... He allowed me to be present during several depositions and accepted any input from me very respectfully. He totally engrossed himself in learning the way my company used the products involved in my lawsuit and thereby thoroughly understood the economic impact the defendants products had on my company. Very poor customer service and coordination I was threatened by Rupa Ramp that if we didn’t agree to meet at a location I wanted to pick which is close to my work in certain minutes time frame to respond that they won’t meet or change location although we had enough time to coordinate, zero coordinating or meeting half way!!

If you’re in Texas area, make sure to save this number. Mr. Paxton was more than a blessing to my family in their time of need. I don’t plan on getting in an accident but his number is locked in my phone just in case. Don’t let anyone take advantage of you during a vulnerable time. Mr. McLean took a case against a Large Company as a contingency fee for personal injury because I didn't have the money to pay upfront for all the cost that was going to occur. Mr. McLean did a great job at explaining to me the process of the suit and what was going to happen and so forth. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His secretary was awesome and made terrific coffee! He was very knowledgeable in my case because he had a lot of experience in handling cases against large companies. The great thing about Mr. McLean is he gives you solid advice and if he doesn't know, then he has colleagues he can refer too. He doesn't BS you! The best thing about Mr. McLean is he is a true family man, and for me, I really respect that. He got me a settlement and everything we agreed on was done as promised. The only thing that I believe Mr. McLean would need to work on is his timing(scheduling), replies, and a little better communication. But with young children and other cases I can understand things can get crazy.
With that all being said, I definitely would recommend Mr. McLean as your attorney if you ever happen to need one!

These folks have truly been a Godsend to me.

I saw a comment from Greg Smith about Abraham Watkins taking 40% and fees. There was a reply stating they don't from the law firm but I can attest to them taking 40% as a client and I saw under 5k from my 10k settlement. The firm hasn't been hard to deal with and they are rather good lawyers aside from the excessive fees. My only issue is them lying in the responses because I definitely was charged 40% in fees and saw under 5k. I also had to beg them just to file my claim for EIF when other law firms had filed claims for veterans with much less proof. I do feel defeated when it comes to how they're handling us but it's nothing new.
