I called The Law Offices of Marynell Maloney about a medical malpractice case on behalf of my husband. After the initial consultation, we were told Attorney Michelle Maloney would like to meet with us. When my husband and I met with her she was very straight forward and honest as to what we should expect if she agreed to represent my husband. Once she reviewed the evidence she agreed to take the case. There are several things that I admire about Michelle. One being she is a very compassionate and humble person, and very easy to talk to. She is also a very good listener which is a very important asset to look for in a great attorney. Due to Tort Reform I would assume most attorneys would not want to deal with these types of cases, but that does not stop Michelle from fighting for her clients' rights.
Once Michelle started working on our case, it took her less than a year to win our case. When first we were looking for help with our problem most lawyers we spoke to were unhelpful given the nature of the case Michelle however dug deep and came up with a possible solution and called us back to setup a face to face meeting. As the process continued she not only took diligent notes but she also provided great emotional support. She is professional while at the same time was empathetic to us. If you are looking for a creative lawyer who can see strategies that other lawyers can’t grasp then Hunter is the lawyer for you. Nobody would take my case, but Hunter wasn’t intimidated by a health insurance contract that excluded coverage for my son. He never showed worry or doubt though the odds weren’t good. It took awhile, but we won.

Most folks would probably prefer to settle their case outside of court, but sometimes you can't get the other side to agree to a reasonable compromise. That is what happened in my case, so we went to a jury trial.
Hunter did his research and was extremely well prepared for the case. Even though we were trying the case in a venue that favored our opponent, Hunter's people skills and judgement were on full display in every aspect of the case. Long story short, we won thanks to him!

Slip and fell in a pretty known grocery store in San Antonio. Didn't think I had a case at all considering the fact that I fell in a store. I thought it was what it was. I had a pretty bad injury from the fall and some one recommended I get legal help. I found Victor on Facebook and reached out to them. Mr. Wiseman worked on mine and my wife's case sometime last year. Originally, we were told by another Attorney that the final outcome was not going to be in my our favor.
