In my experience with Jordan Taylor and his staff, I was treated very well and they were beyond helpful with my personal and legal situations. Despite not being my attorney, Allison Drescher exceeded expectations in terms of her ethical conduct, honesty, professionalism, and genuine compassion. ☺️ She was non judgmental making me feel comfortable discussing my unique circumstances and charge!! First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I wish we had called them earlier and my wife would not have had to cry or worry as much during the earliest stages of the fight. Our family is so grateful to the Row Law Group.

I had a personal injury claim from a restaurant incident. I had a previous health history and it wasn't a lot of money they were wanting to compensate for their negligence. After the restaurant lawyers wouldn't budge on negotiating with me on a reasonable amount for everything I'd been through I looked for a lawyer. I was having a hard time finding a lawyer who would be willing to take my case because it wasn't worth big money overall, only about $25,000 or so. Mr. Marshall heard my case, listened to me, and helped me. I told him the amount I wanted to walk away with after his fees, because of everything I had been through and the restaurant's gross negligence. He was able to work with the restaurant's lawyers and get a reasonable settlement. The amount would have paid me a little under what I wanted to walk away with so Mr. Marshall adjusted some of his costs so I could walk away with that amount. He cares about his clients.

I do not even know where to start on how fortunate I was to have Ed and Spencer on my side for a brutal divorce proceeding. I will summarize how awesome Ed and his team were, but I really want to highlight his ability to be caring and to listen throughout the two year battle. This was an emotionally draining and a hard two year fight. Ed was extremely honest with me and didn’t play games wasting time. I was always kept informed and knew my options. Ed was relentless and knew the law which ultimately lead to us winning at trial. From the day he took my case I put full trust into him and I feel this was such a success because of that. He knows the law and is phenomenal at trial in front of a judge! Ed was very thorough and was always very forthcoming on what he needed from me. From the moment Attorney Menzer took my case — auto accident, medical and other costs pursued by the other driver — I felt that I was in good hands. He was professional and pleasant, knowledgeable so that I knew from the start what the likely outcome would be as well as the appropriate paths that would be taken to reach that outcome. He did not need to spend a lot of time on my case because he knew what he was doing and was, therefore, extremely effective (successfully encouraging my insurance company to agree to settle for my maximum insured amount — the company was threatening to push for much less, possibly landing the case in court). He is honest, direct, courteous, efficient, and reliable. I couldn’t have asked for better legal representation.

We had a complicated case concerning a nursing home, so we went to several lawyers concerning this case. We were not impressed by any of them. This is our first personal injury protection case so I was a little unsure, but we are so glad we got Sonny and his team. We were hit by another car and the at fault party's insurance low balled me. We needed several months of medical care. Sonny's team, Malissa, Vy and everyone helped us feel assured we would be taken care of and they did just that. They nearly doubled the amount of settlement offered by the other agency. We got all the care we needed, recouped the losses from time off work and assured our confidence in the legal process. We come from immigrant/refugee background so we are sometimes untrusting of these things, based on our general life expereinces, but wow, we are so happy and thankful for Sonny, his expertise, wisdom and knowledge. Mr. Harkins represented me in a fair and competent manor and extracted the full amount of compensation my insurance policy allowed.
