Dennis recently defended my adult son and found his attention to detail remarkable. Very open to ideas and thoughts and able to work as a "team" with us. His HUGE heart and feelings helped us deal with the monstrous mission of defending our son. Mr. Burns went out of his way to be available for any and all questions/concerns we had. Although my son did not get the full not guilty verdicts we were striving for, he did get a reduced sentence.
I would hire him again if the need arose. (praying that it does not though)

As I put pen to paper I realize I have no words to do justice to the battle waged on my behalf by Rick and his dedicated team of justice fighters. I am simply not capable of putting into words the gratitude and respect I have for them as professionals, people and warriors.
Warriors must rise to the top to defend those incapable of defending themselves. Not all battles are fought on the battle field. Some are fought in the court of law before a judge and jury, fought with the sword of truth and the rule of law. As we all know there is good and evil in the world. Evil comes in all shapes, colors and sizes and often disguises itself as good. As long as we go forward with the truth and there are honorable warriors to fight on our behalf, as you and your team have proven to be, the truth will prevail no matter how powerful and deceptive the opponent may be.
The team of men and women led by Rick Friedman are dedicated to doing the right thing. Why? Because that’s what men and women of honor do.
As Rick and his team prosecuted the truth on our behalf, the financial resources afforded my wife and I by the jury’s verdict has allowed us to better focus on adapting and living with the struggles of long term care associated with my traumatic brain injury.
I want to thank Rick for taking the time to remove his attorney hat and speak to me as a friend about how to best move forward in rebuilding my life with a brain injury. Rick said “That if I only focus on what I can no longer do I would become a bitter and miserable human being. Instead figure out and focus on what you can still do and you will have the ability to live a fulfilling life.”
As I continue to figure out and focus on what I can do to contribute I feel it’s important to anyone with a brain injury to hear this as I truly believe I would not be here today had I not taken and implemented Rick’s advice.

I recently attended Evergreen State in Elder Law at their free online workshop called “Estate planning 101: Everything you need to know to create a solid plan”. The instructor, Mirisa, explained about Wills, Trust,Power of Attorney,, and living Wills, and it was an incredible informative experience. This firm was referred to me as one of a shortlist who were qualified and adept to helping homeowners regain their property rights when faced with a squatter situation. This is of paramount importance, as Seattle's corrupt so-called eviction "court" is "adjudicated" by pro-tenants-rights advocates and homeowners win only 15% of the time. This sham court pushes out cases for months or years while the homeowners themselves can be left homeless (like we were.) Phil Neale helped us with the necessary paperwork.
