After an accident which wasn’t my fault we sought help from a law firm. The first few contacted did not appeal. However, when we contacted Swanson+Gardner+Meyers we were impressed. After a conversation with Mr. Meyers we were convinced and set up an in person appointment. This proved pivotal in our year long relationship. They have always been there for us giving the needed timely advice and followup. Most of the personal contact was with Jennifer but both Mr. Meyers and Mr. Gardner where available when needed. July 13th 2013 I was run over riding my Harley motorcycle. I went online to Tamaki Law the night I came home from the hospital to request a consultation and Bryan came out to my house to see me the next morning. My injury was severe. A trauma fracture of my left leg, requiring a metal rod screwed into my leg bone. That left me unable to walk on my own for almost a year. I had just started a new job with new insurance. Bryan protected me from creditors, helped keep my job and encouraged my own insurance company to stand up and take care of me while I was out of work for 13 weeks. This was the 1st time I had to have legal representation. I knew I needed it due to the seriousness of my accident. My family and I went through the toughest time in our history. The good thing is that we had Bryan to help us navigate through this ordeal. He put up with my ranting, frustrations and anger. All with personable and professional counsel.

Bryan was a fantastic attorney to work with. I had been involved in an automobile accident and had tried to handle everything by myself for the first couple of years. We were hit by a drunk driver on the highway between Ferndale and Bellingham. Unfortunately the driver did not have insurance so we have to use our under-insured motorists insurance. We hired Tario and Associates to help us with the claim process. Our experience had been great from the beginning to the end. Michael Tario is professional with years of experience. His team was caring, patient, attentive, and followed my medical and chiropractic treatments with great details.
Michael went the extra mile (with amazing knowledge and skills) in fighting us a settlement which was nearly 150% over the original settlement amount offered by the insurance company. I called him our "miracle lawyer!"

I was in a car accident 4 years ago and I picked Mr. Tario to be my attorney because of his credentials and reviews, and boy he did not disappoint! He takes no money up front, he gets the settlement you deserve, he takes his part and you take yours. Even though it took quite a while, Mr. Tario was always informative, kind, respectful, trustworthy, and his team is wonderful to work with. Knock on wood I don’t get into another car accident, but if I do I know who I will be calling first!

I would use him again without hesitation. The case we had wasn't worth much money to him. I offered to pay him for his time, but he declined. He explained the process and the timeline when dealing with the insurance company. Everything unfolded as he predicted. He is a master of his trade.

We took our beloved Italian Greyhound to our local veterinarian for a routine exam. To our surprise, the veterinarian informed us that our dog needed all his teeth removed. We were hesitant to accept this diagnosis, but the veterinarian insisted we follow his treatment plan, which included strong antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and pain medication.
After two days, our dog became very sick. He stopped eating and drinking. We called the veterinarian's office every day, but they ignored us and did not return our calls. Finally, we had to take our dog to the emergency room. We were absolutely devastated when he died. The emergency room veterinarians said he had complications from the medications he was prescribed.
A couple of days later, I got ahold of the original veterinarian. He was rude, argumentative, and denied any responsibility. I told him I would hold him accountable, and that's when I reached out to Adam. I am so glad I did.
Adam got justice for our beloved dog and family member. He really cares about his clients. He is compassionate, tough, and an expert negotiator, able to maintain a strong position while showing a willingness to settle. Adam secured a very respectable settlement for us, much more than we were expecting.Our dog did not deserve what happened to him. Adam fights tirelessly for those who cannot defend themselves. I was a passenger in a rear ended accident. Dublin Law Group made the process so much easier. Between the drivers insurance company and the other drivers insurance it was a big headache. I was getting calls from insurance companies and at times it seemed like they were trying to trick me. Dublin Law Group made it easy, I only had to deal with them. DLG made sure to contact me with updates and emailed me when I didn't answer, I never felt forgotten or that I wasn't worth their time.

I got rear ended pretty badly and my truck was totaled, my neck and shoulders got hurt badly as well. My wife was rear ended a few years ago with injuries and her car was totaled as well. A friend recommended Scott who was handling her accident claim after expressing my frustrations to her. We also had a accident and were suffering from so much pain but the insurance wouldn't help us and we didn't know where to turn. From the first time we met with him he was amazing. He told us even if we didn't hire him he still wanted us to get us in contact with Doctors that were specific to our needed care. We felt like we were talking to a dear friend every time we spoke. He helped my family not only get the medical attention we needed but walked us thru all the processes. We felt like Scott and his firm were in our corner and took so much of the stress of the financial situation off our shoulders. I really feel that if we never called him we would have been suffering our whole lives with pain and financial hardship. He was able to get us the maximum allowed from the insurance and got all our medical expenses covered too.

Mr. Scott Bowen was recommended to us through a friend’s business lawyer. Upon reaching out, Scott got right back to us and consulted us on what was to come. This was a higher profile case than the average accident. He was sensitive to my partners situation. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

Throughout the long pre-trial phase Ann communicated with us on a regular basis and always was professional, friendly and caring.
