Family law can often be stressful but I believe I got the best experience thanks to my attorney's hard work and approachable nature. My Favian Valencia and his staff were extremely helpful through the entire process and when I didn't understand something, they were quick to explain the next steps so that I would not feel overwhelmed. Favian also got me benefits that I did not know I was entitled to. It was extremely helpful that he is fluent in Spanish and English so that when everyone sat down to talk, we did not need interpreters for my children. Mark represented me in a legal malpractice lawsuit. The attorney my husband and I had hired to help us with our wills and estate planning had, unbeknownst to us prior to my husband’s passing, created a real disaster. This resulted in a lawsuit between family members and was the absolute worst-case scenario I or anyone else wanted to go through, especially while dealing with my husband’s passing. Mercedes was amazing! It wasn’t a week before the person that hit me had the insurance adjuster out to my work to offer me money. I hadn’t even received treatment, all I wanted to do was feel better and be well. Unfortunately it took two years to get back to somewhat normal. With such a busy job, she took care of everything, requested all the necessary medical records, filed the right documents, I didn’t have to do a thing. Even after we settled on the amount, she was able to negotiate more with my PIP. When she sent me the email, my only comment was that’s great, it wasn’t expected. Hopefully I won’t go through this again, but if I do, I’ll hire her again.

Dan handled a personal injury case involving my father. I can't recommend Dan more highly, he was very professional and so patient with my 86 year old father, which led to a favorable settlement. Jonathan was assigned my case which was already in progress when assigned by my insurance company. He immediately familiarized himself with the case, quickly assessed previous efforts and decisions to resolve and made recommendations on how to proceed. It was a bit of a unique scenario, one that John himself indicated he had not seen previously, and throughout the entire process was communicative, professional, informational and assertive which in the end, worked out as favorably as possibly. I would recommend John if you're looking for representation that is assertive while maintaining professionalism, however maintains a no-nonsense demeanor in the pursuit of resolution.

Jonathan helped handle a case where the plaintiff was impacted in their car and sued myself and another car driver for damages. The results were the best that could be expected - very minimal damages on my part, and with only a couple appearances required of me. Mr. Missen showed decorum, poise, and a cheerful disposition during the entire process, which no doubt helped the results turn out as they did. He was knowledgeable without being pushy, and this came across in deposition and arbitration. After I was injured by a negligent doctor, I selected Ms. Morrow as my attorney because of her history as a competent lawyer and a Registered Nurse. It was wonderful to have an attorney who was knowledgeable in the medical aspects of my case; many of the attorneys I initially consulted with had to stop me to explain what certain terms meant, and that was incredibly frustrating for me. I never had this issue with Jane.
In addition to her medical knowledge, Ms. Morrow had an instinctual and intellectual understanding of what to do at every turn in my case. She was always supportive and explained the legal things I did not understand without ever making me feel stupid or burdensome. I really believe that Ms. Morrow cares about her clients' long-term well being. How many lawyers can you truly say care about their clients as people, and not just as case statistics? In my case, for example, Ms. Morrow supported me in pursuing action against the hospital and doctor who negligently assaulted me; other attorneys I consulted early on wanted me to settle for as much money as possible as early as possible, even if it meant not pursuing action against the hosptial. Jane really listened to me and understood that I wanted, more than anything, to spread the word and prevent this person from hurting anyone else. She never made me feel pressured to come to a rapid monetary conclusion to the detriment of my personal goals.
I cannot say enough about what a great attorney Jane Morrow and her cohorts are. If it is important to you that you connect with an attorney who listens to and supports a client through difficult times, who is knowledgeable about medicine in addition to law, and who is a generally good and caring person, you cannot go wrong with Jane Morrow. I am so greatful that I found her during the worst time in my life, and I cannot imagine what might have happened if I had been swayed to employ anyone else.

I absolutely recommend Marya Fuller. I was in an auto accident and thought I could handle it on my own, even though other driver admitted fault at the scene and I had a witness, I was way over my head. I was putting bills on my credit cards and not seeking the right treatment, finally after receiving a postcard in the mail, I talked to Marya Fuller and she took over, what a relief it was! She knew things about medical billing, rental car reimbursement and negotiation tactics that I had know idea. They completely accommodated me because of distance, by phone conferences and paperwork via email or fax. Thomas was referred to my wife and I regarding an insurance claim problem we were haveing. We had complied to all of the Insurance requests for the past 10 months, but we were not haveing any luck in settling the claims.

I have also sent a friend to him & will continue to do this as he is terrific.
When we went to mediation he drove way out of his way in the snow to pick me up. That meant he had to go from Seattle to Bellevue then back to Seattle, then brought me back home then he had to go back to Seattle where he lives. All this in the snow, I don't know anyone that would go way out of their way to do this for a client, it just speaks of his professional way of taking care of his client
When ever I had a question he always got right back to me, never made me feel I was bothering him

I do not write lightly when I say David B. Richardson is trustworthy, (highly) knowledgeable and an overachiever. His representation has helped me moved on with my life during the whole case proceeding. Please note I said I moved on with my life "during" and not after the case was closed. The stress and negativity from the beginning was lifted off from my shoulders. I did not have to worry if Item A was completed, if Item B was given notice, if Item C received X and so forth. My worries and sleepless nights ended when Mr. Richardson represented my family and I.
He treated us with the utmost respect and always gave us his undivided attention. There were many hoops and hurdles, and although at times it was very stressful, David B.
