While I thought this would be easy and even considered not hiring an attorney as everything seemed straight forward with no contest, what came to light very early on is that my husband’s attorney was incompetent, reckless and sloppy with his work. While my husband had paid 5x the amount that I was paying, Mary Sakaguchi caught numerous mistakes which would have led to a prolonged divorce process. Her careful eye to detail and attention prevented that from happening and expedited the whole process which actually made me less fearful and the entire process less traumatic. I cannot convey how much this impacted me in a positive way. I am grateful for her immense knowledge of the law and watching out for my best interest all the while communicating with compassion and kindness.
I highly recommend Ms. Sakaguchi and her entire team! Thank you!

I originally hired Sean because a plumbing company had caused structural damages to floor joists during a renovation and they would not accept responsibility. What happened instead was Sean transferred me to Joe and the lawsuit lasted 2 1/2 years. We ended up going to arbitration and I won all damages but zero lawyers fees.
Incredibly frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t hire nor recommend them.
I regret hiring Sean and Joe.

I worked with Will Reingold, Jr for my divorce, who was recommended to me by a friend. He was friendly and knowledgeable for a process that is painful for most. The guy always works and never seems to miss a beat. He is always on top of it and prioritizes to get things done/executed like you're his only client. He made efforts to resolve more complicated challenges like parental rights of embryos even though it's not his wheelhouse.

This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.

I retained their services for help with business contracts, and business partner discussions. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and helped me succeed with positive outcomes. I first worked with Imants, then mostly with Phil Neale. Phil was very easy to get a hold of, and constantly updated me on progress. Every time I called in, he either answered the call right away, or called back very shortly afterwards. Highly recommend, and we will retain their services when needed again in the future!

This is our first personal injury protection case so I was a little unsure, but we are so glad we got Sonny and his team. We were hit by another car and the at fault party's insurance low balled me. We needed several months of medical care. Sonny's team, Malissa, Vy and everyone helped us feel assured we would be taken care of and they did just that. They nearly doubled the amount of settlement offered by the other agency. We got all the care we needed, recouped the losses from time off work and assured our confidence in the legal process. We come from immigrant/refugee background so we are sometimes untrusting of these things, based on our general life expereinces, but wow, we are so happy and thankful for Sonny, his expertise, wisdom and knowledge. They're really helping people get back on their feet and more. I would give 10 stars. Thanks again.

September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

I can’t say enough good things about Austin and the representation he provided my wife Mary and me. I was recently involved in a very challenging legal matter that I was told was essentially unwinnable by several trusted confidants. I turned to the Osborn Machler firm based on their reputation with difficult and complex cases, and Austin Neff was assigned as the lead attorney in my case.
From the beginning, Mr. Neff and his colleagues concurred that my case was indeed an uphill battle. But Austin immediately began to outline a legal strategy he calculated would maximize our chances of success. What stood out initially to me was his ability to explain complex legal terms and processes in a way that I could easily understand, which helped alleviate much of my anxiety—which, I admit, was through the roof.
As someone with very little exposure to the legal system, much of the strategy Austin constructed seemed almost counterintuitive to me at first. But he was very patient in explaining the reasoning for his approach at every step of the way, as I peppered him with endless layman’s questions about the law. By the time we were ready for the hearing, I almost felt like I had a couple semesters of law school under my belt.
I realize that all attorneys have multiple cases they are working on at any given moment. And I realize that they simply cannot be as emotionally involved in each of their cases as their clients are, of course. But I’ll have to admit that my level of optimism went up a notch or two when Austin looked up from a response he was reading from opposing counsel and paused and stated, “I’m starting to take this personally.”
The hearing itself was the first time I had seen Austin Neff in action in the courtroom. For moral support, the founding partner of the firm, Sim Osborn, was also at the defense table—I felt like I had a whole team behind me. Austin’s presentation of our side of the case was impressive. His arguments were incredibly articulate, nuanced, well-crafted, incisive, and on point. It was a master class in legal exposition, and even to me as a layman it was clear that he had shifted the law and the facts to our side.
Thanks to Austin Neff's hard work and tenacity, we achieved a clear, convincing, and completely favorable outcome that day. I didn’t think it was possible--I remember thinking when the judge rendered her decision, “Wait, what? We won??” The result has had a profound impact on my life, and I cannot thank Austin and the Osborn Machler firm enough for their support and expertise.
I highly recommend Austin Neff to anyone in need of legal assistance. His knowledge, professionalism, personability, and cool under fire makes him an outstanding choice for anyone facing difficult legal challenges.

I had an injury due to a flu shot. While I eventually did recover, I had lost work time as well as over $600 of physical therapy co-pays that I was responsible for. I had read that there is a way to get compensated by the government for losses such as these and I was referred to the Burdettes. Over the course of almost 2 years Kelly kept in touch with me, got the documentation she needed, and amazingly enough, I actually got a settlement from the government. I had not even known such a service existed. I am very grateful to Kelly for all that she did and will use her again if I need legal services.

In my profession (Police Detective Seattle Police) its sometimes hard to find legal advice that you can really trust. I did not hire John as he was able to assist me without retaining him. He spent a few hours on the phone with me which he did not have to do, and was able to coach me through the problem I was having. He went above anything I expected and yet wont let me buy him a beer. John and his staff were great! They settled my case with more money than I had hoped for. My case was difficult to begin with since it was at a four way intersection and I was t-boned. When I retired in 2014 for health reasons, I had an implant patient with chronic maxillary sinusitis, but unrated to her implants. She found an attorney that thought he could make this my problem and this is when I met Mr. deMaine, Through four years (4 years is not unusual, in fact it takes over a year to schedule the trial), Mr. deMaine was part intellectual, part psychologist--being sued is traumatic emotionally and inter-personally for your entire family. Mr. deMaine took every opportunity to make sure I was healthy and not abused by the legal process. Mr. deMaine worked tirelessly to get me the best--even famous--expert witness testimony which supported my professional decisions and treatments. Mr. deMaine explained the 'system' to me in great detail and took much time to prepare me for deposition and trial. At no time did Mr. deMaine give me false hope or hyperbole, but reasonable expectations. What I appreciated most about Mr. deMaine, was his explanation that being sued in court by a jury of my peers, has nothing to do with facts and my reliance on being 'right,' has nothing to do with the court process and 'guilt' is more of a subjective process. Two months before my scheduled trial, Mr. deMaine visited the enemy's expert specialist across state and through his most professional preparation, basically demonstrated every point this expert had put to paper, was wrong. The case was dismissed and no trial was required. Needless to say, Mr. deMaine is one of few hero's I have met in my life.

Every deposition and piece of evidence was assessed and reassessed to find any potential inconsistency to strengthen our case. I hired Mr Harkins to represent me with my car accident. He and his staff kept in touch with me about all matters concerning my insurance claims and consulted with all insurance companies involved. Mr. Harkins represented me in a fair and competent manor and extracted the full amount of compensation my insurance policy allowed. The insurance company had only offered 46% of my personal injury amount under my policy. My accident was the result of an uninsured, unlicensed teenage driver crossing the center line of the roadway and crashing head-on into my vehicle with my wife and I both sustaining injuries. Liz was our constant support and advisor during our case against a hospital that did not provide standard of care for my husband resulting in a significantly shortened lifespan as well as a difficult one.
Liz was the one we first called or emailed with questions -- and we had lots! Never did she seem we were taking too much of her time, and she always provided her expert opinion and advice in an easy to understand, thoughtful and kind manner.
While our attorneys got to know a lot about our lives, they shared some about their own, so we enjoyed learning about Liz's children, one of whom she gave birth to during the process.
Through depositions and a mediation Liz informed us very well about the process so we weren't taken by surprise in any way. She and her colleagues (a senior attorney and paralegal) were excellent legal support. They guided us to a successful settlement while understanding that we'd trade the money for the injury to have never happened.
We struggled at first because we understood that accidents do happen, even in medicine. But Liz and her colleague made it clear that the number of errors that added up to our end result required both change and some recompense. Liz helped us share ways we believed could prevent such a future situation in a way that the hospital could hear and even implement, and the settlement money will assist us to bear more easily the stark changes in our lives we will endure during the near future.

John Wilson and the staff at RHHK was by my side for almost six years as we had to file suit against 2 insurance companies and deal with Covid. He was optimistic but also realistic. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

Amy was amazing!!! She made sure I was aware of every step that she was taking!!! She was prepared of all that was required for us to provide the defense attorney. She got amazing expert witness and made sure all areas were covered. We want to share the good experience we had with Barden & Barden. We are an elderly couple who never had to deal with anything like this before. We felt overwhelmed by this event because it seemed so complicated. The collision caused by another driver moving at high speed and failing to yield, left us both quite seriously injured and hospitalized thousands of miles from home in a community we didn’t know. On top of that we had totaled the rental car we were driving. Shortly after the event, we contacted Barden & Barden in our home town. They did so much right away to put our minds at rest and assure us they would handle all the details of compensation for medical and rehabilitation expenses, automobile damage, and communications with the many entities involved, especially insurance companies. For example, right away they gathered complete information from the local sheriff attending the collision and the doctors caring for us. They obviously took care to see that insurance covered our bills as we never were billed ourselves. While they worked on our case, they kept us up to date on its progress. Did I mention integrity? Mr. Shultz came recommended by an attorney in Spokane. When meeting with him, he explains the pros and cons of each option, with patience and clarity, often providing examples from his decades of experience.
