I contacted this law firm regarding a dispute with my auto insurance company. On Friday 8/30/24 @ approximately 4:15pm. I called other law firms that probably closed early today due to the upcoming holiday on Monday as they did not answer. This lawfirm had a live representative that was not an answering service that actually answered, took my info/ reason for calling and sought assistance from their legal team to see if they would be able to assist me. Unfortunately they were not able to assist me but the representative was able to direct me to another law firm that might be able to assist me.
This is so uncommon these days but I greatly appreciate it.

I’m very pleased with the Stark law firm as a whole. Every person I talked to was very professional. I was involved in a wreck that I thought was going to be a minor ordeal. It ended up being a lot more thorough than I imagined and I had sustained an injury as well. Tadarious and his team worked hard to get a favorable outcome that was adequate for what I went through. I’m so glad my wife reached out to them immediately after the wreck I was involved in. If I’m ever in an accident like that again, they’ll be my absolute first option!

I met Mr.bernard when he was my court appointed lawyer. I was facing 3 felony possession charges and a massive drug addiction. I listened to his plan and he was able to get the courts to give me deferred adjudication. Mr.Bernard never treated me like I wasn't paying for his representation. Within 5 years I landed in court 2 more times again facing felony possession in different counties. He not only traveled over an hour away but also got me deferred adjudication again. I did hire Mr.Bernard for the last two cases and he was amazing. Mr.Bernard helped me stay out of prison and to stay sober. I have changed my life around a 100% and I am doing great now. I have unfortunately been able to deal with alot of different lawyers over my years .Now I have used Mr.Bernard 3 times myself over the last 5 years .Also he just 6 months ago bonded my Youngest child out of jail for 300$ and in one week he had the case thrown out ..My best Potna is also using him now also.I liked that Brian was upfront about the money and the situation. He kept me out of prison my last 2 mishaps and when I first hired Mr.B I had been to prison multiple times but Thanks to Mr.Bernard and his Wife yes it's a two Lawyer Family correcting Lawyer &Judge Family ..Salute ...But yes a few times His Wife would standin.I had to post something this is a Good Lawyer and seems to be a Good Man .I would see him also out of town his son and mine where both playing AL ..And I know people may say he is not a good Lawyer those people I promise u did not pay they bill That's plain and simple. I'm going to be honest .Trust me anybody who wants a good Lawyer and willing to pay to avoid being locked up Call Him and honor your payment plan show up for court and watch your case disappear. When I had my car accident I didn’t know how to find a good attorney not to mention that my case was a bit complicated as I drive for Uber an missed 5 months of work as a result, so I just picked randomly. After going thru a few bafoons, I was recommended to Polo from my chiropractor. Whew thank God, because Polo worked on the “other [insurance] side” prior to doing what he’s doing now and it gave great perspective and a lot of time saving minutia to expedite my case. I have to say he was not at all what I expected. He was actually nice, bright, educated, efficient and really good at his craft not to mention great people skills and a pleasure to work with. When I first heard the excruciating news from the insurance company lowballing me I was in shock and Polo happily informed me that he would get a fair amount in the end…and we did. I was thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Polo to anyone who needs a good attorney!

When originally reviewing my case polo was adamantly set on fighting for a dismissal. Circumstances of my arrest and my own background contributed to this not being the end result that i received. However, as my charges were reduced from felony pocs to class b misdemeanor charges of lesser substances I feel this completely satisfied with the outcome. After being hit in the rear I turned to Wayne Wright for assistance. They had good reviews online and I knew someone who had had a favorable experience working with them in the past. As long as the case went easily and potential money was quick to come by they were willing to take my case. They told me they could help me get medical care. But when we discovered that the driver at fault had provided false insurance information Wayne Wright didn’t work hard to hold the responsible party accountable. The case manager I was working with, Karla, seemed incompetent. She delayed in responding to phone calls and/or messages. And when she spoke she kept saying um, and had long pauses. Or she wouldn’t answer my questions at all. She sounded like she she didn’t know what she was doing. I complained about the lack of service and response that I was getting and someone named Jeff then called me. He told me what the next steps could be to proceed with my case. I asked him why that was my only option and told him that no one had explained things so I just needed to understand before deciding on what to do. But right there during the same conversation he released from being a client. He didn’t even give me an opportunity to say yes please proceed or no let’s not. He was yelling at me and very rude. Very confrontational. I asked him why he was speaking to me that way and told him I would complain about him to the company. He basically laughed and said the equivalent of ‘go ahead - it won’t change anything.’ He was right. No one did anything. At least not that I know of. Now I’m in pain with a damaged vehicle and paying for everything out of pocket to avoid having my own family’s insurance rates go up. I feel like I was victimized twice - once by the driver who hit me and the second time by the law firm that was supposed to help me. Don’t let this happen to you. Find some other reputable attorney with excellent customer service to help you.

After being hit in the rear I turned to Wayne Wright for assistance. They had good reviews online and I knew someone who had had a favorable experience working with them in the past. As long as the case went easily and potential money was quick to come by they were willing to take my case. They told me they could help me get medical care. But when we discovered that the driver at fault had provided false insurance information Wayne Wright didn’t work hard to hold the responsible party accountable. The case manager I was working with, Karla, seemed incompetent. She delayed in responding to phone calls and/or messages. And when she spoke she kept saying um, and had long pauses. Or she wouldn’t answer my questions at all. She sounded like she she didn’t know what she was doing. I complained about the lack of service and response that I was getting and someone named Jeff then called me. He told me what the next steps could be to proceed with my case. I asked him why that was my only option and told him that no one had explained things so I just needed to understand before deciding on what to do. But right there during the same conversation he released from being a client. He didn’t even give me an opportunity to say yes please proceed or no let’s not. He was yelling at me and very rude. Very confrontational. I asked him why he was speaking to me that way and told him I would complain about him to the company. He basically laughed and said the equivalent of ‘go ahead - it won’t change anything.’ He was right. No one did anything. At least not that I know of. Now I’m in pain with a damaged vehicle and paying for everything out of pocket to avoid having my own family’s insurance rates go up. I feel like I was victimized twice - once by the driver who hit me and the second time by the law firm that was supposed to help me. Don’t let this happen to you. Find some other reputable attorney with excellent customer service to help you.
