Mark was straightforward from the get-go about what he thought of my case which I really appreciated. He answered my calls and emails very promptly (usually same day) and always addressed my concerns thoughtfully if something unexpected came up and I needed his advice. Mr. Howard was an answer to my prayers! I can't say enough about my experience with him and his staff. I was 5mo pregnant with my first child and involved in a car wreck. I tried to go it alone at first, but the other driver's insurance was giving me the run around. I called around, but it seemed like no one wanted to take my case since I wasn't severely injured. I wasn't looking to profit from the accident, I just wanted the bills I incurred to be taken care of since the accident was not my fault. The other driver even received a citation, and his insurance still was refusing to pay! I started getting collection notices and calls, and was feeling completely overwhelmed. Then I found Mr. Howard and his team. He took over everything, so all I had to do was focus on getting ready for my baby's arrival. The whole process was drawn out due to the other insurance company, but in the end Mr. Howard recovered more than what we had hoped. Throughout the entire team he sent me updates, and always made me feel as though I was a priority (even though I didn't have some huge settlement for him to profit from immensely). At the end when we had to sign papers to finalize the case, he even met us at his office on the weekend. As did his notary even though she was in the process of moving that day. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend his services to anyone in need!

I received a speeding ticket after a City of Houston police office misread my speed using an unapproved method of speed detection. Andrew took my case, and immediately went to work trying to convince an aggressive volunteer prosecutor was my ticketing officer was in the wrong. When she refused, Andrew took us to trial, and prosecutor did not get her win that day. When she attempted to waste taxpayer money by taking an unwinnable case to trial for a second time, Andrew worked hard to let her boss know the circumstances, and my ticket was immediately dismissed.
Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, zealous, and very competitively priced. But most importantly to me, and important to any person who becomes a criminal defendant, Andrews was in constant communication with me. He went out of his way to explain the intricacies of my case to me, let me know at which stage of trial my case was, and would immediately follow up with me any time he had new information from the prosecutor's office.
Andrew took a very confusing and unsettling situation, and made it understandable, was a friend through the entire process, and at the end of the day, got us the win.
