I want to highly recommend Andrew Traub for doing such a great job on my case. I was always informed of the status of my case. He helped me get some chiropractic treatment which was very important because I was injured. He is extremely dedicated to getting you the best settlement possible. I was wrongfully accused of a Title IX infraction. Marc is an exceptional listener and possesses the innate ability to ascertain facts from friction. After discussing my situation, Marc walked me through the Title IX process and explained how we should address the issue. Marc assisted in drafting a response letter to the adjudicate and coached me leading up to the interview. In the end, the accusation was not a Title IX issue, and flaws and false accusations in the claimant's testimony surfaced in which the case was ruled in my favor. I would not have known how to respond and properly defend myself without Marc’s assistance. Finally, Marc was always responsive and his fee for service was reasonable. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Marc; but I will give my best attempt for anyone going through challenging and distressful legal matters to completely give him your trust!!! I truly did not believe my case would result in being COMPLETELY DISMISSED, and somehow Marc was able to get it done!!!!!
Filtering through my options of attorneys, Marc gave me the best offer of anyone and had my interest even more when he told me he was previously a prosecutor for several years.
I just followed everything Marc guided me to do. He constantly walked me through everything every time we met. The justice system is certainly intimidating, and he made the experience simple from the beginning. He explained what was happening, every outcome and exactly how they came to be, what things to expect, what things to prepare for and how to prepare for them.
Facing a number of F1 charges, getting caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, I was anticipating that I'd have to do probation in the VERY least. I hired Marc Chavez for a Title XI case I was named a Respondent for. To put it briefly, he was incredible. He was present at all of my interviews with investigators and provided me with useful legal counsel throughout the entire process. Marc without a doubt is in a class of his own. On the day of our hearing, the Complainant tried pulling a fast one on us by having a surprise witness show up to testify against me. Marc handled the situation amazingly. He managed to stay calm and continue to present our case in a clear and concise manner. If you find yourself being falsely accused of violating Title XI policies at your university, Marc Chavez will be key to your exoneration. I cannot recommend him enough.

I felt that Bruce was thorough in his research and knowledge of those subject matters, and gave advice consistent with what was in my best interest. I was interduce to Mr. Lavorato from a very good dear friend of mine. I explain to Mr. Lavorato my situation a little over phone to him, he ask could I come into his office and meet with him. Just walking into his office gave me a relax feeling, I have a conversation with him and he stated that he would have to run this across the other members of the staff and will get back with me, and he did the same day. I was fighting this for four months and everyone kept on closing the door in my face as if I done something wrong. Mr.Lavorato said something to me that really set me at ease, he said (I don't like to see when someone do someone wrong) He never pointed that finger at me he just listen and took action. If I ever need an attorney again I will seek his advise and direction. He is the best.

That being said, I could not recommend Mark Pierce highly enough to help you through the process. Mark is a man with highly desirable qualities both as an individual and as a lawyer; he is intelligent, quick-witted, personable and most importantly honorable. Everyone knows different lawyer jokes, and after seeing some of the opposing-sides' lawyers in my case I have a fist-hand understanding of why some get a bad reputation. I was involved in an accident riding my motorcycle to work where the other driver did a u-turn right in front of me. After the accident and emergency surgery I called another attorney who didn't want to take my case and made it seem like I was at fault. For anyone who is unsure about seeking legal aid, my first choice would be to send them to Alex's practice. He's especially skilled when it comes to putting a situation in layman's terms and easing the mind of an average Joe. It's something that can soothe anyone's intimidation of the legal process, and give you more confidence. If you're honest, explain your situation, and help him by keeping all your details sorted, then he should be able to help you knock the issue out.
In my opinion, the true measure of any legal practitioner's merit is their ability to apply it in any situation necessary. Anyone can find a dusty bitter old attorney who is painfully adept in the courts, but is devoid of any compassion. It's almost impossible to find an attorney who is just as skilled but can also serve as an emissary for those who are downright daunted.
I was super relieved after receiving his help, and am very grateful for the peace of mind I now have. I've always had a bit of a phobia regarding the courts and dealing with lawyers, but thankfully I've found an honest and relatable practitioner that I know I can trust. I don't often run into any situations where I can utilize his assistance, but I never hesitate to send my friends and colleges his way whenever they're in a bind.

Joe is more than a lawyer, he's a compassionate lawyer. The insurance company denied liability for my accident. I was released by another attorney and hired Joe. I have used Will Sutton twice. The first time my wife was T boned and injured. The insurance company tried to get my wife to settle for $1000.00 by telling her this is what most people do. Short story Will step in and made it easy to get the medical help and totaled car taken care of stress free. He was true to his word and showed great integrity.
The 2nd time i used him a neighbors dog got out and attacked my cat in my yard. I ask him to pay which he did and then went on a review site and wrote a negative review about the company I own. Most folks would probably prefer to settle their case outside of court, but sometimes you can't get the other side to agree to a reasonable compromise. That is what happened in my case, so we went to a jury trial.
