I got rear ended while driving to work by a non-US driver who was driving a budget rental car with their insurance. It was a weird situation as the non-US driver wasn’t speaking much English and just gave his rental insurance number. For days together, they did not contact me back or returned my calls. These rental insurance are difficult to deal with. A friend suggested to contact Michael Ely and the way Mr Ely handled my case has been exceptional. I felt very comfortable after Michael took charge of my case. The case went slow but Michael & I were very patient and he had everything under control. He regularly updated me and I was so glad. He was responsive to my emails and always looked at the best interest of his client.

Mr. Loewy assisted my family when my minor son was injured by a broken door at a hotel when we were traveling in Texas. He was up front and very personable. Adam came recommended from a family friend. I was in a life altering car accident and Adam was able to help me through the insurance nightmare. He was able to get me results and quickly. He exhausted all possible outlets to try and get me the most for my pain and suffering.
As a small business owner, I had to take time off of work which was costly to my business. He was a true asset in giving advice on the situation and laid out the possible courses of action. He made my job easy - and took the guess work out of the process. Throughout the process he was easily accessible.
My only gripe is that I wish he explained the steps more clearly as this was my first time going through a traumatic experience that required the services of a lawyer. Although I hope I never have to go through anything like this again, I know if I do I will not hesitate to give Adam and Laura a call. I highly recommend Ramos and James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. The best part about them is that even though it was a somewhat difficult case, from the very beginning, they were able to get me a settlement that went a long way towards making me feel better about the time I lost from work and my family while recovering from my injury.

I contacted Logan Howard regarding a labor dispute with the Texas Workforce Commission as it related to unemployment benefits. He contacted me the same day and was very thorough and clear explaining next steps and legal matters. I prepaid for his services and he was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and empathetic through this case which lasted several months. I was a bit hesitant initially contacting him since I only found out about him through reviews online, but the reviews were consistently positive. I was wrongfully accused of a Title IX infraction. Marc is an exceptional listener and possesses the innate ability to ascertain facts from friction. After discussing my situation, Marc walked me through the Title IX process and explained how we should address the issue. Marc assisted in drafting a response letter to the adjudicate and coached me leading up to the interview. In the end, the accusation was not a Title IX issue, and flaws and false accusations in the claimant's testimony surfaced in which the case was ruled in my favor. I would not have known how to respond and properly defend myself without Marc’s assistance. Finally, Marc was always responsive and his fee for service was reasonable. Filtering through my options of attorneys, Marc gave me the best offer of anyone and had my interest even more when he told me he was previously a prosecutor for several years.
I just followed everything Marc guided me to do. He constantly walked me through everything every time we met. The justice system is certainly intimidating, and he made the experience simple from the beginning. He explained what was happening, every outcome and exactly how they came to be, what things to expect, what things to prepare for and how to prepare for them.

I hired Marc Chavez for a Title XI case I was named a Respondent for. To put it briefly, he was incredible.
