On January 27, 2023, I was involved in a car accident with a semi-trailer truck on IH-35 Northbound between Austin and Pflugerville. I sustained multiple injuries, including neck, lower back, knee, and head injuries.
After consulting many law firms in the Austin area, I hired FVF Law to represent me throughout the process. Hope Guardia was assigned to my case, and from day one, she was excellent. I explained my side of the story to her, and she told me that she believed I had a case. She immediately started gathering all the evidence about the accident and started handling the negotiations and claim process with the insurance company.
I was informed every step of the way. Hope would email or call me every time she communicated with the opposing council, and she would also follow up with me after every doctor’s appointment to check on me. She was caring and valued my case.
Hope Guardia and Mark Farris were knowledgeable and had much experience in accident law and settlement procedures.
The case took over 21 months before the settlement was reached because the insurance company was dragging the case. The opposing council kept rejecting every demand that was made by my lawyer until Mark Farris came on board to assist Hope with the case. Mark pushed the insurance company to settle the case or go to court. The first time I spoke to Mark, he assured me that he was going to be very aggressive with the opposing council, and he kept his word. Because of my injuries and all my medical bills, he insisted that the insurance company pay the full policy. Moreover, we ended up going to mediation, and the final settlement amount was very close to our demand. I think the settlement was fair given the circumstances.
All my medical bills have been paid, and I have put some money aside for future medical bills as well.
I hope what happened to me that day will never happen again to me or any of my family members. However, if I ever need an injury lawyer, I will definitely hire FVF Law Firm, especially Hope Guardia and Mark Farris. These two lawyers made me feel like a family member. For that, I am grateful for what an excellent job they did. Thank you, Hope, Mark, and FVF Law, for everything you did to help me get the best settlement in my case. Y’all are forever my lawyers!

Jason Snell and his firm are the single reason we were able to recoup any money from our builder when we ran into a contractual disagreement. Without him, we would have probably not only lost our house, but also all the money invested in it.

I know you recognize my name. 25 years man. You had everything you needed. Is impossible for me to commit the crime they said I did. Remember that letter the law thing somebody lives/has permission to be somewhere it's impossible that they burglarized it? For the public he didn't go through any channels he was supposed to to get the evidence admitted for trial. At 25 years sentence and habitual on my back. You walked into court and you stuttered and sputtered your way against the deaf guy... A family sat in your office for hours days camped out waiting for my court record so I can file a appeal you were supposed to do and disappeared on. I was better off with a court appointed attorney and not some punk kid that thought he knew what he was doing and really screwed me over. You get all these five-star reviews I guess you're good at being an ambulance chaser. You definitely should never have anybody's life in your hands. I guess that's the pewce I find is it you at least aren't messing somebody else over. Doesn't matter you can say what you want you can lie right here tell people whatever you think but you and I know man to man you ran like a coward you dropped the ball and you let me down. I haven't seen my kids since that day in 2009. Lost family people gone and I never see again. Where you behave has consequences on other people. I'll never get it but I certainly deserve my money back. Keep being slimy it's just who you are.

I didn't think I'd every need/hire a personal injury attorney, but after my car accident I had too much to deal with and reached out to James and his office for help. They delivered and then some! I was involved in an auto accident that left me with no vehicle & in an ER. I've always trusted insurance companies to do the right thing, but the PIP wouldn't even scratch an ER bill. Then the next day, I found out the driver of the other car was not even the owner or on the insurance. A little scared & extremely disoriented from trauma, I knew I couldn't handle this without a professional. The adjusters were already asking questions that seemed condescending and leading me to believe they did NOT have my best interest in mind.
I called Feltoon & they took over on my behalf. WHAT A RELIEF!!! Within a few hours I had appointments for an MRI, neuro evaluation, & the adjusters were now answering the questions. I received the care & rehab to get me at a manageable level & Feltoon Law continued to give me the confidence I made the right choice. It took a little patience on my part, but well worth it. My case was handled with a level of professionalism you would expect, & the resolution was even better. I highly recommend Feltoon Law to everyone. Mr. McLean took a case against a Large Company as a contingency fee for personal injury because I didn't have the money to pay upfront for all the cost that was going to occur. Mr. McLean did a great job at explaining to me the process of the suit and what was going to happen and so forth. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His secretary was awesome and made terrific coffee! He was very knowledgeable in my case because he had a lot of experience in handling cases against large companies. The great thing about Mr. McLean is he gives you solid advice and if he doesn't know, then he has colleagues he can refer too. He doesn't BS you! The best thing about Mr. McLean is he is a true family man, and for me, I really respect that. He got me a settlement and everything we agreed on was done as promised. The only thing that I believe Mr. McLean would need to work on is his timing(scheduling), replies, and a little better communication. But with young children and other cases I can understand things can get crazy.
With that all being said, I definitely would recommend Mr. McLean as your attorney if you ever happen to need one!
