I had a life altering accident, I interviewed many attorneys and ended up with the firm of Kiesel law. The staff has been amazing, my trial ended in November of 2019 and they are still hard at work for me today, as a matter of fact I spoke to Bryan yesterday about aspects of my trial that I never thought would be a part of this process. Bryan told me after the trial had ended "I will be working on this until you are completely satisfied" I have to say, he has exceeded my expectations and is still working on the fine details of my case.
I met Bryan first of the team and he was my point of contact leading up to the trial, I cannot thank Bryan enough for the countless hours working on my case, I know for a fact he had many nights away from his family, working on my case.

I am 20 years old in legal trouble for the first time. It was one of the scariest moments of my life, an experience I will never forget or be able to take back. Unfortunately I found myself in need of an attorney, I had never been in trouble before, and was totally new to the whole process. So I asked around, and looked up attorneys. One of my coworkers had recently been arrested for a DUI and shockingly enough, that was what i was being charged with, so I asked him what he had done to take care of his problem. He went on to refer me to his attorney, Gary Brotman, he explained how great Gary had been during the whole process, how caring and how knowledgeable he was. To be honest, I wasnt really expecting all of it to be true, but to my surprise my coworker was dead on. Gary had my DUI dropped to a wet wreckless and during the whole process he was more than my attorney, he was there to answer all my questions and concerns. I did not have to appear to any of my court dates, he took care of everything!!!! I could not be happier, I hope I will never need him again, but if I do, I will definately be using him!!! Mr. Glickman is a professional, he practices ethics violations in CA; he acted super invested in me, the client, even over himself, and honed in on case law that was imperative to my case. He was honest about the difficulties of my case due to a complexity issue unique of my case and didn’t try to bluff or gauge me for $ even though many another lawyers wouldn’t have been Ehtical like he is. A+ and I highly recommend his as competent and helpful. I have tried to call numerous lawyers that rudely don’t call back even after I take the time to call. To say David Gharakhanian exceeded my wildest expectations as a personal injury lawyer would be a drastic understatement. What he accomplished on my behalf is nothing short of miraculous. My case started out smoothly- the other party involved in my auto accident accepted fault and their insurance company immediately compensated me for my totaled car, so I felt I could handle things on my own. As soon as medical bills came into play, however, it was another story. Although my insurance company had covered the bills up to that point, I had reached my max, there were future treatments to account for, and my insurance company had made it clear via numerous letters that they expected to be reimbursed before I received a penny. Four calls, several emails and zero responses later, I finally decided I needed help. David swooped in and not only got me more than enough money to cover all previous and future medical expenses, he actually convinced MY insurance company to wave their compensatory rights, which is almost unheard of. With that extra money, I was able to get a newer car without having to dig into my own pockets, so I walked away feeling as "restored" to my pre-crash state as possible. I like to think of myself as a non-litigeous person, but trust me, when you're traumatized and hurt after an accident, the last thing you should be doing is chasing down some non-responsive insurance company that is looking out for everyone BUT you. By far the BEST attorney II have ever hired.! I was up against a highly professional institution with little chance of seeing any kind of justice if i sought this in pro-per. No one believed my story, there were no witnesses it was my word against their word. I was injuried in a car accident. Amir immediately referred me out to great doctors and made sure that I receive the necessary treatments. Most lawyers typically avoid you once you sign a contract with them and it becomes very difficult to talk to them.
