My wife and I, Highly recommend Riley/Ersoff LLP... Grant, Victoria and their staff, took our case and got us JUSTICE!!...Grant was on top of things from Day One,, he made sure our Bully landlord and his Defense Lawyers treated us fairly and we weren't taken advantage of...his staff scheduled and even assisted us, in getting to and from Dr's appointment's, that we couldn't have gotten to on our own...He checked in on us regularly and kept us up to date on what was needed, and what's going to happen next... Always answered our calls... Grant fought,, and he Fought Hard!!,, It was comforting, knowing that my wife and I were not alone,, Grant and staff were in our corner....He got us $ALOT OF MONEY$!!...Even after it was all done and over, Grant "Personally" checked in on us and made sure that we got a new place to live, and we were in good shape, to pick up the pieces and start a New Life... I know Mr. Bernard is working hard on my case-as I was amazingly impressed by his hands on approach, rite when I asked for his representation. When I asked if he would be interested in handling my case, he was already deeply involved in the particulars upon this case, which is based upon my rite to privacy, in that it being grossly in violation to be filming me without my knowleedge-then actually putting me on a cable television show, again, without my knowledge! (Nor, a waiver to be filmed, or any pay whatsoever!) Incredible as it may sound, Kirk Bernard saw rite away the way to restore my dignity, and my basic American rites as a human being. I've yet to hear what this person filming me has to say, and what his accountant has to say to Kirk and I about this overlooked "detail" of this flagrant violation of my rites, actually televised on syndicated cable television!

I chose Haleh's Law Office to represent me after reading glowing reviews about their services, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Initially, I was hopeful, especially after they took on my case, but as time passed, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and poor service.
For nearly two years, I received no updates, no phone calls, no emails—nothing. It felt as though my case was being completely ignored. Over the course of my case, I had at least five different case managers, each of whom seemed to forget to contact me at the correct phone number, despite me calling twice to update them with my information. On top of that, there were several scheduling issues. I was booked for appointments I had already attended, and once, they even scheduled an unnecessary appointment, waited 2 hours only for Haleh's office to tell me it had been canceled when I informed them i showed up and waited but the office never opened. This lack of communication and organization made it difficult to trust the team handling my case.
I tried reaching out to express my concerns, but my emails went unanswered. It felt like my case just wasn’t a priority for them. After five years of waiting, I finally received my settlement in the mail—but there was no follow-up from the office. No explanation, no acknowledgment, just a check in the envelope.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I honestly feel that my case wasn’t given the attention it deserved, and had I worked with a more responsive team, I might have secured a better settlement. While the initial reviews were promising, my personal experience was far from satisfactory.

I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.

I had a minor incident involving my dog at a dog park that the other party is trying to escalate into a major problem. Bob Khakshooy immediately took my call, calmly assessed the circumstances, and advised me of my options. He also helped me to know how to approach it to have the best possible outcome for protecting my dog. Bob is also an animal lover and offered his services as a no-cost consultation. I am impressed with his professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge, calming demeanor, and generosity, especially given he wasn't going to charge me. Some attorneys offer "free consultations" as a way to generate business, but once they evaluate your case and determine there's no money in it for them, they won't spend any more time with you. I was injuried in a car accident. Amir immediately referred me out to great doctors and made sure that I receive the necessary treatments. Most lawyers typically avoid you once you sign a contract with them and it becomes very difficult to talk to them. However, Amir personally called me regularly and gave me updates regarding my case and was willing to answer every question that I had throughout the process.
