I was recently in a really bad accident that left my back and neck in immense pain. I was told by my insurance company to deal with it through them, but luckily I asked some friends for a second opinion. 3 of them recommended Saeedian Law Group to me and I am SO glad that they did. My wife and I hired the Helmer-Friedman firm after being mistreated from an employer. Greg and Andrew's knowledge and experience is so incredibly vast they informed of of actually how many violations had incurred during our employment---which was way more than we knew. You may think you know your full rights, but you don't. They do!
These situations always tend to get personally uncomfortable very fast, especially for women. Greg and Andrew genuinely do care for you and you can feel it. Opening up to them is actually easier than to your own family. Thats exactly how they fight for you---like family.

When i was looking for a lawyer to help me look into my sons brain injury i made a few calls but got answering machines instead and when i got to Tom Alchs office the secretary took my information down and within an hour he was on the phone with me asking me more question in regards to my sons injury.Everytime there was an update he communicated it with me he made me feel at ease and always explained everything to me.If i ever had any questions he was there to answer them for me.Eventhough it was stressful at times he was patient and compassionate with me.He was there every step of the way until it was settled.

I was at a point in my new career where I was deciding between continuing to work independently or joining a small group practice. I was very torn about the decision and very concerned about losing my professional autonomy by signing on with the practice. I reached out to Mr. Bearman to review the contracts. He responded quickly, asked many questions about my work and my professional goals.
After this initial consultation he contacted me through his secure portal and very clearly explained the process of working with him, the range of services he could offer, how his fee structure worked, and what to expect each step of the way.
All that upfront information made it easy for me to consider my needs and my limitations and decide on which services to use at this time.
After reviewing the contracts and highlighting things that seemed questionable or unclear he further helped me by sending me a document with the notes from our talk clearly written out- which made it so easy for me to review and think and really consider my options in a clear headed way.
I felt empowered and knowledgeable after my meetings with Mr. Bearman and most of all I felt safe with the choices I made for the future of my career.
At the end of our work together he provided me with clear instructions and final comments. The payment was easy to make and right in the range that he had prepared me to expect.
I have never had the need to engage a lawyer before and I really feel like I lucked out because the experience could not have been more positive.

After many, many years of "verbal agreements" with the father and him not complying to them, I needed to take action... well, he made it happen sooner for us since he physically, mentally and emotionally abused my son. I started my own paperwork, I did court 'Self Help Center' various times. And let me tell you, many employees at the court house gave me different advice which made it more difficult to understand the system. It was an overwhelming experience for me. I was losing all hope, and all this was a very long process. But protecting my son was number 1 priority, and the security and piece of mind for my family.
I decided to hire David Lavi it was the best choice and was a better decision since he was referred to me by a friend. There's so many family lawyers out there, I did a lot of re-search and it's not easy to just trust anyone. When he called, he listen to all I had to say, even when I was tearing up he said to me "it's ok take a deep breath, I am listening, take your time" (I am always an emotional nutshell). And after speaking with him on the phone we set up a time to meet personally. My work schedule varies, but he was nice enough to wait after closing hours to meet with me and listen to more detail of my story. He gave me his full attention through all my conversation and I would see him write small notes on his legal pad, in the end when I finally vented, he asked questions (from his notes) which was important to me, because it showed interest. Our meeting went very well, he said he would take my case and would be happy to help!! And so he did, met with him personally 3 times and this is including our court date. Life can be very busy, so being able to communicate with him by email and phone was GREAT! He made my life! He was prompt, and when I would lose patience and get anxious he would always calm me down. I feel as if I was a difficult client at times and he was very neutral to the situation and would update me with the case and reminded me these things take time and would say "RELAX it is going to be OK"
After many months of him working his magic, we had a court date whooo hoooo!!!! I was ready and full of excitement, finally the day had come on Dec. 19th... I was nervous, but having him with me brought comfort to me, brought me peace. and I am not going to lie I felt powerful having someone with so much knowledge and charisma to represent my son. Court didn't take hours (compare to when I was on my own, I would spend full days at times). It went by so quickly I didn't even know when it was over. David and the Judge exchange some words and that was that... David waited for some papers and I will NEVER forget this - we walked outside the courtroom, he extended his hand with docs and said to me "Merry Christmas" I cried! David gave my son and I the MOST BEAUTIFUL most rewarding gift of all, PEACE. I felt like I had finally accomplished something for my son, to protect him and him to feel safe. David also said if I ever needed any help with anything, not to hesitate! You cannot go wrong on hiring him, he will be the best choice you can ever make for you and your family I promise you!
