I worked with ELG after being injured in a car crash. I worked closely with Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Yolanda Correa and she was absolutely wonderful. From the time of her assignment until the closure of the case she kept me up to date and in the loop. She was very accessible and quick to answer any questions or address any concerns. This was the first time I've had anything like this happen and she walked me through the process. She was able to negotiate a lower medical obligation and get me a fair settlement. I hope to never be in this position again but if so I would definitely use ELG and Ms. Correa again.

When selecting a lawyer in a personal injury case, kindness is a quality that is rare. Ayre is a very kind and compassionate person. Arye will listen to your concerns and he does have his clients' best interests at heart. He is soft spoken but settled my case in a little more than 3 months. With that said, the settlement was so quick, there were more months of waiting for the medical billings to resolve. Hi Tom assisted me in a dispute with PayPal when I won the argument in eBay about a delivered item that I believe was stolen I lost a dispute with PayPal with a bank. I cannot say enough about Rons professional ability. My case was a modification of alimony.
As soon as he heard details of my case he said he believed I had a good one. In fact he had just won a similar case. So he went to work. At his recommendation, we hired a forensic accountant which was a great idea, so that Ron could focus on the law and the accountant could crunch the numbers!!
We ended up going to trial, and his preparation and delivery was amazing. He methodically delivered the facts of the case. His exams of all witnesses were incredible.
All along he worked to keep me calm and confident.
His paralegal Jamie was so understanding and patient with me during the whole process.
So bottom line, alimony was "modified " to zero!!! After negotiation with opposing counsel I didnt have to pay opposing counsel legal fees. And finally I could sleep at night because he negotiated that there would be no appeal. His outcome was 3 for 3 in decisions and negotiations.
Thus I give Ron my highest recommendation. Let him review your case.

My daughter was in a car accident in June 2020, Ms. Michaels handled our case and looked out for the best interest of my daughter.
