I hired Adam Werner when I was seriously injured at work. Before I found him I had almost given up trying to fight Workers Comp. I couldn't get medical care, couldn't work, was barely able to walk, and wasn't receiving anything from my job or Work Comp. Within a week or so if talking to him and hiring him to represent me I had doctors appointments, rides to and from when I needed, and started receiving indemnity benefits (pay checks). It was a nightmare before he helped me. Work Comp does everything they can to give you the least amount of care and spend the least amount of money helping injured workers. If you need somebody to fight for you that knows the system and how to use the law to force comp to take care of you talk with Adam. I was able to reach him 7 days a week when I needed to and he was always there. Adam and his long time Paralegal Linda are an awesom team. OK.... First, let me state my exwife has forced me into court 4 times. All of the legal proceedings were were unnecessary and vindictive. I have paid everything the courts required and have never been late. I hired Mr. Smith for a child support modification. Opposing counsel was Boca Raton's high profile "Paper Boy".... a guy known for running up fee's and playing on the emotions of mostly angry clients. Andrew Smith destroyed this guy in court. He fought ethically and honorably. What I found most interesting was our first meeting. In the course of 1 hour he laid out what the legal issue was, what was going to happen, and how he would approach the other side. He was 100% correct.
If you are going through the unfortunate process of divorce / child support, etc....... You owe it to yourself to hire this guy. Iv had 4 attorneys and hands down this guy was the best. ...... In terms of honesty, competence, ethics and appropriate aggressive litigation..... this guy gets an A++. Hire him. You will be glad you stumbled on this review.

Last year I was walking home from a Saint Patrick day parade, and some guy drove up on the side walk and hit me. I ended up being taken t the hospital and later required shoulder surgery. Turns out he not only did not have a drivers licence, but he was also uninsured. Kristen and Jeff took on my case. I had the good fortune of a great job offer with a competitor. Unfortunately, a non-compete and non-disclosure clause in my contract almost cost me the position.
