Mr. Tregerman was my lawyer in my foreclosure. He did a great job in representing me and the bank agreed to a modification instead of foreclosure. I believe it was based on his ability to show the bank, which was not my original lender, that there was possible fraud in the preparation of the mortgage.

FOR OVER 25 yrs I been driving without a license!! Never knew when I would get them back!!! Been driving to work for over 25 yrs got pulled 5 times over that period of time!!! I got T-Boned on I-95 in palm beach!!! I was in the the RIGHT /Did not cause accident!!AND MY LAWYER TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY!! Crazy I looked him up at accident scene!! My case was handled aggressively I was sent the best doctor to help with my injuries!! He was professional/STRAIGHT FORWARD!! My case was settled within 90 days of crash!!! He got me back my settlement that has put an end 2 driving without license!! I’m now a legal driver of the state of FLORIDA!! Thank MR GARY!! I needed an attorney today in the Ft Lauderdale area.
Upon review, I discover Wilkes and was as amused as
we had the same name. I called at 10:21 am and was given the 3rd degree as if I had to convince the sec'y to speak with him. When she asked my name I told her and maybe she felt it was a joke since we had the same name. I don't find it amusing. I left a message as I was told he was in a meeting but I was not convinced. I waited 6 hours and no reply. I called back at 4:11 and was given the same 3rd degree, put on hold and then told he was in "a meeting." It must be tough getting a new client if you are always in meetings and neve return a call. I tried again at 7:10pm. He was gone for the day. i was a CEO of a few companies and I would never leave my office without returning my calls. To not return a call is either arrogance, lack of concern or both. It is hard to imagine a law firm would deem this behavior acceptible, professional or tolerable. I guess Wilkes and his firm is just not good enough. What transpired is simply low or no class. I will find a firm who will solve my problem and not be my problem. I wish Wilkes better luck at his next job, he obviously is not meant for this one.

I hired Attorney Feldman in Dec. 2017 to help with with a unique and sensitive rental property dispute. The whole situation was extremely stressful for me (especially around the holidays) but Attorney Feldman kept his cool, managed a very tense and adversarial dispute between me and the other party, and ultimately got me the desired result (refund) within a matter of approximately one week. He even responded to some of my emails after hours around the holidays when I wasn’t expecting it (I was amazed). Atty. Feldman, if you’re seeing this, thank you so much for everything you did to help bring my matter to a positive end result. You were immensely helpful when I was pulling my hair out...lol. I received Mr. Feldman's name after contacting ACAP. I called ACAP because I felt suspicious of the lawyer I hired as my personal representative attorney who was one in the same my dad hired to do his will.
I hired Robert to assist me after our initial telephone consultation. I gave him may areas in which I needed clarification and promised my speed to get through the probate process.
My brother subsequently hired Robert for a real estate closing.
Robert educated me on the various steps of probate, answered layperson questions and was quick to respond to calls and emails.

I was pregnant and suffered my entire pregnancy and still now.
