If you found yourself with a lawyer that promises you the world and promises top notch service just to be uncontactable after you paid the retainer, then you are in the same boat as me.
I had another lawyer before coming to David Zolkin in a last ditch effort to save my company. The other lawyer was simply uncontactable after i paid the retainer. Their secretary would always take a message but i would never get a call back. And creditors don't wait. They are super scary and not being able to get a hold of your lawyer is super frustrating.
Long story short. I cancelled the other useless lawyer and came to David Zolkin for some real help.
David is a very kind and patient lawyer. He will not sell you the most expensive product unless he feels you really need it. He took the time to understand me and my business and we worked out a way without having to go through chapter 11. which would be really expensive and a win for the lawyer.
Instead we focused on renegotiating with the creditors and to get some breathing room.
David will be by your side. Not only that he will give you his person cell number and you can contact him anytime. And by anytime i mean anytime. He will always pick up and answer your text.

Our adult son was hit by a car while on vacation in San Rafael CA. We recieved the call the night before Thanksgiving 2022. We flew from MPLS to San Fransisco and got to the hospital where our son was. He was injured badly, after emergency brain surgery he was placed in a medically induced coma he woke up after three day's. We decided as a family to contact an attorney. When my teenaged son became the victim of a vicious hit-and-run attack, we were busy dealing with the medical and criminal aftermath. I was cited for speeding. Given the difference between the speed limit and my alleged speed, I was not eligible for traffic school. The fine was almost $500. Additionally, since I would not be able to take traffic school, my insurance was in danger of a gigantic increase, potentially doubling!
I sent Mr Roberts an email asking to learn about what he could do for me. My realistic hope was that he could just get my cited speed lowered so I could take traffic school. He promptly answered, and he formulated a plan. He appeared in court upon my behalf, I did not have to come in myself, saving me a great deal of time. While I'm sure every situation is unique, he was able to deliver far above what I had hoped: he was able to get the entire citation dismissed! In the end, the fee I paid him was less than the original fine, and I did not have to pay an increased insurance premium for potentially 3 years.
Going with Mr Roberts saved me potentially thousands of dollars in insurance costs over 3 years, as well as the cost of traffic school.
I hope to never need his services again, but if I do, he will be the one I contact!

When my teenaged son became the victim of a vicious hit-and-run attack, we were busy dealing with the medical and criminal aftermath.
