I can’t recommend Diedre enough. A friend suggested her to help me with a complex multi-car crash. Diedre is everything I was looking for in a lawyer. She’s very thourough, works hard on your behalf, tells it like it is, and is incredibly honest. Working together Diedre and I agreed it doesn’t make sense for me to hire her in my specific situation, but she’s offered to continue to help answer questions and go over paperwork as I need it. My husband and I were having problems with a tenant not paying rent. We decided we had enough and went in to see Mr. Geringer. Their office was not only knowable about evictions but gave us different approaches we would take to get the tenants out. When my husband and I finally decided which way to proceed Mr. Geringer was able to get the 3 Day Notice prepared and posted that same day. We ended up getting the tenants out and a money Judgment within 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend this attorney to anyone who is tired of getting the run around from tenants.

Mr. Geringer is not one of those attorneys that will do anything for a dollar. He will tell you the truth even though you may not like. He gives you all the facts and is honest about what needs to be done and how to go about doing it. I used him for a criminal case. I had a very complicated case that I presented to David Siegal. Many lawyers might have walked away from it, but David did not. He sat with me and heard my whole story. He drove to the scene of the accident with me and took many pictures of his own to better understand the incident. He really gave my case his attention and his time and it paid off in the end. The opposing side denied everything, and delayed everything over and over again, but David stuck with it and we won the case in the end. I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. She was a total LIFE SAVER.
I was in a car accident and after it I was suffering from terrible migraines and a lot of other pain. The insurance for the person who hit me kept calling day after day to talk to me after the accident. I was barely sleeping and they kept calling me when I was finally resting. I decided I needed someone else to deal with all of this, as I could not, and that is when I hired Brandi. Again, I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. The calls stopped and she was on the case. Brandi and her staff kept me apprised at every step and I was allowed to do some healing.
I haven't been through something like this before, so having an expert like Brandi handling this for me was an excellent call on my part.
