Chris Rusca has worked my very difficult child custody case for over 6 months now. He has gone above and beyond, and has thought outside the box with our very unique case. He is extremely professional and while he is supportive, he is also very realistic and keeps the best interest of the child at heart while utilizing his knowledge of the legalities in child custody proceedings. He actively listens to concerns and advocates for his clients. Furthermore, in my on-going and complex case, communication was always fluid. He informed me of any new updates from the other party and their attorney and he also followed up with me for clarification if there were any gray areas. If I had any questions or concerns, his secretary was immediately available and he would always get back to me either immediately if he was available, or very shortly after, if in court. We had the good fortune to be represented by Mr. Lee in a complex lawsuit involving a rogue neighbor and our road association. From the moment Mr. Lee was assigned to our case, we knew we were in good hands. His professionalism, vast experience and knowledge of the law along with his excellent communication skills were evident from our initial meeting. Given we had always resolved disagreements with our neighbors in a cordial fashion with simple communication and courtesy and had never been sued before, we were blindsided by the initial lawsuit. If mishandled by less-capable representation, we were concerned about hurting innocent neighbors and losing the good will we had acquired over our 22 years in our neighborhood. I was injured in a motorcycle accident caused by an on-duty, undercover, San Jose police officer. The officer made an illegal left turn in front of my motorcycle. A police report and independent witnesses clearly showed the police officer was at fault noting there was nothing I could have done to avoid the accident. The City of San Jose denied my claim and, after negotiations, did not even offer enough money to cover my medical expenses.
Working with Jonathan, we took them to court to face a jury. The attorney for San Jose did his best to minimize my claims, my injuries and convince the jury I was partially to blame for the accident. The jury awarded me a large sum of money and, what was important to me, found the the accident was 100% the fault of the officer!
Jonathan is a true professional. The civil litigation process is long and difficult but Jonathan guided my wife and I through it. He took the time to explain every step along the way. If we did not understand some portion of the process he would put it in terms that were clearly understood. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. He maintained a calm demeanor and interjected a sense of humor in a difficult process.
As part of his professional ways he was straightforward and honest. He went over the pros and cons of each decision we had to make during the course of civil litigation. He worked very hard, putting in long hours on our case. He clearly knows his business, working like a chess player, anticipating possible moves by the attorney for San Jose and the judge in the case.
We found the civil litigation process to be like a war with a series of battles. Some battles you win and some you lose. With a strategist like Jonathan we clearly won the war.

I rated him excellent because there's nothing higher but if there's anything higher he would get it . Mr. O'Kula is the greatest lawyer I have ever came in contact with. To handle the case for me against greyhound and handle it in a timely manner. He is the lawyers of lawyers and I have referred him too many other people and he's not the one cases for them as well he is a wonderful experienced lawyer that's why I have referred him to several people. I just can't get over how amazing he is and have fast he gets results and he don't take no crap from the other party. I also have another case that I am hiring him for I just can't get over how great of a lawyer he really is so if anybody needs any case handled that's it then his jurisdiction guaranteed he will win your case as well. He is great at what he does and gets the job done right the first time. Handle the case for my daughter when she got hit by a car and won her case very quickly. I referred him to my friend April because she was in a car accident with her her boyfriend and her two children and he got them all settlements in a timely manner. The minute he says he's taking your case he starts working on it right away so if you need a good lawyer he's the one.

As a lawyer, I did my research before hiring the right attorney for my own case. I was injuried in a car accident. Amir immediately referred me out to great doctors and made sure that I receive the necessary treatments. I was injured while riding the bus when the driver rear-ended the car in front of him. Since I was dealing with a county agency, I didn't feel comfortable handling things myself. Kavita took my case, and she and her staff really went to bat for me, getting a five-figure settlement!

The Grant Law Firm is AMAZING!!! I was having some financial issues the past year due to lay offs and unfortunately my home went into foreclosure. I applied for a modification but the bank denied it. I met with Jennifer to discuss my options. She was really nice. After meeting with her we were able to file and i was able to keep my home and get rid of some other debt.
If you're having issues similar to mine I suggest you call them. It's been a long stressful and embarrassing battle but now i can finally sleep comfortably.

I had a good experience with Mr. Staskus. He actually has done more than a few cases for me. He was willing to reduce his fees had the outcome not been sufficient.
My biggest case with Mr. Staskus was for personal injury. Which had an excellent outcome. I didn't really want a lawyer, he said he was
confident he would get me around 30K, he actually got me 40K. I had a special circumstance that Mr. Staskus agreed to reduce his fees to help me out. It worked out for well.
In addition I had a girl I dated for a week, file a restraining order on me falsely, Mr. Staskus dropped everything and went down to defend me, He charged me pennies on the dollar. Compared to what another lawyer would have charged me.

Had a bad crash with a semi tractor trailer rig who passed me by crossing over the double yellow lines on a very narrow country bridge approach with zero shoulder. Got knocked down by its tires and side swiped by a few of his trailer tires as a he motored by. Miracle I didn't get killed. I was out of hospital in 4 doors with some hairline fractures of pelvis and lots of scrapes and bruises etc. Had a total recovery and got a very good settlement from their insurance company. I was pleased with all.

I was biking on a suburban street when I was hit by a car. I wasn't sure how extensive my injuries would be or how long my recovery would take, and Michael encouraged me to be patient and not rush to settle the case.
I felt very pressured by the driver's insurance company to resolve the matter ... and it was such a relief to be able to tell them to contact my attorney.
Michael kept me informed of the case's progress and, when the company made a five-figure settlement offer, was able to put it in context so I could decide whether to accept it.
It was far, far greater than the amount I would have received if I'd attempted to handle this on my own.

Paul Wagstaff is trustworthy to a fault. Who ever heard of a lawyer that pays a client's debts from his contingency fees? It took him a while to get to the meat of this personal injury case, but once he got it he brought home the bacon. Paul is very laid back and treats his clients with the utmost respect. He really is honest to a fault and is transparent in his dealings with his clients. The downside is that Paul is very naive and somewhat gullible to conniving greedyx2 liars who prey on individuals like him who try to be trustworthy and loyal.

First off, Greg listened and helped us understand the avenues we could take and the likely outcomes and timelines given the extent of my injury, grounding expectations from the beginning.
